In that time frame, I have had an issue almost EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. First of all, they keep you locked on autopay. I understand the importance here but if they're gonna do that, I'd expect them to uphold the minimum delivery request. Then, I had issues with charges not being consistent. One month I paid like $30, the next month, my bill was $150. Mind you, nothing increased in my order. I have had the same request of 4 bottles/mo on a regular basis. But my biggest issue is I have had repeated delivery issues which resulted in less bottles than ordered. Sometimes it was 1 less, other times it was 2 less. If I am paying for a reoccurring service, I am expecting that service to remain the same unless changes are communicated in advance. On several occasions, I have had to reach out because I got half my order. If I didn't need 4 bottles, I wouldn't order 4 bottles. So then I have to wait for an additional delivery with an expected delivery charge, unless I specifically state that I won't pay a separate fee for their incompetence. What's even better is on one occasion, I not only received an incomplete order, I received the incorrect water! While this might not be a big deal for some, it's a big deal if you can clearly taste the quality difference. The whole point of having this service is to avoid having countless water bottles filling up a landfill. But at this point, it seems like the only way to guarantee we're staying hydrated is to go that route.

NO complaints but I am seriously thinking of investing in a 500 dollars gas water pump to suck out the bottom 1/3 of the tank periodically.

They charged a $195 service fee, and AFTER paying the service fee the tech informs me that he doesn't have the filter and assures me they will reschedule once they get the correct filter. 2 weeks go by and I never hear from them regarding rescheduling, so I call and leave a message for Belinda. Of course, Belinda doesn't return my call, so I call back a couple days later. Belinda tells me she spoke with my wife. My wife assures me she never spoke with Belinda, and eventually Belinda informs me that "Oh, my mistake, that was a different Jeff"........ Eventually Belinda gives me the boss' cell phone number so I can send pictures of the model and serial number, which tells me they were never going to order the filter because the douchebags didn't even know which filter to order. I sent the pictures on 9-11 and I still haven't heard from anyone. Liars and thieves.
