At first they were nice and seemed to really care. I called them to confirm my appointment and time. Everything was set. I arrived at the airport and called Non-stop to let them know I was at my car. They told me to hold on. A 'supervisor' came on the line and said the technician was now not working. I said that's fine, send another one. They said they'd call me back. A few minutes later they called back and said that no tech could help me today, (and here is why they're getting a 1 star review) because my car type codes were down... I've worked in customer service for a long time and that was the worst excuse for pure disorganization I've ever heard. I was disgusted by the complete lack of professionalism by Non-stop. I called MJ's locksmith and they had someone out in 5 minutes to get me on my way. Non-stop could learn a thing or two about customer service from them.

I wasn't rude to him. Before I even had a chance to clarify, he went on this stupid rant about how the company serves Dekalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, but not all of each county. Snellville is a really big place. They don't serve all of Snellville. Blah Blah Blah. After trying to get a word in multiple times, I said "Okay nevermind" and hung up before this idiot could finish his stupid rant. If this was the end of the experience, then I likely wouldn't even write a review. Sadly, the experience wasn't over. Mr. Jackass went ahead and proceeded to call me multiple times with his cell phone. When I didn't answer, he decided I wanted to be harassed by text message instead. He gave me a different version of his same stupid rant, and at this point, it's all too surreal for words. Don't do business with Ambu-lock. If you must call them, you apparently need to use *67 to avoid being harassed later. To whomever handled my case: don't contact me again. One of those locksmiths recommended THIS one so I went here and while they said they weren't sure if they could make a working copy, they did their absolute best to attempt one with a safe key blank they had in stock. They didn't charge me for it because they couldn't guarantee that it would work, and I said if it did work I'd be back to pay them and get another copy. In the end I was able to discover the correct blanks were available only online, so I've asked my landlord to buy those but I will now recommend this locksmith to everyone and utilize them for all my locksmith needs in the future.
