Someone mistakenly sent a piece of mail to one of my businesses at my TMB address over a year ago and I had to "upgrade" (+$10/mo) to add that addressee (business) name to process the piece of mail. I went to downgrade it ($120+ later) since that business no longer exists and I don't receive mail for it, and was told by customer service that "once we receive a piece of mail for an addressee, we cannot remove it from the account." So they effectively will ONLY let you upgrade your account, not downgrade it. I asked whether this was a legal requirement and they said "it's the policy set by the company owner."
