Someone mistakenly sent a piece of mail to one of my businesses at my TMB address over a year ago and I had to "upgrade" (+$10/mo) to add that addressee (business) name to process the piece of mail. I went to downgrade it ($120+ later) since that business no longer exists and I don't receive mail for it, and was told by customer service that "once we receive a piece of mail for an addressee, we cannot remove it from the account." So they effectively will ONLY let you upgrade your account, not downgrade it. I asked whether this was a legal requirement and they said "it's the policy set by the company owner."

Fredy immediately responded and the house and carpets were beautifully cleaned. I was so impressed that I hired them to help me care for my new home. I have been so pleased to be on their roster. My cleaning team is comprised of professional, thorough cleaners. It is wonderful to have the help (I am a disabled lady with kids). My cleaning team have treated my home like they would want someone to treat their own home. Fredy and my team have always been professionally responsive when I have communicated information about a change in schedule or a specific need. We are in the middle of a military move and they will be doing our move out clean and carpet cleaning to get the house ready for our new tenants. Their contact information will definitely be shared with our tenants based on my trust in and experience with Premium Express Cleaning Services, Inc. I wish I could take my cleaning team with me!!!

Then, as the economy changed, so did our business. Customers wanted more, and the variety of printing requested escalated. We accepted and met the challenge. Mr. Wade Jones purchased the company in the mid-1920's and the name became Jones Printing Company. The company changed ownership in 1967, when Andy Siegner purchased it and again in 1982, when it was sold to Dale Harrison, John Lemons, David Spivey and Mike Thomas. A new building was constructed in 1984, and the business was moved to its current location on Hawkins Avenue. And while changes have occurred along the way, our commitment to top-quality printing has remained consistent.
