The administrative staff was very friendly and reassuring while providing me the best offers. They were also able to offer 2-hour services for the next day, 29 Mar 2024. On 30 March 2024, I returned to my home and COULD NOT IDENTIFY any services provided within my home. - The kitchen, bathroom and laundry countertops remain with notable thick with dust - The (4) toilets and (1) showder had grime build up - Dirt remained builded up in the corner with the broom After several calls and photos, the leadership refused to return my call and further refused any compensation for poor service. Tiffany only provided email with fails claims that regarding back up of my toilet, when I do not have a septic tank. Tiffany also kept stating that their GPS service indicated that she was on site for 2 hours, but she still could not provide a report or any account for the work performed. As a former Army Officer and Veteran-owned services, I was gravely disappoint in the leadership and accountability, which goes completely against the Army values. This company is scam!!

But in the last six or so months they've raised prices, had 4 different cleaners assigned to me, then cut back on the time they allowed a cleaner to spend in my home (wanting their cleaners to do three houses per day versus two). But the last two issues I had made me look elsewhere: 1. I'd never complained about anything that wasn't done well. Knew they'd get it the next time, and they always did. But so much was missed or not done well, I requested they send someone back out for a redo and provided a list of issues. They sent back the same person (which is their policy). It was awkward and uncomfortable for me and the cleaner. I had to go around the house with her and oversees everything she did. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to complete everything in the 2 hours they gave her and said PC would be in touch to have someone finish. When I didn't hear back, I again sucked it up. 2. Two weeks ago nobody showed up for our bi-weekly cleaning that had been on the schedule for years. I called and left a message. Few min later I missed their return call. But they left a VM saying they had me scheduled for 1pm that afternoon. 1pm came and went. No cleaner. No phone call. I decided to look elsewhere for services.

I finally accepted but but wanted to share the experience so others don't get in the same situation. Be aware that if you hire this company to make a full walkthrough prior to payment.
