I am a certain there is some comical relief and relying that to your friends later - but as a customer I find it overwhelming disrespectful. The UPS Website says open until 7pm. For some reason 630pm is the NEW closing time. So a 10 mile drive, find a place to park, get all the stuff ready to ship and watch the door locked in front of you. Let's not ignoring you as you stare through the glass and eventually yelled at "new COVID hours" and "weopen tomorrow at 9" and then they go back to pretending you don't exist. Literally all I needed to was hand them a pre paid package. Would have taken 30 seconds. UPS - hire some decent folks. Garbage at this location. Update: so I revisited the store during the regular store hours. I wanted to go to another store but it was far away. When I arrived there was a very long line and I thought "great, another reason why I was right to be so hard on them the day before". I really didn't want to have to use this location again. However, the staff was working without issues and being attentive to customers. One clerk saw my lengthy returns and walked me inside to what I assume is an amazon express lane - it took about 5 mins to return it all as I had the forms on hand. I retract my experience from the day before and raise it to a 3. I needed a mailer package and it took about 15 mins to pay for a $1.50 item. Too long but I don't think they staff was intentionally moving slow - just accommodating customers. Not bad .

I was told that ups wouldn't deliver on Saturday, then they did. My package needs a signature. So i…read morecalled in and was told that I would receive a call and that my package would be delivered today. I never received that call, so I called ups back only to be told that I was told wrong and that the package would be delivered Monday when no one will be home to sign for it. I am beyond pissed at the customer service, and the way ups have handled this.

I dropped a package at my local CVS to be returned via UPS. There was an issue from the start, as…read morethe employee at the CVS, noted that there was a problem with the label, but unfortunately, was not aware of the issue. However, I later learned by communicating with the seller of the product that I was returning, that my package was to be returned via USPS (United States Post Office), as I could never track my package. According to CVS, the driver from UPS picked up all of the packages (without scanning them in the store), which would have indicated further that it was not a UPS package. My package has been missing since April 15th, the date of pick up last by an UPS driver. Reaching out to someone at UPS in order to locate my package has been a nightmare. I was contacted by a "Stacy" on April 26th, indicating that she would try to pin point the driver and follow up. There has not been a follow up. I have visited this depot 2-3 times a week trying to speak with "Stacy", who I thought was the manager, only to learn that the manager is a "Greg". I have relentlessly visited CVS, UPS, and the USPS, stopping local drivers, and employees on the property trying to have someone tell me something about my package. All I keep getting is, "this happens often and the packages are then placed for pick up to the proper drop offs and locations." Well, I'm knowledgeable of what the normal actions are, but apparently, in this case, it did not happen, just as I am aware that the driver is suppose to scan packages before loading them and that did not happen. I need someone to handle the issue at hand instead of passing the buck. I am often referred back to USPS, who has not received the package, so there is nothing that they can do, nor are they, responsible for a $400.00 item that has vanished in thin air and has resulted in my having to spend an additional $500.00 more to recoup my loss. The attitude is , oh well, I don't know what to tell you. You mean, something like this has never happened in all the years that UPS has existed. Someone should be held responsible for my package.

I visited the UPS Alliance inside Staples to return an Amazon package, and the entire experience…read morewas incredibly frustrating. My return was supposed to be label-less, meaning UPS prints the label, but the employee told me I had to print it myself--so I ended up paying for a label I shouldn't have needed in the first place. After that, she assured me I didn't need an additional slip inside the package because she would place one there in case the exterior label got damaged. When the man who seemed to be her supervisor took over, the interaction went downhill fast. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. He contradicted what the first employee told me, then applied the label carelessly and didn't even properly seal the package using the pre-glued, peel-off adhesive strip. When I asked if he should cover the old label, he snapped that it "didn't matter because it was FedEx," which... still seems like something anyone cautious would do to avoid confusion. He packaged everything so sloppily--including right in front of me--that it honestly felt intentional, as though he was annoyed to even be helping. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I really hope other customers don't have to deal with this kind of treatment. Returning a package shouldn't be this complicated, and basic courtesy should not be too much to expect.

I was at the machine for about 20 minutes. I went to the rear of the store to check the clearance section and then started walking toward the front door. As I approached the front door a young man, who I think was the manager ask me was there anything I needed to pay for. I looked at him in awe and said no. If I was on my own time and not on company time that incident would have ended differently. I would have told him how I really felt. He made it seem as if I was stealing something. As a manager I feel as if his training was insufficient for the situation. I feel as if I was racially profiled. I will let my company know what happen and I will not be using Staples again. The Railroad company that I represent spend a lot of money with Staples.
