I just left this UPS Store. I'm not very good with computers and I needed to print a label to return something from Amazon. There was a tall gray haired middle age gentlemen who helped me. He would not lift a finger and pretty much dismissed me. It took me awhile to figure it out and I had to pay almost $10 to use their computer. Everyone else in the store has been great to me when I've come here this guy on the other hand couldn't lift a finger get or care enough to help. I'm new to town and if there is any other ups store here believe me I will use them instead. read more

I recently had some business brochures designed and printed by the staff at the UPS store. The finished results were great.

Terrible Company, Terrible Service, all around Terrible Workers. The package is in my city, less than 10-minute drive away from my house, wouldn't let me pick up a package that is at the facility, and told me I would have to wait for the delivery. My package is a phone that I desperately need, and they wouldn't even attempt to work with me, claiming that I wouldn't be able to pick up the package, although I have done so several times before with no issue. I will not be using UPS for any shipping purposes in the future. read more

What a wonderful business! I just mailed a dozen boxes all over the country for Christmas and was overwhelmed by the quality of the service. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes thanks to a wonderful young lady named Nadine, who was incredibly efficient and delightful. I highly recommend this business for mailing. read more

Easy to use, quick service. Only downside is it cost to use the browser on their computer to print documents. Don't mind paying for the prints, just seemed silly to be charged for the internet usage when I'm already paying for multiple other services. Everyone was friendly and helpful though. read more

Just now stopped by this store. Extremely courteous staff and fast service. Specially for holiday season they were moving along very quickly and professionally. The people who work in this store are awesome! They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I use this UPS store 4 to 5 times a week and every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile and helped in a very professional manner. I have visited other similar stores where the staff acted as if I were inconveniencing them by coming in and doing business with them. That is not at all the case here--the staff here always seem genuinely happy to help the customers who come in and they always answer all my shipping questions.
