Not only was my Ford Focus under 10,000$, it came with a clean bill of health with the CARFAX they provided! Thanks to Gary and Claudia, I can say I am happily the new owner of a Ford Focus and the process was completely stress free. This particular incident got me so upset that I am now taking…read morethe time to write this and feel that everyone should be aware of this rinky dink 2 man operation. It started when I saw a posting for what looked like a decent car with a decent price. I told them I live in Bay Area. Gary in the beginning was very easy to deal with, very responsive to my calls and questions. The agreement was for me to deposit the money into their checking account and he would release the car and paperwork to a friend so he can drive it to me. Once they got the money nothing else was followed up. I completed the paperwork and sent it via priority mail (paid for delivery myself). A few weeks later when I asked about the paperwork being sent back to me (thinking it should be already sent) Gary told me "she said she sent it", who the hell is "she"?!. Then Gary texted me back and said it is now in the mail being sent through regular mail!!! C'mon guys, I gave you the respect of receiving my money and paperwork in a timely manner and you can't even fork out the $5 bucks to make sure it gets back to me?! It's been over a month and half now and still nothing, on top of that my calls are getting ignored and forwarded to a voicemail. I wrote this 20 minutes ago. Didn't get a chance to write about all the mechanical issues with the car and now just got a call back from Gary to find out that this place is now closed for business. I now am out $6500, I have a lemon for a car, with no paperwork to show that I am the owner... I only have the previous owner's attorney information. Attorney?!!!

Any questions I had asked were answered and he was completely transparent about the whole process, the car and pricing. Even when there was a small issue with the car's media system, Gilbert took care of it with absolutely no problem and no hassle at all. Victor helped me out with signing all the paperwork and once again he was transparent about everything, very genuine and a great conversationalist. Not once did I feel like he was pushy with purchasing anything extra for the car. Never met more genuine people at a dealership than at this place. 10/10 experience. Thank you Gilbert and Victor!!

His knowledge, great customer service, and dedication to helping customers truly set him apart. Thank you, Mark & David for making this such a smooth and positive car-buying experience. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle, and I knew it wouldn't be perfect. However, I've had…read morethis Acura for less than two months, and I've already experienced multiple issues. That's extremely disappointing, especially after spending my hard-earned money. When I called to discuss my concerns, I felt rushed off the phone and was told someone would call me back. That never happened. The service department was not helpful at all--I felt like the only concern was getting my money and sending me on my way rather than addressing the problems with my vehicle. If you're considering buying a car here, please do yourself a favor: start the car yourself, test drive it thoroughly, inspect everything, and don't feel pressured to make a purchase. The sales team seems focused on making the sale, but once you've signed the paperwork, getting help becomes much harder. Now I'm stuck with a car that's giving me problems after less than two months, and I still don't have a resolution. I expected much better customer service and support after the sale.

Super pleased with Fullerton Ford, especially their service department! I was having transmission…read moreissues in my F-150. Before coming into Fullerton, I had originally taken my truck to another Ford dealer in the area, in which my truck sat there for a week, not even pulled into the shop, undiagnosed, and fully un-communicated with by the service advisor. Which was super frustrating being out a vehicle for this amount of time. I ended up picking the truck up and taking it over to Fullerton, which was a great decision! At Fullerton, I got in touch with Cesar, who took excellent care of me and my truck. He was super communicative, and productive on getting my transmission issues fixed under warranty and was even able to get me a rental car while my truck was getting wrenched on. I do want to note too, the whole service team was great, when Cesar was gone or out for lunch they all picked up his work and made sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't find myself back in the service department anytime soon, but if I do, I'm 100% bringing the vehicles to Fullerton over any Ford service dept in SoCal. Might even find myself in the sales department later on down the road!

On Friday, February 28, at around 7:00 PM, I went in to purchase a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport that was advertised for $38,060 (see photo). During negotiations, Mark insisted I had to purchase paint protection, LoJack, and several other add-ons totaling nearly $7,000. I declined multiple times, but he claimed the items were already included in the price -- something I later confirmed is not legal to force on a buyer. He refused to move from a price of about $45,000, despite the vehicle being listed around $38,000. I ultimately walked away. After leaving and doing some quick research, I returned to the dealership and informed him that mandatory add-ons are not allowed. At that point, he changed his story, saying the products were already installed on the vehicle, then provided yet another price including LoJack, claiming it was already in the car -- which did not appear to be true. In my opinion, this felt extremely dishonest and misleading, and the entire experience came across as very shady. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to carefully review pricing and question any forced add-ons.

Although we picked up the vehicle a day later than when it was ready due to our own scheduling, the entire transaction was essentially complete within less than 72 hours. When we arrived at the dealership, we signed the final paperwork in less than 10 minutes and drove away. There was no negotiating, no waiting around, and none of the typical dealership games. Everything had already been handled. Jan was responsive, transparent, and made the entire process completely stress-free. After this experience, I can honestly say I'll never step foot into a dealership to negotiate a vehicle myself again. If you're looking for someone who will save you time, money, and frustration, I highly recommend working with Jan. We'll definitely be sending our friends and family his way. Thanks again, Jan!

I've only had the car for about a month and a half, and two of the tires were already completely bald -- one even blew out on me. There's no reason a dealership should be selling a car in that condition. Before the tire issue, my alternator went out, and while they replaced it, they still made me pay out of pocket, which didn't feel right considering how soon the problem happened after buying the car. I really wanted to trust this place, but after multiple major issues in such a short time, I can't recommend them. Buyers beware -- inspect everything carefully and don't expect much accountability once you drive off the lot.

What really concerns me is what happened after I drove the car off the lot. The check engine light came on shortly after, showing a bad O2 sensor. When I got home and took a closer look, I noticed the car had O2 sensor spacers installed. That raised a red flag because those are often used to hide issues with failing catalytic converters. This was never disclosed to me during the purchase, and catalytic converter repairs are not cheap. I feel like that's something that should have been clearly communicated upfront so I could make a fully informed decision. Oh and the A/C didn't work . -_-
