    2nd time here, Bl very please both times. Service always great, Levian super helpful and friendly. Had oil change this time didn't wait too long. The prices are good. I would recommend it.

    Very fast and efficient service from the mechanics and cashier. My car was done in 25 minutes. I appreciate the mechanics being honest about what my car needed and not trying to pressure me to get more than I asked for. Everyone was friendly and professional. The waiting area is near and clean. Pricing is reasonable as well!

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I called one day last week asked if they could fix my rotors and brakes, the person on the phone said the estimate amount and tells me if I "want it done today You need to bring it in now". I took my truck and they tell me it's going to take a hour to 2, I'm okay with that.. 3 and a half hours later they call me and tell me they didn't even bother switching the brakes or rotors. Mind you I just bought the car a month ago and the previous owner warned me that the rotors and brakes aren't good AT ALL. So speedee just bleed my brake system. Forgot to put the cap on the fluid tank and sends me on my marry little way saying my brakes are perfect. BUT if I want to get them done go somewhere else. How does that makes sense ??? A couple days later not knowing they didn't put the cap back on, my brakes fail while I'm driving and I almost start collision on the freeway because of this place not doing their job right. If you want people who don't care and treat your car like a backyard mechanic, for mechanic prices come here.

    I arrived here in the morning to order a wheel and was instructed to return at 3 PM…read more Upon arriving at 3 PM, I waited for an additional hour only to be informed that the tires were not available, but later I was told that the tire had actually arrived earlier. They appear to be quite disorganized here. There was an issue with insurance or a claim related to the tire package I purchased from the dealer. They advised me to pay out of pocket, even though the insurance company stated that they would cover the cost. Conversely, they mentioned a discount for those without insurance, but then they inflated the prices for those with insurance. Ben, who seemed to be either the owner or the manager, was all over the place and disorganized, failing to keep his promises. The staff there also exhibited a similar lack of organization and seemed unaware of what was happening. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt regarding their ratings and decided to experience it for myself, and indeed, the ratings were accurate.

I dropped off at 9 left and came back at 11:00, seeing my car parked in a different place I assumed all was finished (no one called). Devin P was so condescending and rude, I wasnt even offended in the moment, because I was taken back by the audacity. I started by asking if my car was done, and mentioned I hadnt received a call, but saw it moved. He said, "oh it says here your due at noon", I informed him I was quoted 1-2 hours at 9am, to which he scoffed, "im telling you what it says here" He then proceeded to tell me my car couldnt be aligned, and that a rod was frozen. I asked what repair would be necessary to make that possible, and if he can print a quote for that work so I can arrange to take care of it. He agreed and then disclaimed to me that the part would have to be ordered so the repair would t be possible today. My response "I understand that" was met by him saying, "well you understand now that I told you". I felt that he was stressed out and did my best to deflate any tension with a friendly smile saying, "I would assume you don't have every part on hand, right? Haha" He then prints one invoice, which Im eager to see, and says thats his copy, and I'll get mine in a moment". After the second invoice is printed, I know the cost of tie rod end replacement. Its odd because usually I hear the salespeople there trying to upsell everyone tires or other services. In this case I needed a serious repair and had to negotiate to even learn details. Devins initial response was just that the alignment wasnt possible. Then when I asked for the quote to be made he was so rude with me. Now I do need this repair, but am willing to bring our 3 vehicles to walnut creek location if they'll honor the liftime alignment purchased in vallejo. To be fair, they have a lot to manage, with 3 phones ringing, mechanics passing down info and a line of customers. Even with that consideration, Vallejos location is clearly understaffed, without time to call customers to pick up vehicles, let alone talk them through what needs done. But none of that excuses the disrespectful attitude, which is a hard pill to swallow when spending hundreds of dollars.
