So my suspension was making some odd noise and my tire was wearing out early. Originally took it to an alignment shop on Broadway next to Chevron. That guy gave me back my Toyota w the steering wheel cocked to the left just to drive straight. Took it right back. Now my tire is doing the exact same thing. Went back again and he tells me to take it to a general mechanic to figure out if I need a tie rod or not. Anyways I just saw Shack and he let me know my bearings in my axle are bad, yeah the one I got from AutoZone. So he basically told me to replace the axle first then come back for an alignment. I needed my brakes inspected and found out the the honest, friendly and fair shop I previously went to was permanently closed. I then called another mechanic that had serviced my car in the past, only to find out he was booked. I was under a time crunch and wanted to get my brakes taken care of that day; my solution was to turn to Yelp. I found B&B Tire and gave them a call. They said to stop by and indeed I did. They were friendly, efficient and honest. I was told my rear brake pads needed to be changed soon, but it wasn't necessary that day. They fixed my front brakes and changed my wiper blades just in time for rainy season. I definitely recommend B&B. read more

Came here with my dad because I had gotten a flat tire & had been using my spare for the last few days. These guys here at B&B Tires are truly great and very helpful. They gave us the out-the-door cost, showed us the tires that would be installed, assessed that I actually needed 2 tires (not only 1) since my front left seemed to be balding already which I had not even noticed. They went straight to business with everything. No fluff, no bull sh*t; Just straightforward customer & business. No appointment needed too which was wonderful. I also had been reported previously from prior mechanics that I was having issues with my alignment, so I asked B&B Tires if they can help me out with that, & sure enough, they did for $99! 1 tire would've been ~$180 out-the-door, but I got them for ~$130 each. Not to mention, they have a warranty for 70,000 miles, so they told me to just bring car back if I have any issues with my tires. For some reason, they also added a 10% discount, so no complaints there! They have a comfortable indoor seating area with a TV, couch, a fan, & a water dispenser; Sat here relaxed knowing I was being well-taken care of.. well, my car. They were quick, efficient, & all about customer satisfaction. The owner was super nice too; While my dad and I were in the waiting area, the owner came by to chat with us. We talked about all kinds of things from how motorcycles can be risky to drive, not letting negative people ruin our days, and how his people and my people came to this country legally to work hard, make a good living, and ensure this life we have is a healthy one; It's not so much the content of the conversation that matters in this review, but rather the rapport and connection that this owner was able to build with us as his customers. Swap 4 tires on a customer provided tires. Enrique is NO PRO AT ALL. I've been using B&G years when Brian used to own. the shop. Enrique took over and this service all hell broke loose. TPMS acted up as soon as I started the car still in their shop. Told me to drive few mile. Drove 24 miles and TPMS still on. Took it to different shop and found out they crushed the TPMS and didn't tell me. Told my story to a friend and this shop "Enrique owned" also over stated an alignment issue to an entire front end job. Folk .. beware of this shop.! read more

I went back to my favorite tire store a few days ago and found that it has new owners. They are a great team of people. Ahmed and his mechanic crew took care of my tire issues and found some other safety issues that needed to be fixed. Their prices for parts and labor are very affordable, the time they spent on the work was very acceptable, and the care they took in helping me was extremely wonderful. WARNING! Untrustworthy! DO NOT Recommend! Visited B&G Tires for the first time because I noticed they had good reviews. While I received friendly customer service, I received only lies. I took my 2004 Durango to B&G Tires so they could diagnose a grinding sound. After the inspection, an older employee explained to me that my vehicle was dangerous to drive as many suspension parts were about to fail. He stressed that I either drive straight home or get it towed to a different location, so someone he knew could complete the repairs with parts for 2K. This visit took place in March 2024. After this visit, I got a second opinion from my neighbor who is an experienced mechanic. My Durango only needed new brake pads and rotors. NOW my car is running great! I will NEVER return and DO NOT Recommend B&G Tires to anyone. read more

Vallejo has many tire shops, and this is the one I went with. It was a good experience overall. B&G is not a chain, but it looks like one. Big showroom to find the tire you need, spacious waiting area. Next to a railroad track that gets little use, so that's where I waited. Long garage, so it can handle high volume. I expected four SUV tires to be expensive, and it was, but it was a better deal than other places. While I was there, they kept in touch with me via phone to notify me of status and asking questions. So yes, the family SUV got re-tired. It's been two weeks, and the drive is great. And with excellent service too. B&G is a winner! read more
