Service is first come first served, and when I pulled up, thankfully there wasn't anyone ahead of me. I had a nail in my tire, and they quickly removed it and patched it up in about 15 minutes. Carlos and his team were lifesavers today! My daughter's tire blew out on the Bay Bridge and AAA wasn't an option because of the wait time. After some amazing Caltrans employees put her spare on, she was able to slowly drive to Tire and Wheel Depot to get a new tire put on. Les Schwab stated it was a 2 hour wait for a walk-in. At this place it is more of first come first serve basis and I waited less than 5 minutes. This has become my go-to place for flat tire service. The past two times I've gotten a flat tire (two separate times, two different vehicles) I went to Tire and Wheel Depot to get them fixed. I found them here on Yelp. Luckily for me, both tires were repairable because the damage/hole/puncture were not on the sidewalls of the tire. It was dead center for both, allowing me the option for repair. Tire and Wheel Depot has two types of repairs for repairable damage; Patch ($20) or Plug ($10). Both times I had them plugged. Each time I gave them $12 cash, $10 for the plug and $2 dollar tip. I don't know the names of technician who worked on my tires but I had 3 different workers help me and they were quick to approach and greet me as I drove into their lot. All in all, both times I was there and out in about 10 minutes. Great place, great prices and great (fast) service! Very fast and courteous service, and a very good price for this Goodyear Eagle. After, he checked the pressure in all tires and had me going in less than 15 minutes. My family and I were stranded with car troubles coming thru and we were able to get off I-80 and pull into the first place we saw a shop, our troubles were not related to tires whatsoever but... they let use pull in and thank goodness they were so kind! What with this Covid thing anymore ppl can't go or get into anyplace without a reservation of sorts. The gentleman let us take care of our car troubles and even let us use their tools, car jack etc. OMG! We are from Nevada and had a ways to go, but my brother in law got it the serpentine belt back on and secure so we were back on the road and heading home!
