Meh. The good news is that they had a used tire that fit my car, they installed it in barely over 30 minutes, and it only cost $68. But otherwise it was like a doctor who decides what you need with little to no conversation. They took the old tire off the wheel and started putting another on, without asking if it was what I wanted, or discussing the price, or anything. And he threw the temp tire back into its hole without fitting it in properly. It was so crooked, the cover over it wouldn't close, and that's with leaving the jack kit just sitting in the trunk. Finally, it did not help that the waiting area was absolutely filthy. The chairs looked like someone had been wiping their oil stained hands on them for years. So bottom line, I'm back on the road quickly without a high cost. But if I ever need similar service again, I'll have to try a different place. read more

I didn't have time to wait around for a tire, and saw the reviews. It is true! You're pretty much in and out in 5-10 min. They're friendly, honest, and had my tire waiting for me. I wish I could've gotten all my tires redone. The lobby is pretty much outside and I waited on a lawn chair next to a fire pit, with the staff. No the facility is not high tech and just pretty much jack the car up, and put on the tire. But the warranty for the tire is 45k, save for a nail. They also checked to make sure everything was good and were def not trying to make me pay more than I should. I highly recommend this place for fast, convenient, and friendly service. read more

Well, one week later I'm at a different tire shop because the bumpy tire they FIXED was still bumpy and this company said it's a junk tire. So I'm paying for another tire because the scanners at Alfa sell women trash knowing we won't realize it until too late. Avoid at all costs if you're a woman or anybody who expects a decent product. There's tons of tire stores in Vallejo & Solano County to choose from, but many of them don't come with a high degree of confidence with their services. Alfa's been in business now about a month or so. I noticed them frequently when passing by the busy intersection of Redwood and Tuolumne Streets. Decided to give them a shot at installing some pre-purchased, after-market wheels onto one of my vehicles. Their installation tools--especially their jacks--looked to be new and of higher caliber. This instilled confidence in me that went missing with visits to other unnamed shops. I arrived around opening at 9am, and the guys welcomed my business and got right to work, no waiting. Best, their rates for most services can't be beat. During this initial soft opening phase, and perhaps for the foreseeable future, they're CASH only, so take note.
