I got 4 tires replaced with them. My tire light has gone on 6x after that within the month. I went back and they said one tire was low. Topped it off and said I was good. Then my light went on the next day. Had someone check my tire pressure and this place over inflated some tires and the same tire was low again. This is a tire shop. They only have one job. They had to send the tires and rims to a "sister shop" to mount it. No problem, everyone has to get the experience at some point. Horrible experience. Bought 4 used tires. Mid-balancing from another shop told, You were sold a bad tire. Had to pay for half balancing job. Returned to get a replacement and the tech showed his reluctant superior that the tire was indeed faulty. Upon several request from the tech guy I was given another tire. Alfa's been in business now about a month or so. I noticed them frequently when passing by the busy intersection of Redwood and Tuolumne Streets. Decided to give them a shot at installing some pre-purchased, after-market wheels onto one of my vehicles. Their installation tools--especially their jacks--looked to be new and of higher caliber. This instilled confidence in me that went missing with visits to other unnamed shops. I arrived around opening at 9am, and the guys welcomed my business and got right to work, no waiting. Best, their rates for most services can't be beat. During this initial soft opening phase, and perhaps for the foreseeable future, they're CASH only, so take note. Great service and low prices. Drove in with 4 bald tires and was out in less than an hour with 4 new ones. They give you options, like the cost of used tires or new, and the difference in prices of new tires. For a new set, it's about $600-$700 for a larger car. They call also do plugs cheap if you have a minor leak. I would definitely go back. read more

I came here about three weeks ago because I had a huge hole in my tire after driving over a rock. They said I had to change the tire, very understandable, I changed my tire with a used tire. ($90 total) now I am back because the tire they had given me had cracks in it. One of the gentleman working here is trying to get me to buy another tire because the tire they had given me was no good. I will not be coming back here. I only came back because there is nail in my tire and wanted to know if they could patch it ($25 for a patch) but then they tell me I have to replace the tire again. Good for used tire replacement however be prepared to negotiate as they will not be shy to charge more if you allow them to. Example, I purchased single tire $60 mounted. Came back for a set of four same size different car attempted to charge me 350 same used tires. Make that make sense? Service, however, was good just be sure to stand firm when negotiating. read more

Took my car here thinking it would be convenient. Had to wait like an hour because they had to get my size tire from another tire shop, then once they put my tire on they messed my rim up took off $40 for that.
