I always take my Toyota RAV4 hybrid to the dealer but I thought I'd take it here to get a "quick" oil change and tire rotation. Simple, right? Wrong. Took over an hour and they weren't able to do the rotation because of the bolts on my custom wheels (said they were stripped??). As I was finally driving out of the lot I realize the tire light was still on (ugh), so I brought it rights back thinking it was a quick fix. Wrong again. Charged $10.00/qt for 14 qts of oil. Capacity is 10 qts including filter. Technician missed 4 grease fittings on chassis, 3 on drive line which he said he couldn't find (I found them easily) and upper left ball joint which had grease all over the top of the fitting but not in it. Chassis shown as sealed when there are 11 grease fittings. Transfer case checked on receipt as "checked". Tech said he could not remove bolt in case so how could it be checked? He said he could not perform check. Did not clean windshield. DId not check transmission fluid level. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tech named Brian did nothing work related. Just stood around and BS'd with customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Total time in bay, 1 hour 6 minutes. Extremely negative experience. Will never use this facility again. Arrived at this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change at 4pm. Sat in the car, waited 25 minutes until someone checked us in. The guy in charge of intake took 10 minutes to type in details onto his iPad; basic questions , name, address, email, service type, etc. Waited another 25 minutes until prompted to go up the ramp. 1 hr passed, and another 45 minutes to complete oil change. I usually go to another place to get my oil change but I found this place to be more convenient d/t location , fast service oil change they claim ? The guys who work at this place are excellent. I always come here for my regular oil changes...each time, the service is quick, professional, and thorough. I love the yelp check in deals. I also appreciate that no appointment is needed, and there is never a long drawn out wait. I even stopped by on my way home from work to get a standard oil change...when I pulled up to the oil change area I saw a sign with new hours posted. They were scheduled to close in 5 minutes! I had no idea that they changed the closing time :( Regardless, the guys were eager to help and assisted me. I was really grateful for that! This location has been very kind to me. We had to get a bulb replaced on a turn signal, so we went back to this Jiffy Lube as they had done this for us before. The place had been good before - quick and efficient - but yesterday they went above and beyond and hit it out of the park! Not content to just replace the bulb, they also check those for all of our Toyota's signal lights. They found a couple more that were out but had to order in for the bulbs as we have an older car. That took a while, and they weren't able to resolve the issue with the reverse signal lights. They were very apologetic, but that is an electrical issue they can't help with. So they didn't charge us and wrote the work off to warranty. All the time, they were friendly and professional and did everything they could to keep us posted on what was going on. Trying to understand what just happened. I sat for about 25 minutes in line this morning to check my vehicle in for an oil change along with about eight other vehicles. As we were waiting, we got to watch two gentlemen doing the most incredibly thorough, vacuuming, and Windex job, I have literally ever seen, while they ignored all the customers waiting, ready to drop off. It's really difficult for me to understand this business practice of making a whole fleet of customers wait for checking in without any sort of communication or indication as to when they would be served while somebody windexed one car in the bay for 25 minutes. Does Jiffy Lube even detail vehicles? I don't think my windows have ever been cleaned in previous visits. I had enough time to check my email, read all through my Instagram messages, get irritated, ask how long this was going to take, and then to call a different mechanic and make an appointment for tomorrow to get my vehicle needs met. It almost seemed like thrse guys were getting off on making everybody wait. Just sayin. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place. I will attach a picture of my receipt to show how terrible this place is. Not only did the supervisor Daniel promise to give me and my family free oil change from now on after showing him that there was a middle finger drawn on my receipt, but when my oil change was due again, they did not honor the free oil changes. I called for the regional manager and he did absolutely nothing for me. This place is racist, sexist and should be shutdown for business. After what the world is going through, this place has time to draw a middle finger on my receipt and think its ok. Place is horrible and would never go to a jiffy lube and advise everyone to just take your car to get serviced elsewhere. I called AAA Roadside service for a jump but after an hour of waiting and being told they are still running behind plus needing to desperately use the bathroom I walked over to the jiffy lube to ask to use their restroom they not only allowed me to use their bathroom but also jumped my car and were so kind about the entire situation. Toyota in Fairfield California to service my vehicle however my warranty has ended so I decided to come to Jiffy Lube in Benicia. I was able to stay in my car the whole time all of their workers went above and beyond and were so kind. I even use two coupons so it was a really great deal. Service was very slow. I waited 45 minutes in the car line to be seen. Where do I start. First, I was told "we don't service foreign cars", I have an 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia with the 2.0 motor that was there previously. After that interaction, took about an hour to do the oil change. They came in and said "we can't reset your service reminder". Ok, I know that does take an OBD2 reader to reset. What wasn't reset was the "change oil now" notification. This was after someone said "we looked at YouTube videos to see what to do." Seriously, YouTube videos?? Just unbelievable that they had to use a YouTube video. It still has the "Expired Service" and "Change Oil Now". Do I leave it that way until my next oil change? When is my next oil change since the sensor wasn't reset? And, do I drive it 5,000 miles knowing that eventually it will cause an issue? read more

No way I was gonna trust this guy to be under my car. I picked this spot because of their Yelp rating but there's a million oil change shops, so I just turned around and walked out. I would give this place no stars if I could. They take advantage of people who don't know anything about cars. They charged me for tire rotations they never performed. They also did this to my grandparents. I paid around $80-$100 for my visits and found out I could have gotten an oil change and tire rotation for $60 elsewhere. read more

Jiffy Lube changed oil 2 weeks ago. I noticed oil spots in my garage which happened after oil change. I brought it back yesterday and informed them. They took a look and determined root cause and fixed it. I checked this morning and confirmed no more oil leak. They replaced oil plug gasket and oil drain plug while topping off oil. All at no cost.
