My tire pressure light came on I found the nearest Big O Tires which was Benicia. I arrived 10 minutes before closing thinking I only needed additional air in my tires. As Service Technician, Andy Garcia added air, he discovered a nail in my tire. He immediately fixed the issue. I explained to Mary Bautista, in Customer Service, I just left work to get my tire fixed. She was so concerned about my safety on the road and did not charge me for the repair. Well I came here this morning with an appointment for Brake service. I just my pads replaced since I knew they were nearing the end of life. The service rep began to tell me that we only do full service which includes rotors. I says give me a quote. He said ok well after I give you 30.00 off the best I can do it all comes to 1049.00 i immediately told him I was at the wrong place. I just needed pads replaced. I have to say I'm very impressed with the trustworthiness and the service at big O tires Benicia. As a female, I always feel very intimidated walking into a repair shop. I've often been sold products or service services. I didn't actually need because I didn't know any better. I expected that to be the case when I got my oil changed at Big O tires, but it wasn't. They told me my car was in good shape and charged me for the oil change and sent me home. A few weeks later I had a flat tire. They helped me order a new tire without issue. Another great experience with Big O in Benicia! I came in a few days ago after having my tire light go on. I was helped again by Joshua who remembered me from last time. I appreciated that! Another warm and welcoming greeting, even though there were other customers inside and he seemed really busy. Joshua let me know to expect a bit of a wait, there was quite a few cars ahead of me. I walked in on a Thursday evening, after calling earlier in the day. They said they could change my oil and do it today, so why not bring my car in! This has been my go to for all my cars for many years and this is no exception. They took great care of my new Honda HR-V, and made sure that I used my coupon that I brought in, so I could save 20 bucks! Great service, great price! Every time I come here, they find over a thousand of extra "repairs" that are needed. Will find a new place. Recently went to drop off car and two guys were available to help, but because I called before I came to confirm they have the part in the stock, I had to be helped by only the same guy who picked up the phone. So I sat for 15 minutes while he helped one person even though two other customer service were available to help. Seems their internal policy prioritizes something else besides customer service. To start, I wrote a review of this business a couple of days ago that was removed because I was truthful about what my experience was. It's too bad the 1st Amendment is not allowed any longer in this country. So, my experience with this company at this location was the worse I have ever experienced. I own a business and I understand how important customer service is, and obviously this company does not. I called this company and said I had a screw in my tire that I needed fixed, can they take me this morning. I was assured they could so I said I would be there in about 15 minutes. I got there and was then told they were backed up for at least 2 hours, do you have a ride home. This is for a simple patch or plug in my tire, and a loyal client for 13 years. Unbelievable that I would be treated like this. Their customer service, or lack of, was the worst I've ever encountered, and I will NEVER return to this location, let along Big O. read more

Got to my car this morning and had low tire pressure. come to find out that my back tires were wearing uneven and needed to be replaced, they were almost bare on the inside and it's rainy season. I live in Vacaville so I went to that store. They were bought out by another company. Closest is in Benicia. I call, they say come by. I figured they have to order the tires and I'd have to come back due to the type I wanted. Nope, they went to their warehouse and picked them up. They told me of their discount and they are replacing them now. Thank you to Tom who I spoke with and helped me and Geddy the manager who was very understanding. Crappy start to my morning with a flat tire on East 2nd St in Benicia. Before calling AAA for a tow, I called Joshua at Big O to confirm availability of Pirelli Zero in the 315 R40 size which isn't common. Joshua confirmed they were in stock and he rushed a request to the warehouse to have them ready for installation. Start to finish, the whole process was over in less than 3 hours. I was losing air in my back tire. I was gong to pass Big O Tires on Military in Benicia. I decided to pull in, it was Saturday early afternoon. A couple guys came out, checked all of my tires for air and found the culprit. I had a nail. They offered to repair my tire right then. Tom took care of the paper work while awaited a short time inside. He was very friendly and professional, even while his phone was ringing off the hook. He was kind and patient with every caller. Not only was way overcharged on simple engine scan and oil change but they claim needed fuel injectors and total bill running to a total of 2 grand no codes from scan wax even showed to me. Went in the next day and spoke to Thomas A., who was very professional and personable. He immediately got someone to work on repairing my tire, which had plenty of tread life.
