I am a tow truck driver myself, and I came in to drop off a vehicle and the lady for the reception was very rude. I had given a member a jumpstart for her vehicle so I could get it out of the driveway so I could tell her vehicle said the member decided that she was going to drive off because she didn't wanna pay the $150 to get her car towed so this lady, the receptionist very rude told me that if people are gonna do this to you then maybe you shouldn't give them a jumpstart maybe you shouldn't jumpstart anybody's vehicle. I don't have a shitty attitude and this lady that works in the front of this business. she's pretty fucking shitty. read more

Their service is excellent, fast, and professional! I requested a smog and it was done within 15 minutes! It was so fast and they were very polite. I unfortunately didn't get any employees' names, but the lady at the front desk and the gentlemen who serviced my vehicle were very polite and courteous. I was hesitant going in because I've seen some reviews mentioning poor service, but I didn't experience anything of the sort. Unlike most smog shops in Vallejo, they didn't offer a coupon. There is also a charge whether your vehicle passes or fails. I thought the price was fair and typical of smog checks I've had in the past. The service was excellent, so I don't mind paying a little more. They send your information to the DMV and they are STAR certified. The waiting area is quite small so you may need to stand outside and wait. I went at 8:45 and they already had quite a few customers. They do not schedule appointments and operate on a first-come-first-served basis, so it would be best to go early in the morning if you're in a rush. I would recommend OCM and will likely return for my next smog test. read more

Not many reviews on this place, but it's pretty much a hidden (or not so hidden) gem of a business here in Vallejo. They've been here for decades, though under different monikers. Possibly even pre-dating my birth! But for as long as my family has been driving here in V-Town, this has been our go-to oil change and fluid shop. This business is truly the definition of no-frills, in terms of auto shops. No coffee, no comfy area to sit back and relax, no nothing like any of that. You pretty much get what you come here for. Service is friendly and straightforward. You let them know what you want done, and they get on it right away. And I mean like right away. My oil changes have always happened right there on the spot. No wait, no muss, and no fuss. What I like is that they're not the type of shop to pressure you into other servicing you might or might not need. If there's something going on that they might spot, they will mention it to you. They'll even give you a price for what that might be. But they won't pressure you to buy the service if you don't want it. Love that about this shop. Service here is absolutely fast and the staff here have always been the friendliest people. Prices are also reasonable. For everything aforementioned, this will be my oil change shop for life. As far as I know, no better place in Vallejo can be found. read more

i am extremely happy with my experience here. i brought in my pickup after a botched attempt by a neighbor to change timing belt. i was really feeling like an idiot and a loser. emilio gave me a lower estimate than i'd hoped for, while preparing me for possible problems. he called me with an update once they'd gotten a look at things. he suggested replacing other belts at same time, assuring me that it would not add to labor cost. when i picked it up, he took the time to answer my questions about maintenance and other repairs. before noon the next day, the pickup was back on the road and purring like a kitten. muchísimas gracias, OCM read more

I was referred by a colleague to go to this place i would take a bike to this place i walked in two people were counting money they did not even acknowledge me i stood right in front of them not a lady and one of the tech big guy i then said excuse me i have a question after five minutes the guys said we will be tight with you i then stood there about three more minutes then i just walk out went to my car gathered my thoughts and give them time to get whatever they were doing together i then went back in again did not acknowledge me again i them said i have a question again then they both look at me as if i stole something and said rudely What's your question i then said never mind i cannot believe you treat your customers like this do not ever go there i advise the lady is rude a hell customer service is not there specialty. read more

Unbelievable - I got towed in just as they opened on a Saturday, they had me out in less than an hour and charged me half of their quoted estimate since it was such a quick fix. I couldn't be more pleased. Most places would have charged full rates just as a minimum. And, they prioritized me just to get me back on the road as they knew I had to be somewhere, instead of bumping to the back of the queue. Thanks guys! read more
