There was the same person that gave me great service before her name is Kenahdee. She went under the car and immediately addressed the issue. She then checked the air in my tires and oil. I went in today on a day before the Fourth of July holiday and they had a nice small line about an hour after opening. The folks at this location are hard working and provide good service to the community. I was surprised to hear from the two workers that assisted me with my vehicle inspection form that not only do they have to work on the holiday but also do NOT receive holiday pay. I have a regular job and work a second job to supplement my income to be able to afford PG&E, rising gas costs, and groceries so I can understand but it's just surprising to hear how some owners treat their workers. Holiday pay is something that should be given to workers. It's just the bare minimum. Anyway I'm thankful for the folks that helped me. This is not only a bad review but a warning that this particular Jiffy Lube is incompetent and almost caused devastating damage to my car. I have paperwork from another shop to confirm this. The oil filter and plug were not secured/sealed properly, causing all the oil to slowly drain in just a few weeks. If not for a warning light in my car, the damage could have been disastrous. The shop I went to fix this had nothing but bad and sketchy reviews for this Jiffy Lube, stating that they are constantly fixing their mistakes! NEVER AGAIN! I've been going to this Jiffy Lube in the old Raley's parking lot for a long time, through all of its sometimes unusual iterations. I am so happy to meet Natalie, who is the new manager and is really making a difference here. I got great service and unlike most of the other oil change places in town, there is rarely a line. The address is Sonoma Boulevard but it is best accessed via Broadway Street, as it's in the far side of the parking lot. Highly recommend its current version! read more

Pulled in guy told me to wait in the office. No one came in to ask me what service I wanted. They ended up deciding on their own to upcharge me to high mileage oil, which is more expensive. Also, even though you're paying for it, they DO NOT wash your windows, check your tires, or do anything except change your oil. Same thing happened last time, but I brushed it off. Manager is highly irresponsible and does not handle things in a professional manner. I went for an oil change five months ago and shortly after the service, my bottom plate fell off on the freeway because it wasn't secure properly.. The staff themselves are more kind, compassionate, and caring than she is. They even came to offer me roadside assistance when I was stuck on the side of the freeway with the bottom plate scraping against the road. I have been calling this business for five months now and each time the manager needs my number and information and making and model of the car all over again even though she said that she ordered the plate for me twice now. Now she isn't even returning my calls so I'm either going to have to go through HR or simply sue the company and this incompetent manager. Someone needs to replace her ASAP because if you say you're going to fix something and you don't follow through with your promise that's a character issue. read more

Took my car there around 3:30p on a Sunday and they were super fast, efficient and kind! Best service I've had by far at jiffy lube. I got an oil change there and in addition they cleaned my windshield and vacuumed the inside of my car. I didn't ask for It, no service issues to get offered those services. The manager takes full advantage by up-selling you items you do not need like filters that are not needed but pushes them anyway or giving you oil that your car doesn't need when they are out of when your car requires another one. I misunderstood the mechanics instructions about where to park therefore two other mechanics gave me strange looks, I was confused and asked,"what?" They became extremely rude asked me if I was going to drive into the car that wa parked. I didn't understand their question and explained that I was just following the directions that I thought I understood. The tall black man began saying all kinds of negative things about me to the other mechanic regarding the way I parked and the looks I was giving. I was merely confused. When the first mechanic interjected to clear up the confusion, I drove to the correct spot but they continued to go on an on so I drove toward the exit and told them there was no need to be rude. When I arrived, I was greeted by a worker named Sid. He was super welcoming, helpful and just made the start of my experience a really good one. I told him I needed an oil change, and he was able to accommodate right away. Derek and Jerome worked on my car and they were just as friendly and helpful. Of course, I asked 101 questions since I'm always eager to learn about cars. They had no problem answering all of them and really took their time explaining everything. I used to come here all the time. till yesterday, I gave my debit card to an employee so he could charge my card like I always have done before , except this employee never gave me my card back and by the time I realized I didn't have my card, I was at Walmart trying to buy groceries and Jiffy Lube was closed. The employee took my card and stole $100 for PlayStation (as it said in my transactions. I left Jiffy Lube at 6:44 at night. Went straight to Walmart after jiffy, once I tried purchasing my groceries, that's when I Realized I didn't have my card....got back in my car and that's when my phone went off around 7:30 that my card was being used !!! Do not try to use this service! They tried to destroy my car before my eyes! First they doused me with oil the entire engine and air filter, then they sent me home with an unscrew oil bolt !!!! Oil level at a minimum !!! after all, they added 35,000 mls on the system to the mileage of my car !! just fucktup my car value in twice !!! after all this they put me out of the service with the words that I want a free oil change from them! Took my car in for an oil change, the next day I was hearing scraping. My skid plate had fallen off due to not putting screws back on, why it was half ass'd I will never know. But Deshawn and Joshua are amazing! Joshua bring the manager, literally drove himself to my location (which was black bear dinner cause I had pulled into the Parking lot to call jiffy) and rigged the fuses so it wouldn't scrape anymore. Honestly, that's superior customer service. Like, nobody does that lol but he did! It was really appreciated. That tells me he really cares about the service his customers receive. Slow...and others came after me and left before me. They got the same work done on a bigger car I have a small car and it's been an hour (being the second one in line). Other places I have been cost less and take no more than 15 min. They're helpful but I asked how long it would be, and they said "not too long." This is way too long for an oil change but for them being paid it's not a long time...plus take time to make fun of my car. They shouldn't let people see how lazy and useless they are.
