I have always been fortunate enough to have had a washer and dryer in every place I've lived but recently the washer broke where I'm currently living. I was nervous to use a laundromat, as TV and movies portray them as scary and dirty. This place is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Even the other customers helped me when I looked like I had never done a load of laundry in my life. I love the fact they had triple load washers and huge dryers! I was able to do a whole week of laundry in one wash and dry. It cost me less than $10. While I hope the washer gets fixed shortly, I do not mind doing my laundry here every week. read more

My first laundromat experience in my life, and I have to say it's pretty good. I've always seen this place from the outside and it didn't look spectacular, but I was impressed. Lots and lots of washers and dryers to get all your laundry done (including double, triple, and "extra load" (5 load) capacity washers). The dryers are really big and I could easily dry all of my laundry in one - however they go in 10 minute increments and you probably want to separate your laundry to get the maximum out of your time. They also have ginormous, heavy-duty 80 pound washers. Pretty awesome. You have to put money on a card to use the washers/dryers and they can get a bit pricey but they do a good job. Also, they have a vending machine for things like detergent, bleach, etc., although I think they're a bit pricey as well. There is free wi-fi (where I'm writing this review from!), TVs and arcade games for the kids (and others), and plenty of space to fold clothes when you need to as well as tables to sit at. I recently moved into an apartment with no washer and dryer, so until I get my own, I come here. The best part, free wifii. The employees are very nice and they always seem to be cleaning. The laundromat is always clean and I'm not grossed out when I have to use the bathroom. The washers are a good size and as far as I've seen, the prices are on par with other laundromats. They use a card system which I also like, can load with a credit/debit or cash. I don't feel scared here in the evening or early mornings. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is there's no a/c. The Hispanic woman who is also the cashier is so darn rude, unhelpful and recommended me the 8 loads for $8 with no change. I was shocked! Will never go back to this place again. This was the fastest washing machine I have ever seen. Only took 25 minutes and it washed all of my bedding which at home would take me around 4 hours to do. Extremely clean and nice people. Was very clean, however, I had my service dog with me and the worker told me not dogs aloud, I told her it was a service dog, she then asked me for paperwork proving that she was a service dog, I explained to her that her request was against the law and she became hostile and said she wanted proof, I told her to call the police if she didn't like it, then another patron handed her her phone, I can only guess that the patrons Googled something on the subject because the worker walked away and left me alone, but she was so aggressive at the time and it raised my blood pressure and causedisrespectful my dog to alert, I'll go back but wish that employees were better educated on public matters since they are dealong with the general public read more

I have a laundry room in my complex, but it's always dirty since our old management left, so I decided to start doing my laundry elsewhere. Every time I've gone so far, there's always washers and dryers open. Not always the largest ones, which are the ones I like to use, but that's not a very big deal. I prefer it over trying to do it at home. Especially since I can go once a week and get all of our laundry done in 1-2 hours. Doing the same at home always takes at least half my day. Or I have to do laundry every 2-3 days and that still takes 1 1/2 hours per load. All in all I much prefer coming here every Saturday or Sunday and getting all my laundry done at once, including our comforter, which we can't do here. read more

I don't do reviews unless something is really bad or really good. This place is amazing. I took my 4 king-size comforters in on my lunch break. She told me my comforters would be ready for pick up at 4 PM that same day. I went after work and picked them up. They were all 4 individually wrapped in plastic. I just got home and put it on my bed and it smells amazing and it's so clean. My cat gets on the bed every now and then so I had some cat hairs on it and there's not one single hair. Perfect! Just moved to Corona and drove to riverside since my new washer didn't work properly. I have been to a few laundromats and this one is by far the cleanest. I came here at 8 am and was relatively empty. You do have to get a laundromat card, but it's free. Did two big loads for about 8 bucks. Dryers are a dollar for 30 minutes. When I picked up my laundry, I could tell right off the bat that they didn't use my soap or softener and when I asked for the soap back they said they used it all. You use a laundry card to start the machines which you obtain at in wall kiosks. You can use cash(bills only) or use a credit/debit card, $10 minimum to put on card, enter how much you want on the card and it pops out your laundry card. read more

I've been coming here for years despite my apartments have a laundry room. It's not always clean so I don't like using the laundry room at my complex. To me it's worth my money, time and travel to get there ( It's not far from where I live). The attendants are always there and helpful. My husband was working in the area and our family had accumulated a large suitcase full of clothing worth of laundry after being on the road for half a week. We were trying to see the sites and not mess with things like laundry. The hotel where we stayed did have laundry service. However, it was very expensive. $4 for a pair of socks. $5 for one pair of underwear. Seriously, I could buy new. So I went on Yelp and and found this laundry wash and go service for $1 a pound. That is a bargain compared to the hotel service. And with a check-in, first timers get half off!! So for $24, we got same day laundry service for 48 pounds of clothing! Best bargain ever. And they did a great job. Our laundry was clean, folded and smelled great. Socks were matched up. Dress shirts and dresses were hung on hangers. They said they would be done by 8pm and they were just done about 8:10 when we showed up. But I had dropped the laundry off around noon. I didn't really expect same day, so I'm very happy with the quality and service for the price. The location is clean and the employee at the counter was pleasant. Since we don't live in the area, I can't say we will be frequent customers. However, whenever we do stay in the area, I have the place bookmarked so I can make sure to come back. We never come here again. Used a washing machine that didnt work when i let the employee on duty know about the problem she began to tell me that i didn't add enough washing powder when looking at the machine you could clearly tell that the machine was not holding enough water inside of it. Upon trying to explain this to her she tell me she has used all the machines and they work for her. At that point i was done with the conversation let her know to have a great day but we are not getting anywhere.And for this reason alone i will never put a dime in this place again read more

We used this self service laundry for the first time since our washing machine and American Home Shield is taking so long to fix. This place is great. It is clean, safe, orderly and user friendly and the lady at the counter is very helpful. The cost is a bit on the high side. However, we learned from our first experience and should be able to save next time. From now on, we will be using this place to wash large items such as blankets and such even after our washing machine is fixed. They have several gigantic machine to do the job and do it quickly. Perhaps the only improvement that I can suggest is to have longer hours. read more
