My washing machine broke mid load and the part for repair was going to take a week so I needed to find a laundromat. I looked at photos of the interiors of ones closest to my home and they looked dirty and unmaintained. I went to Yelp which said Speed Wash Laundry and the photos are accurate and there's a staff working there (even on Saturday) and plenty of machines, three different sizes of washers. Dryers are huge and will do 2 large loads together, but they go 10 minutes at a time. My 2 loads took three cycles or 30M to dry, just like at home. I brought my own soap and dryer sheets. I took advantage and washed my CA King comforter while I was there and used a Tide Pod like all of my other wash and unfortunately it came out smelling like Roma soap since someone must've over-soaped the last load. But... it was so nice to wash in a clean place with helpful attendants. would go again even though way across town from my home. I wanted to feel safe and comfortable and I did. $2.59/load front load. 8.59 for huge CA King washer that fits four loads (I should've put more) and .33/ 10 minutes to dry... took 3 cycles. Have to add money to a laundry card and that sucks because I'll probably never go again until my washer breaks and still have $5.59 on my card. You will feel safe and it's clean read more

Omg this place is big and super clean. This is my first time being here. I'm still old fashioned and I typically use quarters and small machines. However I needed some bulkier items to be wash and asked the young lady (I think I heard someone call her Lori, I could be wrong)for help. She was kind to let me know where I can fit my items. The place is clean, and the girls are helpful. If you go to the website, and show it to the girls, they will load an extra$2.00 on your laundry card. Since when does a Laundromat need a yelp review? Since I went to Speed Wash and had the most amazing laundry experience you could possibly have. Short of serving me champagne while I wait, it was pretty much everything you could hope for. The place was super clean, to begin with. I mean spotless. I dropped a shirt while moving it from the washer to the dryer and I didn't feel the need to dip it in hand sanitizer like I would at any other place. I liked the size of the dryers too. I was able to put in a load and a half in each one, which allowed me to save a few bucks. Also, there was only one out of order machine in the whole joint, which is pretty impressive. There was plenty of space for people to fold their dry clothes as well! On top of that, the owner was a really nice guy. She asked me if everything was ok, ran off a "non-customer" that came in to hassle people for change and... yeah. It was just a great experience overall, which is not something you expect to come away with from a trip to the laundromat. Frankly, I don't see why you'd go anywhere else. Even it has a massage chair, with clean bathrooms which you only can get with your laundry. Laundry card is amazing when you put money on your card. You win free washes next time you come back. We just bought a new washer and it doesn't work. I had 3 weeks of laundry, and needed clothes washed, I used yelp to find a laundry, on their website was a coupon drop off laundry $1 a pound, 2 big loads came to about $23, they used my detergent and softner (my request). This place is clean and there is actually someone onsite to help with any questions. They are open early which is great because I like going before it gets too crowded. I love the fact that it's coinless , too! No need to haul around bags of quarters! They sell laundry supplies in case you happen to forget something at home and it came in handy for me when I forgot dryer sheets once. read more

SMALL front loader machines, very low water, needed to use two machines for what would normally be 1 load of a regular-sized machine, and I do not stuff my washer. At $2.50 per load, that's ridiculous. Then the lousy 10 minute drying time at $1 is not only insufficient, even using another $1 for another 10 minutes didn't fully dry my clothes. Then to add insult to injury, they also charge .25 cents to use the toilet! What a RIPOFF!!! One good note, the gal working the counter was very nice & helpful. p.s. if you go there ask her the proper way to put in the detergent, bleach & fabric softener because they do NOT work as you'd think. I live in the area and needed a massive washer to clean my feather bed. This place is excellent! They have several 80lb. machines that tackled the job flawlessly! It's very clean and there was even a helpful employee that showed me how to load my payment card and which machines to use. I was pleasantly surprised to see the employee started cleaning all of the washers after the last wash cutoff time, 8:30pm. She scrubbed every detergent feeder with a brush and vinegar and opened all of the washer doors to dry them out, nice! Highly recommended and I will definitely be back! read more

Amazing laundry gem in Riverside. My washer broke and this facility saved me. A prepaid card needs to be purchase to operate the machinery. There are different sizes for your laundry needs. Especially if you are in a hurry and need to do everything wash all under 30min. There is a giant one for you. Just remember that these are efficiency washers and don't need a lot of detergent. Great laundromat with 80 lb washers if you need to wash everything in a hurry, they use reloadable laundry cards instead of quarters, free wifi, and a clean place to do your laundry. Only downside is, the laundry carts can't go outside, so if you have a lot of clothes; you have to haul them on your own. Another thing I noticed when I was there, was some dryers weren't really drying my clothes well. Some of them also kept saying card error even though there was nothing wrong with my card. Clean and spacious. But I came here at 0700 on a weekday so idk how it is later in the day or on weekends. Opens at 0600 and closes at 10pm, but last wash has to be started by 8:30pm. The attendant was very helpful since it was my first time here. A prepaid card has to be purchased and if you use your credit/debit card a $10 minimum is required. The machines look new and well kept. I used one of their largest machines and where you put your bleach/detergent/softener was clean and didn't look like a thousand other ppl have gunked up the dispensers. There water pipes are all jacked up so not all the machines get enough water to wash ur clothes correctly! Sometimes it comes out dry too ! There's just something about having fun in the weekend but you just can't have that when all you're going to do is do laundry. Thank Heavens for this place as I now have a helping hand when I need laundry done. They wash, dry, fold and hang your clothes for you how awesome is that!? Sure, it's still cheaper to do it yourself but how much is your time really worth? I've been here twice and on the first time I used the 50% off Yelp coupon, it's almost 100 lbs. of laundry between the towels, sheets and the kids clothes that accumulated when we moved it was totally worth it for someone to do it for me otherwise I will be pulling my hair when I'm done LOL The second time I didn't hesitate to come back even if I only have 30 lbs of clothes. $1/lb so $30 for all and I don't even have to fold and match socks and I can spend my day doing fun stuff with the kids and spend quality time with the husband. Oh and they use Tide and Downy fabric softener so the clothes smell so good. My review is not for laundry facilities but for the Fluff and Fold aspect of this fine establishment. Call me boojey (so much so I don't think that's spelled in the correct french spelling; I digress, when my washer AND dryer break in my condo I'm not about to go and sit for hours upon hours to wash my laundry at the local laundry hut; been there-done that and have the emotional scars to prove it. This place is bright, clean, and smells nice! You come in with your clothes and weight it up ($1/lb and 50% off with YELP! YAY!) if you're in before 9 (I think) you can pickup after 5 or the next day on the weekend. They offer Tide, All Free and Clear, Downey, Clorox Color safe bleach, and bounce dryer sheets when they launder your wares. It comes back neatly folded and hung up (if required) almost like you bought a new wardrobe from the store! It was AMAZING to say the least. And you pay at the end, they take credit and cash. I'm a big guy and I'm married to a big guy so needless to say we had about one and a half to two weeks worth of clothing and some towels it was about 40-lbs. You do the math; some less svelte individuals can probably do ALL laundry for the same price including bed linens. And you can take a cart to your vehicle to load all your dirty and clean clothes. I don't use laundromats but needed to wash two large comforters. Saw this place in Yelp and tried it out. The place was very clean and was empty on a Friday afternoon. There are several sizes of washing machines available including some very large machines that could hold both my queen size and cal king size comforters together. There are also large and regular size driers too. All machines use a prepay card system that you can get there and reload if needed. They also have an attendant there to help you. The attendant working during my visit was very helpful. Everything worked out great and the facility was very clean and in good working order. Total cost for washing and drying was approx $15 including buying soap and dryer sheets I forgot to bring. In and out in less than an hour. Next time I need a laundromat I'm coming here! read more

This is by far the nicest laundry facility I've ever been to. Super clean, very nice and helpful staff. You can drop off you laundry and have them do it for $1/pound. The DIY machines are $1.25 and I think the driers are $.75 for 15 minutes. I bought a one time use box of gain for $.75 too. They even have very nice waiting areas and seats, plus TV that's broadcasting the World Cup. They've got some ginormous machines that would be good for bedding, or if you just haven't done laundry for like a month lol. The sign out front that actually says 'Speed Wash' is pretty tiny and I could not read it from the street. Instead, just look for the world Laundry in huge red letters. I literally dropped off my laundry and then picked it up two days later. It smelled so fresh, was folded, shirts on hangers and they even paired every single pair of my socks, impressive! My washer broke down so I came here only once..i LOVED it!! It was very clean, kind of empty since i got the chance to use about 6 machines at one time. The lady there explained how to use the card (you add cash to it) and how to start doing laundry. She was very kind and helpful. This is a great place to come save time. Doing 6 loads of laundry at home would take about 7 hours..here,it only took like 2 hours plus folding time. If it were possible to love a laundromat, this would be it! I no longer need their services but I've spent countless hours at this location and quite frankly, I'm spoiled by this location. You will never want to wash at another laundromat again! There are so many reasons why this place is far above the rest. 1: There is always an employee on duty so if you ever run into a problem, immediate assistance is available. 2: The facility is kept clean and in order. Floors are swept and mopped regularly. 3. A few tables are available to sit and relax until your load is done. 4. I love the wash cards instead of carrying a bunch of coins from pmachine to machine. Plus, the free washes that are randomly credited to your card are always great! 5. If I didn't wash clothes for six people, I would totally take advantage of their drop off laundry service!
