Read their reviews, clicked their website, searched for the tires I needed. And of course the tires I needed must fit my budget. There were several branded tires that were offering discounts, huge discount. I signed in to get my $80 discount on Yokohama tires that were already on sale. Nevertheless, I called this branch; and the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I asked for a quote and asked if I can get the $80 discount being offered by Yokohama. He gave me the $80 discount on my 4 Yokohama tires, plus an extra Military/Veteran discount. Carlos (the rep that I spoke to over the phone) asked me if I want to get an appointment, and I agreed; so he gave me an appointment. Anyway, we just walked in on the same day I spoke to Carlos in to this branch, got in line, and when it was our turn (approximately 7 minutes in line) I told the guy (Saul is his name) that I already made an appointment and I have a record of the tires I needed, and of course the quoted discount amount Carlos gave me.
