They did a major upgrade, including installed an Atmos AC/Heat Pump, upgraded the electrical system with a LiPO4 battery, installed a new inverter and D/C to D/C shunt and replaced original (underperforming) solar with 500 watts of much more efficient panels. great place to purchase gear. I've been going there for several years. always have what I need and David (cashier) is great.

I don't normally post reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after the exceptional service I received from Webb's RV. I recently had a inverter installed by Webb's RV and on our last outing my wife's brand new curling iron would not work off the inverter. I figured that the curling iron must be bad because everything else worked off the inverter. When I returned home we tried plugging the curling iron into a plug at the house and it worked fine? So I broke out my multi-meter and checked the voltage at the plug in our RV with the inverter on and it read 100.2 volts. Ah ha! It's the inverter that must be bad. I contacted Jon at Webb's and told him the story. He contacted the manufacturer which told him you can't accurately check the voltage of the inverter with a regular multi-meter because it's a modified sine wave. You need a RMS meter to measure the voltage. Jon purchased a RMS meter and loaned it to me to check the voltage and verify if this was true. The answer to that question is yes, there was nothing wrong with the inverter. The problem is with my wife's new curling iron not being able to recognize the modified sine wave of the new inverter. The effort that Jon made in ordering the RMS meter for me to use is above and beyond what I have come to expect from a RV service center and they should be commended on their service! It's comforting to know that there are still businesses out there that make their customer's feel their needs are important even after the bill is payed! read more

John (owner) at Webb's was instrumental at helping me get a coach Water Pump replaced, providing the pump at a reasonable cost and instructions on how it can be done. I wasn't able to bring it when service personnel were available but was able to do it myself parked in front of the store. While having them do it would have been easier, I had sold my house and was living out of the RV. Nothing like personal accomplishment repairs to give a moral boost! A dozen Mary's donuts later (to the shop) I was ready to take off for my new home in Arkansas. Gotta love this place. Went there the 1st time probably 18 years ago. They did a great job at that time installing Hydro Jacks and cameras. Next time for a new awning... they added new springs that I didn't ask for so they didn't charge me and I rolled out. I called for an RV refrigerator door handle and was so blessed they had a used one. They quoted me a really cheap price over the phone so I rushed right down there. When I got there I was helped by a super nice lady by the name of Jessica. Not Only did she drop the price in 1/2 that I was quoted for over the phone, she help my husband and I buy all kinds of neat things that we needed or wanted for the RV since we were new RV'ers and just bought our first RV. She was very honest with us and even talked us out of buying things we did not need because she wanted us to be happy with all of our purchases. She answered so many questions as well. After several recommendations to Webbs I decided to go get trailer brake hookups set up on my truck (wired to 7pin and the controller). They where able to get my truck in that weekend. I took my truck in and it was done in less than two hours. They quoted me a price, then when the work was finished it was $100 cheaper than quoted! Needed my front air bags replaced, figured it was going to cost an arm and a leg. Called up Webb's and they were like yea no problem $350.00 wow what a great price. When I dropped my coach off I asked if they re-strung window blinds, nice lady at the counter said no but we have someone that does it for us. I dropped my coach off at 0930 and they called me at 3:30 all done, four hundred and change out the door for air bags and blind repair. Honest and reliable can't ask for more. Horrible and no help at all. I called on phone on 5/26 and was told to forward my questions to the sales email address. Just now got a response on 5/31 "We do not do mobile work. If you can remove the non glass door and bring it to us we could repair that one. But the glass door we do not work on." It took too many days to get a response to simply offer no help at all.
