Abdi is wonderful !!! I was on my way to teach school and I could not figure out how to put my key fob in .He helped me he showed me the video and was considerate and kind and now my key fob is working and I'm gonna be able to go to my job. What a thoughtful person.

I called a different location and got a very dry greeting on the phone, and then got put on hold for seven minutes, So I decided to call the Autozone in Lakeside even though it was a little further, to see if they had the parts I needed. Dave gave me a very enthusiastic and personal greeting and very quickly confirmed that he had the parts I was looking for and even gave me advice on which part to go with. When I came into the store Dave remembered who I was and what car I had even down to the year, and grabbed the part I needed from stock right away. When he came back from grabbing the part I told him about what happened on the phone with the Ballyntine store and he apologized for them and expressed that he was happy i went to see him. Thank you so much Dave and the Lakeside Autozone team for the awesome customer service experience!

They found me the right lugs! Now I can off-road with Peace of mind!

This Autozone is shady. They will ring you up for stuff you didn't purchase. Check your receipts. Not a trustworthy staff.

I don't normally post reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after the exceptional service I…read morereceived from Webb's RV. I recently had a inverter installed by Webb's RV and on our last outing my wife's brand new curling iron would not work off the inverter. I figured that the curling iron must be bad because everything else worked off the inverter. When I returned home we tried plugging the curling iron into a plug at the house and it worked fine? So I broke out my multi-meter and checked the voltage at the plug in our RV with the inverter on and it read 100.2 volts. Ah ha! It's the inverter that must be bad. I contacted Jon at Webb's and told him the story. He contacted the manufacturer which told him you can't accurately check the voltage of the inverter with a regular multi-meter because it's a modified sine wave. You need a RMS meter to measure the voltage. Jon purchased a RMS meter and loaned it to me to check the voltage and verify if this was true. The answer to that question is yes, there was nothing wrong with the inverter. The problem is with my wife's new curling iron not being able to recognize the modified sine wave of the new inverter. The effort that Jon made in ordering the RMS meter for me to use is above and beyond what I have come to expect from a RV service center and they should be commended on their service! It's comforting to know that there are still businesses out there that make their customer's feel their needs are important even after the bill is payed!

I've been here about three times and usually it's to get windshield wash, fuel injector and my…read morefirst time here was to get a sun visor. I bought it and immediately returned it because it ripped. Quality of sun visors have definitely gone down while the price has gone up. The staff behind the register are usually like a hit or miss. On my recent visit I bought my windshield washer, paid in cash but the gentleman who rang me up was a young fellow that continued to cross talk to the other gentleman and a different register about their cars and how they wanted this and that and it took him forever to give me back my 64 cents change because he was too busy yapping. I found that a tad rude and disrespectful because as a paying customer who gave cash there was no need to delay my change as he could've easily counted the money but instead he was distracted trying to hold a conversation and exchange phone numbers with another customer. If that was the case he should've handled his business with that other person first and then came to me when he was ready. Leave it up to the young fellows to lead in this manner while the more seasoned people know that when you come in most of the time if you don't need help from them on the floor or getting a part in the back, then you just want to get your stuff and go. Nevertheless it's a newer store and it's very clean inside. They have ample parking. Like I said I don't really buy much for them but I have come in to this location before but the only issue I had was that sun visor that I took back and I like to buy my B 12 fuel injector and windshield wash.

And then took it inside to get a printout of what the issue was, and then he helped me get the parts and spray that I needed to fix my air filter. I often have people tell me Thanks for my service from being in the military,But I really was happy that customer service at this location was great and I can tell friends to go to this location and be treated well when it seems that soooo many businesses have lost that touch.

What more can you ask of a garage? I stopped going to the Toyota garage a long time ago. I lifted the hood to find that the oil cap was NEVER REPLACED after the oil change was done. I had oil splashed all over the parts and underneath the padding of the interior hood. I couldn't believe the guy made such a rookie mistake! When I called the shop, to tell them about my problem, no one answered the phone, even though it was 4:50 and they closed at 5. They were closed on Saturday too. I had to wait the whole labor day weekend to go to this shop again. When I went again, the mechanic (older guy) was very defensive and couldn't believe that the oil cap wasn't replaced. I told him I could show him pictures of the damage, but right away he refused to see any. Then he started playing mind games, asking me, "Who cleaned your car?" when the car was visibly dirty. When I used my index finger to wipe the outside of the engine and show him the grim and oil, he told me that the car "was like that before." I told him that it wasn't and told him I took pictures and videos. He then asked me, "what do you want me to do?" How about some accountability? Apology? How about saying that you'll at the least clean the exterior of the engine? I asked him to clean the parts underneath the hood. He told me to COME BACK! He literally told me to come back in 2 or 3 days! Wow. Do you think I would let him touch my car after his unwillingness, deception, and rude behavior? I came to this auto shop because it was highly rated on Yelp, but I could not believe the horrible service that I got. I called another day to ask to speak to the owner, but the mechanic refused to even give me his name. In fact, he lied and said that HE was the owner!!! But I saw the owner on the day I went in for the oil change. Don't come here unless you want a rude, unaccountable jerk to ruin your car.
