Part for the steps.

I had to replace a part on my automatic steps for the 1998 National tradrwinds motorhome. They found the part within minutes. You cannot go wrong shopping at Webbs RV. Thank you guys.

When you appreciate a business, their integrity, and their service, this is what you do when your old license plate frames breaks. You get a new one and attach it right away. I enjoy telling people, while camping, about this great business.

Easy street parking, "they will assist you into the Service Area".

John (owner) at Webb's was instrumental at helping me get a coach Water Pump replaced, providing the pump at a reasonable cost and instructions on how it can be done. I wasn't able to bring it when service personnel were available but was able to do it myself parked in front of the store. While having them do it would have been easier, I had sold my house and was living out of the RV. Nothing like personal accomplishment repairs to give a moral boost! A dozen Mary's donuts later (to the shop) I was ready to take off for my new home in Arkansas. Give Webb's a call 619 443-5073 to affirm your confidence they can do what they say, there's even Propane at the best cost around. When I am back on the road should I have any issues I would not hesitate to contact Webb's. You may contact me should you have any questions; mikemartin0000@sbcglobal.net .

But Mr. Jay had awesome customer service, welcomed me and my daughter in and spoke to us with respect. I thought my car starter wasn't working so he walked out to run a test. Turns out my battery was bad. Got all my car information and found they had my battery in stock. He installed the new and disposed of the old. We were in and out of there within 15mins. We will definitely be back now that we know we will be treated like family. Thank you for getting our car back to normal and safe working order for me and my kiddos!

While I've had good service here in the past I unfortunately have to update my review. I went in…read moretoday and needed cab and regular air filters for my truck and had intended to pick one up for my wife's car. Milan acknowledged I was next in line by saying very sternly "you paying with cash or card", I said card. He then gestured for me to walk up to the register to which I said I also needed the filters. He asked me some questions about the car, then he asked about whether it was manufactured before or after certain months in 2013. I said yeah man I have no clue when the truck was manufactured, he replied he couldn't help me without the info. Having grown tired of his attitude and really just being around such a miserable person I said don't worry about it I'll get it somewhere else. He rung me up for coolant, then said out of the side of his mouth, "I can help you find it, I just need info". I didn't reply but I'm thinking in my head "yeah you really look like you'd love to help me." Milan has no business being in leadership for any sort of customer service retailer. He gives off horrible energy and really seems to dislike dealing with people.

I bought it and immediately returned it because it ripped. Quality of sun visors have definitely gone down while the price has gone up. The staff behind the register are usually like a hit or miss. On my recent visit I bought my windshield washer, paid in cash but the gentleman who rang me up was a young fellow that continued to cross talk to the other gentleman and a different register about their cars and how they wanted this and that and it took him forever to give me back my 64 cents change because he was too busy yapping. I found that a tad rude and disrespectful because as a paying customer who gave cash there was no need to delay my change as he could've easily counted the money but instead he was distracted trying to hold a conversation and exchange phone numbers with another customer. If that was the case he should've handled his business with that other person first and then came to me when he was ready. Leave it up to the young fellows to lead in this manner while the more seasoned people know that when you come in most of the time if you don't need help from them on the floor or getting a part in the back, then you just want to get your stuff and go. Nevertheless it's a newer store and it's very clean inside. They have ample parking. Like I said I don't really buy much for them but I have come in to this location before but the only issue I had was that sun visor that I took back and I like to buy my B 12 fuel injector and windshield wash.

And then took it inside to get a printout of what the issue was, and then he helped me get the parts and spray that I needed to fix my air filter. What more can you ask of a garage? I stopped going to the Toyota garage a long time ago. So tired of their false alarms and lies about needing brakes and other parts way before they needed replacement and upsells on parts and service. Woodside Automotive doesn't sell you on something you don't need.

I lifted the hood to find that the oil cap was NEVER REPLACED after the oil change was done. I had oil splashed all over the parts and underneath the padding of the interior hood. I couldn't believe the guy made such a rookie mistake! When I called the shop, to tell them about my problem, no one answered the phone, even though it was 4:50 and they closed at 5. They were closed on Saturday too. I had to wait the whole labor day weekend to go to this shop again. When I went again, the mechanic (older guy) was very defensive and couldn't believe that the oil cap wasn't replaced. I told him I could show him pictures of the damage, but right away he refused to see any. Then he started playing mind games, asking me, "Who cleaned your car?" when the car was visibly dirty. When I used my index finger to wipe the outside of the engine and show him the grim and oil, he told me that the car "was like that before." I told him that it wasn't and told him I took pictures and videos. He then asked me, "what do you want me to do?" How about some accountability? Apology? How about saying that you'll at the least clean the exterior of the engine? I asked him to clean the parts underneath the hood. He told me to COME BACK! He literally told me to come back in 2 or 3 days! Wow. Do you think I would let him touch my car after his unwillingness, deception, and rude behavior? I came to this auto shop because it was highly rated on Yelp, but I could not believe the horrible service that I got. I called another day to ask to speak to the owner, but the mechanic refused to even give me his name. In fact, he lied and said that HE was the owner!!! But I saw the owner on the day I went in for the oil change. Don't come here unless you want a rude, unaccountable jerk to ruin your car.
