E new handle! Looks like the original.

This place is pretty cool, and the staff is great. I was having a hard time finding crank handles for my 42 year old trailer windows. They had them right on the shelf!!

They actually explain what's going on so you understand your trailer and feel confident when you leave. You can tell they know trailers inside and out. They had parts in stock that other shops told me would take days or weeks, and the turnaround time was way faster than expected. If you care about doing it once and doing it right, this is the place. Whether it's a basic repair or something more complex, they've got it handled. Highly recommend Henry's Trailers. I won't be going anywhere else.

I stressed to Holly that because it had been sold I needed it done by Friday. She said no problem and quoted me right at $1460 CASH and said that it would be ready for me by Friday. I called later in the week to confirm that it would be ready and then was told that there would be a small "rush" fee and the trailer would be done by Thursday. Now please understand I NEVER said I needed my trailer early, I just needed it done by the date that had been promised to me when the qoute was given to me. When I showed up Thursday to pick it up the owners were no where to found but the worker there told me to get my trailer I would have to pay over $1940 in cash. I was desperate to get my trailer so I paid the $1940 in cash and went on my way. What happened next was unreal, now keep in mind I am a very easygoing non confrontative person who has NEVER left a bad review on anyone but felt that what happened to me was unfair and that I was spoke to disrespectfully , so I left a review that I felt was honest on google. If they had just acknowledged my complaint I was planning on removing the review as I did not want to hurt anyone, especially what appeared to me to be a family run repair shop. It did not end there. Henry's trailer then called me entitled, ungrateful and untruthful on google. Then today, my wife called me in tears to tell me that Henry's trailer was going to file a law suit if I did not remove the review and I could be fined up to $43,792. I was worried about how upset my wife was so I drove directly home. There was a letter that was duct taped to my door from Midway Law Firm that said they had been instructed by Henry's trailer to "immediately and aggressively file a law suit in Superior Court against us beacuse I left a bad review that was false amd malicious. The same letter was left in an unmarked envelope in my mail box with my misspelled name and misspelled address hand written on the front. I am trying really hard not to be vindictive but just give an honest opinion from my perspective of dealing with Holly. They seem to do good work but make sure that you get several quotes from the different trailer repair facility all whom do great work.

They charged me $521 to replace the driver side hub. I leave from their shop and park it in my garage. I leave for a trip tomorrow and as I pull it out to get ready, the wheel is making noise. Thank god I noticed the noise. As I jack up the trailer the whole damn thing they supposedly repaired came out. Just look at the pictures!! How would they even re-repair this if the trailer is out of commission?? Should I even trust them to re-repair it?? Update: after a few emails and phone calls they sent the technicians over who forgot the cotter pin which caused the hub to come loose. They brought new hubs and replaced it in my garage, promptly. They apologized for the mistake and made sure to not repeat it again.

These guys are professional scammers. Let these guys do electrical work at your own risk. Oscar put…read morethe parts behind him during installation and didn't show me, answered my questions regarding which parts are being replaced wi the vague answers, looked frustrated when I asked for specifics. I asked are you replacing the whole power center box or just the converter section? He told me the whole box. I asked if it was new and he said yes. Good technicians and real electricians can explain things to you and be transparent because they have nothing to hide. I paid $500 for my own used parts to be used again from my old unit and before I even had the chance to call the owner out on it (who seems to be in on the fraud, he was waiting in the car the entire time), he blocked me. I hired this company to replace the converter in my trailer after water entered through the vent and the unit began smoking and making a whining noise. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis, but Oscar immediately replaced the entire power center box without explaining what was actually being replaced. When I asked Oscar if the converter and other components would be new, I was told it would be a "new box." However, after the installation my lights began flickering and within minutes most of the interior lights stopped working (only the kitchen light remained on). All lights were functioning before the installation. When I contacted the technician, he said the job was complete and that I only hired him to replace the converter, not troubleshoot the lights. This was confusing because he had already replaced the entire unit instead of just the converter module. I later had another technician inspect the system and was told that several parts were not new. The converter appears to be refurbished, my old fuses were reused, and the circuit board also looks old and dusty. I was also charged for three breakers that appear to be the same ones that were already in the unit. Oscar did refund $100 after I raised concerns, but the electrical system is still not functioning properly and I will have to pay another technician to fix it. I recommend asking very detailed questions about what parts are actually being replaced (converter module vs full power center) and whether the components are new, refurbished, or reused before agreeing to the repair. I also found an entire unit for $179 that includes fuse box, fuses, converter module, and breakers online. I feel scammed and disappointed. I was going to keep this private but after inspecting the parts, it really is not fair and misleading he used my own old parts while presenting as new and then put me in a situation where I would have to pay more to fix the fuses, diagnose again, and "trouble shoot lights" when that was already part of the original problem. I was also told by the new tech that wires were taped. Not professional work at all. I feel bad leaving a bad review but they marked up the price on all of these components and intentionally misled me. He also didn't give me a door for the unit so it is exposed. He intentionally misled me which is the same as scamming someone. Do not trust their 5 star reviews.
