Robbie and Tucker recently came out to help inspect a rig I wanted to buy. Not only were they incredibly prompt - additionally, they took their time to educate this newbie. Their super personable natures were such a pleasure and their attention to detail really put me at ease when it came to making a decision. Thank you for being such a great team!! read more

Wonderful and professional communication. These guys asked the right questions to troubleshoot and figure out the issue fast. Smart guys with a lot of experience. The cost was fair. I'd definitely recommend them to others and I'm in the RV rental biz. I also travel in my RV 9 months out of the year, so I am always doing repairs... either myself or by hiring mobile RV technicians. read more

I have trusted Warlords RV for all of my repairs over the past 6 years (since I became a long term RVer). I love that they come out to my rig so I don't have to haul to get it diagnosed and/or repaired. Robbie and his son are always fast, efficient, and get the job done at the lowest price around. I always recommend them to everyone I meet that needs work done and have never heard any complaints. read more

I was looking for a plumbing part that left me frustrated with home centers and other RV supply stores (lot's of returns). I walked into this store for the first time ever and the gentleman at the desk knew exactly what I was looking for. I had been looking for Anderson levelers for several weeks as well, and could not find them anywhere local. I happened to ask about them while I was there. Lo and behold they had them. Made my day. Great service, knowledgeable, and had what I was looking for. This is now my RV supply store of choice. And I'll be passing several others to get to them. read more

This is my first time buying an RV and I really didn't know what to look for Robbie and his son were so helpful with the process. While they are inspecting they also tell you what everything is and how to use it, as well as tips and tricks and what to look for when taking it out. Definitely made me feel more confident about my purchase and about RVing in general. read more

I was looking for someone to troubleshoot a wiring or gas problem in my parents RV. I didn't know what was wrong but we had an alarm going off in their rig that I was really worried about I didn't want to try and figure out something so important without a professional. Honestly I needed someone very thorough and experienced and caring I mean this was for my parents. I was so happy to have found Robbie and his son to work with they were able to diagnose the problems and fix the critical ones on the first call they really know RVs! They know what to look for and how to resolve the problems so quickly and they were patient with all my questions. They arrived on time, actually they were early :-) finished quickly and efficiently. I really liked seeing a father and son team work so well together they were great I'll recommend them to everyone I know thanks guys you're the best read more

I watched every YouTube video I could but still couldn't figure out what was wrong with my RV. I was referred here and do not regret it! They diagnosed the issue fast! Now my RV is perfect. Best mobile RV mechanic around. Surprisingly the final cost after everything was cheaper than I was quoted at a brick and motor rv place. This company has integrity in their work and pricing! And they didn't get mad by me watching and trying to learn all I could from them! read more

First time RV buyer here. Had Robbie and son Tucker come out to inspect a rig I'm considering buying. On time, thorough, reasonably priced and friendly. They both took a lot of extra time to answer all my questions and provide tons of info and recommendations. Great job! read more

Just a shout out to Robby!! Saved our desert trip!! While prepping our trailer to get ready for our big weekend, found our refrigerator not working. Checked the basics. Didn't think we'd find anyone to come out and make repairs soon enough. We're leaving in a couple days. Robby showed up in a timely manner, kept me updated as he diagnosed our problem, and did repairs..all while I was able to stay at work. Cost was reasonable, and repairs were much quicker than I expected. Will be recommending his services to our camping buddies!! Thanks again Robby read more

Watford Mobile Rv repair absolutely saved me one day and Robert was completely professional and compassionate to me. I recently purchased a 5th wheel trailer set up permanently in a park. One morning early I thought we blew a fuse. I started Looking for an electrician to repair or take a look at my issue. My son was also looking for someone after this happened. I reached Robert and he said he was booked but he could be there in the morning. About 2 hours later he called and had me check the fuses, the breakers, and the main switch. I called the park manager if there was a main switch I was told no. I reset fee GFI in the bathroom never thought of that one. Still no power so I called him back and he asked if I had gone to the meter and flipped the switch. No I hadn't so I went to check for that and flipped the switch. I Walked back opened my door and the power was back on. He did not make a dime and truly saved me because I had gone shopping the dsy before and the freezer was full. He went way over to help in his busy day. It is the type of business professionalism that used to be normal. If you ever need a mobile repair give this business a call first. read more

Where do I start. They responded to my request for service within a day, scheduled an appt within 4 days but were able to come a day earlier. When they arrived, they had great attitudes and a sense of humor which fit my own personality. They had a can do attitude and said several times that they would fix what is needed and they did within an hour! I also felt that their price was reasonable. I hope that I won't need them again but if I do I won't hesitate to call them. I will definitely recommend Warford's RV Service to anyone who needs RV service. read more

I called Robbie to get a pre purchase inspection on an RV I am thinking about buying. He made an appointment for a few days out and was right on time. He was very professional and friendly. The process went smoothly and I gained a lot of good information about the coach I am looking at that I would never have spotted by myself. Highly recommended. read more

I recently purchased a newer 5th wheel that is way more than any of the previous RV's I've owned so my daughter having used Robby and Tucker in the past recommended calling WARFORD's RV service. Super pleased with both the service and the information and help getting me up to speed on all this electrical stuff. Strongly recommend these guys! read more

I've used Warford's RV Service for years now as has my mother. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their work is top-notch. Both Robby and Tucker know RVs inside and out. They've fixed everything from electrical problems to a stove burner that wouldn't light. As a single female on my own, it's so nice to not have to worry about being taken advantage of. I wouldn't trust my rv repairs to any other company. read more

We are very thankful to Robbie and the work he was able to provide for our toy hauler. His price was reasonable seeing that he was mobile and could complete the work quickly. A lot of other places are booked out too far and it's a pain having to move a unit just for it to get seen. It was convenient to have him come to our unit and we would use him again if we needed to. He kept us informed during the process and if we had questions, he answered them in a timely manner. We will refer him to friends too. read more

I called Robbie when I was out of CA having trouble with my main AC in my fifth wheel. He was super helpful and very nice. I HIGHLY recommend Warford's RV Service. They are great communicators, and always got back to me as soon as possible. I especially like that Robbie likes texting because then I have a written record of the whole conversation and what we agreed to. When a question came up about our agreement we were able to get our phones out and figure out exactly where the confusion came from. I especially want to note - Robbie assured me he would honor his quote. As it turned out it was my error and he was very gracious and understanding as we figured the situation out together. I was totally happy to pay more than I had thought I would be at first, due to their friendliness, professionalism and the excellence of their work. They arrived on the job exactly when they said they would. They know their stuff, and do solid neat work. They made sure they understood exactly what I wanted then they made it happen for me. All this and they are really decent human beings, too! We laughed and joked our way through the entire time they were on the job. Before they left they made sure that everything they installed was working properly and that I was totally happy with their work. Just an FYI: I was in property management and have worked with many service businesses - I know a great one when I see it. Thanks guys! read more

I was going to take my rig into a place in El Cajon, when I found Warfords. And Im so glad I called them out. Robbie and his son were very straightforward, friendly and enjoyable to have work on my rig. They got to my place, dove straight into removing my furnace from the coach (its too compact since its a small van), and threw it on the workbench. They went through their diagnostics by connecting it to an aux power and LP, and in about 10 minutes had discovered that everything was working properly, but noticed that the igniter had virtually no gap. They expanded the gap, loaded it back up and it lit on the first and every time thereafter. Yes its frustrating when its such a simple fix, but at the same time, its the experience that they have that helped them identify the issue. Someone less knowledgeable could have said, "everything is working as it should" and spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. All in all, my furnace didnt work, and with 1 hour of work, they had it fixed wonderfully and an invoice in hand. Great work, great guys, definitely recommend! Oh, and the fact that they are mobile is amazing. I work from home and have two kids, so needing to take in the rig, with someone else to drop me off, and do the same just to get it, costs me more time and money than I can bare. Especially considering most places are a 30 min drive from me. read more

I live in LA and found a used RV near La Mesa I was interested in buying, but I wouldn't buy it without an inspection. Due to distance and desire to move fairly quickly, I engaged Warford's to do a pre-purchase inspection (which they agreed to do the next AM!) before we actually looked at the RV. Their attention to detail and post inspection discussion provided me with exactly what I needed to be able to move forward. A+++++++++++! read more

Just completed an inspection yesterday, here are my thoughts with Robbie Warford's RV Service. First, let me say that Robbie was extremely prompt responding to my initial call. Immediately upon speaking with him, I felt he was experienced and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough investigation (no test driving) and provided me with information real time as the inspection took place while I was at work, super convenient. He took the time to answer my questions after the inspection was complete and provided good recommendations for service and repair. The reason I give Robbie Warford's RV Service a 3 star instead of a 4-5 star is that Robbie forgot who he was working for. I paid $315 for an inspection of a 20+-year-old RV and was shocked to find out that he discussed his findings with the seller before leaving. This killed my ability to negotiate. I did not end up purchasing this RV because the seller after being told "nothing major wrong" and " Robbie and his son felt for the age of the RV that it was in the best condition he ever saw" etc... made the seller unwilling to negotiate. I believe that I would have been more successful with my purchase if Robbie would have remembered who his client was and acted solely in my best interest and not that of the seller. In conclusion, I would still recommend Robbie Warford's RV Service to anyone who needs an RV inspection prior to purchase. I would however strongly recommend that you make it clear to Robbie not to share his findings with the seller in advance of the inspection. read more

They resealed my roof in record time the day before I was leaving on a three week trip. Have been through some huge mountain thunderstorm downpours in Arizona and New Mexico since then, and not a trace of a leak. Great work! read more

I have been using Robbie for over five(5) years taking care of my Fifth Wheel. Robbie does a great job at a fair price. I would recommend Robbie for your service needs on your RV. read more

I've used Warford's RV Service for nine years on numerous occasions for two different RVs. Robby is always quick to respond, is experienced and knowledgeable. He has saved us money in the past by telling me where I could acquire the part (to save me money) for him to install. Robby has demonstrated standing by his work in the past. When the size of the job fits the bill, Warford's mobile service fee is much more convenient than two towing trips to and from a shop. read more

I had what I thought was an electrical problem in my RV. Robbie and Tucker came to check it out, tested it and assured me that everything was fine. The charge was reasonable and the peace of mind I got from their inspection was priceless. I get the impression that RV education is Robbie's passion and so it seems the focus is about making the customer comfortable rather than just the buck earned. The service was excellent and friendly to boot - A+ in my book. read more

While prepping our trailer for Presidents Day weekend trip in 4 days, we lost all power. After trying what we could to fix the problem we finally called Robbie at almost 7:00pm. We left a message figuring we'd get a call back the next day. However, Robbie called right back and walked my husband through fixing the issue over the phone! We were both so impressed with the service and will recommend Warfords Mobile RV to anyone. Not too many great, honest people out there anymore but Robbie is definitely on that list! Thank you so much, you saved our camping trip! read more

The problem created by Rob Warford was fixed at RV repair shop. However, using his mobile service it resulted in me paying twice for the electric jack install. The new electric replacement tongue jack needed to be connected to the line that Rob Warford cut out in order to connect the jack to the trailer's 7 pin connector cord. But instead of just putting the new wire in the same place as the old wire he took sloppy shortcut and cut it out. Which resulted in the jack being hooked directly to the battery unlike my previous two electric tongue jacks. Now everything works and unless my install money is refunded a formal complaint will be filed.. Also, anyone wanting to install a electric tongue jack should go to Camping World or SD trailer supply. read more

Extremely nice and knowledgeable. He came to our home and told us how to fix our problem, any future issues we need addressed we will definitely be calling him! read more

I had a stupid question regarding installing a batterey. I called up and Robbie solved the problem in about 30 seconds over the phone. He gave me free advice with no attitude. Any future work he has my biz for sure. Being mobile seems like it would save my time and effort having the repair solution coming to me rather than me loading up the RV or Camper and taking it to a RV shope. Thanks again Robbie. read more

This week I needed my running lights repaired and this company was recommended by Web RV and my son who used them before. First of all I was impressed with how professionally the business side was handled by Robbie. He not only repaired my lights but instructed me how to maintain my batteries. He also offered a free website to download trailer maintenance information. I plan to refer him to all my camping friends and am so happy to know of this business. read more

Yet another flake in the RV repair biz. He did not show up and did not call. Thanks for wasting my time, pal.

Another 5-star review for Robbie Warford! In between my first review and this one, he did come out and service issues on our RV (refrigerator fuse, problems w/the hot water tank) and did a great job for a very reasonable price. This time, like the first, he AGAIN helped us tremendously without even having to work on our coach! Out of the blue we simultaneously had issues with both our motor and our electrical. I e-mailed him on a weekend and he responded first thing the next morning. He was able to refer a local company to work on the engine, and was going to fit us in to work on the electrical issue, but in the meantime we figured it out. We wouldn't have found the local company on our own (I had searched local mobile repair for RV diesel engines and come up completely empty-handed), so this was a life-saver. Robbie is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. A true professional! We won't hesitate to call on him for any RV repair needs again in the future. read more

We called Robbie Sunday morning when we realized our Airstream's electrical was not working. We were leaving Monday morning for a 2 week vacation. . . . I called Robbie Warford with Warford RV and he was INCREDIBLE! He was great to work with in explaining what the issues were with my heater furnace and black water tank valve on my 2019 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel. He was very thorough and took the time to troubleshoot all the systems, then called the manufacturer directly to get the parts I needed! The repairs were done quickly and effectively. I highly recommended Warford RV for any of your RV needs!! Thank you Robbie and Tucker, you guys are great. read more

A big thank you to Robbie Warford. His expert advise gave us peace of mind and saved our weekend enjoying the outdoors. I phoned Robbie on a Saturday after I lost power in the RV. After a brief discussion, Robbie suggested the power converter might be failing. While he couldn't get a converter installed over the weekend, he said that I could do a couple of things to restore power. I hooked up a battery charger and restored power to the refrigerator so my wife and I could complete our weekend stay. Excellent advise and it was Robbie's knowledge and his good nature to help in any way he could that we appreciate so much! read more
