Where do I start. They responded to my request for service within a day, scheduled an appt within 4 days but were able to come a day earlier. When they arrived, they had great attitudes and a sense of humor which fit my own personality. Watford Mobile Rv repair absolutely saved me one day and Robert was completely professional and compassionate to me. I recently purchased a 5th wheel trailer set up permanently in a park. One morning early I thought we blew a fuse. I started Looking for an electrician to repair or take a look at my issue. My son was also looking for someone after this happened. I reached Robert and he said he was booked but he could be there in the morning. About 2 hours later he called and had me check the fuses, the breakers, and the main switch. I called the park manager if there was a main switch I was told no. I reset fee GFI in the bathroom never thought of that one. Still no power so I called him back and he asked if I had gone to the meter and flipped the switch. No I hadn't so I went to check for that and flipped the switch. I Walked back opened my door and the power was back on. He did not make a dime and truly saved me because I had gone shopping the dsy before and the freezer was full. I HIGHLY recommend Warford's RV Service. They are great communicators, and always got back to me as soon as possible. I especially like that Robbie likes texting because then I have a written record of the whole conversation and what we agreed to. When a question came up about our agreement we were able to get our phones out and figure out exactly where the confusion came from. I especially want to note - Robbie assured me he would honor his quote. As it turned out it was my error and he was very gracious and understanding as we figured the situation out together. I was totally happy to pay more than I had thought I would be at first, due to their friendliness, professionalism and the excellence of their work. They arrived on the job exactly when they said they would. They know their stuff, and do solid neat work. They made sure they understood exactly what I wanted then they made it happen for me. I was going to take my rig into a place in El Cajon, when I found Warfords. And Im so glad I called them out. Robbie and his son were very straightforward, friendly and enjoyable to have work on my rig. They got to my place, dove straight into removing my furnace from the coach (its too compact since its a small van), and threw it on the workbench. They went through their diagnostics by connecting it to an aux power and LP, and in about 10 minutes had discovered that everything was working properly, but noticed that the igniter had virtually no gap. They expanded the gap, loaded it back up and it lit on the first and every time thereafter. Yes its frustrating when its such a simple fix, but at the same time, its the experience that they have that helped them identify the issue. Someone less knowledgeable could have said, "everything is working as it should" and spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. All in all, my furnace didnt work, and with 1 hour of work, they had it fixed wonderfully and an invoice in hand. Great work, great guys, definitely recommend! Oh, and the fact that they are mobile is amazing. I work from home and have two kids, so needing to take in the rig, with someone else to drop me off, and do the same just to get it, costs me more time and money than I can bare. Especially considering most places are a 30 min drive from me. read more

Just completed an inspection yesterday, here are my thoughts with Robbie Warford's RV Service. First, let me say that Robbie was extremely prompt responding to my initial call. Immediately upon speaking with him, I felt he was experienced and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough investigation (no test driving) and provided me with information real time as the inspection took place while I was at work, super convenient. He took the time to answer my questions after the inspection was complete and provided good recommendations for service and repair. The reason I give Robbie Warford's RV Service a 3 star instead of a 4-5 star is that Robbie forgot who he was working for. I paid $315 for an inspection of a 20+-year-old RV and was shocked to find out that he discussed his findings with the seller before leaving. This killed my ability to negotiate. I did not end up purchasing this RV because the seller after being told "nothing major wrong" and " Robbie and his son felt for the age of the RV that it was in the best condition he ever saw" etc... made the seller unwilling to negotiate. I believe that I would have been more successful with my purchase if Robbie would have remembered who his client was and acted solely in my best interest and not that of the seller. In conclusion, I would still recommend Robbie Warford's RV Service to anyone who needs an RV inspection prior to purchase. I would however strongly recommend that you make it clear to Robbie not to share his findings with the seller in advance of the inspection. read more

The problem created by Rob Warford was fixed at RV repair shop. However, using his mobile service it resulted in me paying twice for the electric jack install. The new electric replacement tongue jack needed to be connected to the line that Rob Warford cut out in order to connect the jack to the trailer's 7 pin connector cord. But instead of just putting the new wire in the same place as the old wire he took sloppy shortcut and cut it out. Which resulted in the jack being hooked directly to the battery unlike my previous two electric tongue jacks. Now everything works and unless my install money is refunded a formal complaint will be filed.. Also, anyone wanting to install a electric tongue jack should go to Camping World or SD trailer supply. read more

In between my first review and this one, he did come out and service issues on our RV (refrigerator fuse, problems w/the hot water tank) and did a great job for a very reasonable price. This time, like the first, he AGAIN helped us tremendously without even having to work on our coach! Out of the blue we simultaneously had issues with both our motor and our electrical. I e-mailed him on a weekend and he responded first thing the next morning. He was able to refer a local company to work on the engine, and was going to fit us in to work on the electrical issue, but in the meantime we figured it out. We wouldn't have found the local company on our own (I had searched local mobile repair for RV diesel engines and come up completely empty-handed), so this was a life-saver. A big thank you to Robbie Warford. His expert advise gave us peace of mind and saved our weekend enjoying the outdoors. I phoned Robbie on a Saturday after I lost power in the RV. After a brief discussion, Robbie suggested the power converter might be failing. While he couldn't get a converter installed over the weekend, he said that I could do a couple of things to restore power. I hooked up a battery charger and restored power to the refrigerator so my wife and I could complete our weekend stay.
