This is the worst experience I've ever had, I spoke to him on the phone and he made a deal for the pricing of the product which was 8 spacers and 48 lugs. It's all third-party no name product and worth no more than a couple hundred bucks online but I was willing to pay him 500 for the convenience and I get there and he changes his word and says I was not going to include the lugs and you have to pay extra for it. And then then he wanted to charge me 600. I have to argue with him for 5 minutes straight on dignity and business and he decided to for $100 hold his end and pride supposedly just so he can make extra money. Businesses like this don't deserve to stay around, especially the way they do business. read more

I showed up to the shop about noon and asked for Ray. Polite, nice dude. I explained the issue, He said, he'd call me when they get it figured out and if I wanted they could fix it, no pressure. Ray called me the next morning around 10am said the starter was bad and was causing the drain. He told me the price. I said go for it, fix it. While I was here Ray quoted me a RIDICULOUSLY good price to install shocks, struts and lowering springs all the way around. I ordered everything off Amazon and the morning after I got the parts...I was here ready for install. Ray walked me through the whole process and even made sure we road tested it to satisfaction. Eduardo Leon did a GREAT job with installing the parts as well. He was really friendly and informed me of everything that was installed and changed. He even had the whole job done before lunch. Heck, the whole staff there is super nice, and they got a comfy customer lounge while you wait, with good food right across the street. Had a rattling noise coming from the steering wheel. Originally found Wheel Depot from a Yelp Project. They offered free inspection/estimate and was less than 2 miles away from me. Although my car issue was no easy fix, the guys at Wheel Depot did not give up and found alternative and cost-saving solutions, even reaching out to other resources to get the job done. Ray was the initial one to inspect my car and explained what the problem was. Tony gave me updates on the progress of my car which I truly appreciate. Between the two of them, they helped find a solution to my car issue. Also, I was planning on taking public transportation to get back home upon dropping off my car. Tony offered to have one of the technicians who was gonna test drive the car drop me off at home, killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I do NOT recommend this business! I had to stop by due to an emergency because my tire was leaking. The puncture was close to the outer edge of the side wall and being in the automotive business for 25+ years, it's not recommended to have your tire repaired due to safety concerns. The two advisors were arrogant! Instead of coming out to inspect the leak and to look at the locating of the puncture, the advisor said we can fix it. Only reason why I opted to have it fixed was because I was immediately going to my regular tire shop to have the tire replaced. I would stay far away from this business as they only care about money and volume and definitely not your safety. read more

Took my car in for a last minute alignment and they would take us right in. We were already kinda tired and frustrated because everywhere we had gone prior was too busy and had no time for us. We work and when we get a chance, we have to leap at that time we have. They said it would only take a few minutes so we could wait in their lobby so we did. They informed us that I had some issue and needed tires and that if we wanted they would check my alignment again within 90days to make sure getting new tires or other work done fixes my alignment. I called many places to have it either fixed or exchanged (but a new one); I bumped into this spot and right of the bat, they helped me out, even told me that if they can't find the right steel rim they will try and fix it. I just lost trust that l had on these people. They checked my suspension and told me that to do this repair, would take them approx. 11 hours in manual labor because for them to do it would require the engine and transmission be taken out "completely"! The cost would be around $1200. Well it happens to be that l have a brother in law in another state and he says that all they do is unbolt the engine from the supports a few inches and then they can change the worn out parts with new ones. This usually takes a few minutes to do. Another complaint is that l had them replace the brake pads. They replaced them with poor quality pads that already in less than a year need replacing. The original pads lasted about 7 years. I hardly ever drive that car. I've had it since 2010 and it only has 64,000 miles. read more
