I came in to get a tire changed and had an amazing experience, mainly because of Karla, the receptionist. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and kind from the very beginning. She gave me a discount without me even asking, and when I realized I didn't have enough cash (they only take cash), I went to the ATM but it only let me take out $10. Karla immediately told me it was completely fine and not to worry about it at all. She didn't make things awkward or stressful in any way -- she was genuinely understanding and compassionate. A lifesaver with a quick turn around. I got a flat while on a little vacation down here and thankfully they had me up and running FAIRLY QUICK. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to the fact I was there before it opened, I was 2nd in line which was fine. They had to move cars to help cars. Once they moved some, a 3rd person joined the queue and literally cut me and the guy ahead of me -_- It was way to early on a friday morning and I even told the rude gentleman, "hey you totally cut us" and he pretended to not hear me when it was loud enough for the store to hear. Staff here is always nice and friendly and always eager to get you what you need for a good price. Originally found them on craigslist advertising tire sales. While their use selection is very limited, if you have an SUV you might be in luck. If you just need your tire repaired, they are quick even when they have other cars in the Bay, they try and service everybody in a timely fashion. Highly recommend. I'll start by saying that Super Tires are super, which is their name. My teenage daughter crashed her car, and I'm not sure what she broke on the right side, as you can see in the photo. We called the tow truck, but we didn't know who could fix it because it wasn't just the tires; everything underneath was damaged. I'm sorry, I'm not technical enough to tell you the exact term for what got broken. In any case, the tow truck recommended Super Tires, which are 40 minutes away from us. I took the drive word for word, and the car was towed to Super Tires on Broadway. No appointment was needed, and about two or three hours later, the car was as good as new. I have no clue how they fixed it, but the price was surprisingly fair, even on the low side in my eyes. I'm not mechanically inclined, but when I saw the serious damage, I knew that a regular tire shop would not be able to fix this kind of damage. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, speed, and price of the work. They also told me that eventually, I would need to replace the strut and spindle and suggested that I could buy them as used parts, and they would install them for me. Sure enough, that's what I did, and about two weeks later, I showed up with the parts early in the morning. Two and a half hours later, it was all done for minimal cost, including alignment. I don't care that they're 40 minutes away from my home; I will drive there anytime I need anything related to tires or wheels. These guys are professional and make it look so easy that I didn't even believe the job was done so quickly. I was talking to Danny, the manager. I texted him some photos of the damaged car and the parts that I bought. He replied immediately, gave me the price, told me to come whenever I was ready, and if I wanted to wait for it, just come as early as possible. That's exactly what I did. I'm a very, very happy customer and will go back again if needed. And I'm sure I will need to because I have three teenage drivers at home, and we all know how they drive. There are 2 Caesars here, so my review only covers Caesar L, as described. Easy going, but skilled and resourceful. He made me feel like I'd just won the prize of the day! My situation: ruined a good tire on a newer leased car with only 8,000 miles on it after 19 months on a 36-month lease. What'll I do? Pay $157 for a new identical tire for my 2018 VW Jeta? Hell no! It pays to ask. He had EXACTLY the brand, size, and quality I was hoping for. Even wear and 80% of tread left. It matched perfectly with my other 3 tires. Caesar balanced and installed it quickly and with quiet practiced skill. After balancing on expensive modern equipment, he even took a careful few minutes to make sure there were no leaks. Total cost for mounting, disposal of damaged tires, and balancing - ONLY $40! I'm very pleased! read more

It's my second time coming to this location I got my tires replaced and got an alignment as well. I've gone to other locations and I always felt like the alignment was always off.
