I was surprised of the professionalism of the staff in general and the way a young man who took care of me (unfortunately, no name tag). After asking many questions regarding the tires I wanted, he was very patience answering all. Originally, I was going to buy only two tires but end up buying all 4. This one just reaches another level of customer service & it's not as busy here & they seem to work a bit faster. I had a little mishap nothing big at another Discount but it was too busy to get it fixed at the moment I went back so I came to this one & wow, they were great. They apologized for the mishap the other Discount did & helped me right away & didn't charge me for the part I needed to get which was $60. Tho it's a bit farther for me as I live near the H street one I still come to this one if I have time to drive to it. Gone a few times & they are very friendly, fast & good. And what I love also is that they have a Frutas Deli next door, so you can go next door get a bite to eat as you wait for your car, eat fast tho because they work quick here. Costco quoted me higher price for an appointment for tomorrow but I decided to come to discount due to having a good history with Discount tire. Idel the discount tire front desk representative right from the beginning was super courteous, personable, joked around, and gave me a deal. Costco had a competitive price but I asked if he could price match and Idel gave me a lower deal. Spoke with his manager and congratulated him on the good employee he has. Deserves a raise. Outside of the deal he gave me, he was really customer service focused, personable, provided me with education about my tires and maintenance, and just down to earth. Went to this shop to inquire about a persistent TPMS light despite tires seeming to be okay. David explained to me other reasons why light could be on. No upsell on anything while I was there other than letting me know Discount had better deals than Costco. Didn't charge me while there for this easy diagnosis. Everything turned out to be fine. I replaced the other two a year back at Discount Tire and thought why not try them again. I was greeted promptly, discussed my problem, having the tire repaired and happily upsold to getting all my Wipers replaced in around 40 minutes.
