This one just reaches another level of customer service & it's not as busy here & they seem to work a bit faster. They apologized for the mishap the other Discount did & helped me right away & didn't charge me for the part I needed to get which was $60. Idel the discount tire front desk representative right from the beginning was super courteous, personable, joked around, and gave me a deal. Costco had a competitive price but I asked if he could price match and Idel gave me a lower deal. Spoke with his manager and congratulated him on the good employee he has. Deserves a raise. Yes, they did break one of the wheel studs on a former car of mine ten years ago but they owned their mistake and reimbursed me for the repairs. They also ordered me some tires four years after that incident and really gave me a great deal so they redeemed themselves. Fast forward to today when the TPMS light came on in my wife's car. I decided to drive to Discount Tire to see if they could help me and while I was there, they discovered a nail in one of my tires.
