Great service super helpful! Not trying to running up a huge tab just typing to get the job done.

I had to go through my insurance company to get my car repaired, and Enrique was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was patient while working with the insurance company and made sure they had all the information they needed to move everything along. I really appreciate his assistance and professionalism in helping get everything taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you, Enrique! read more

Price gouge, over charges. Old man runs the place and doesn't know what he's doing or talking about. Quotes one thing then ups the price every time. It's a hard pass read more

These guys are super friendly. Great price and quick service. I'll be going back for my next service

This is the worst experience I've ever had, I spoke to him on the phone and he made a deal for the pricing of the product which was 8 spacers and 48 lugs. It's all third-party no name product and worth no more than a couple hundred bucks online but I was willing to pay him 500 for the convenience and I get there and he changes his word and says I was not going to include the lugs and you have to pay extra for it. And then then he wanted to charge me 600. I have to argue with him for 5 minutes straight on dignity and business and he decided to for $100 hold his end and pride supposedly just so he can make extra money. Businesses like this don't deserve to stay around, especially the way they do business. read more

While driving, a warning light popped up on my dashboard, so I Googled a nearby tire shop and found this place. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The issue turned out to be a faulty TPMS sensor, and they diagnosed it quickly. The staff was friendly, the wait time was short, and the prices were very reasonable. I'm leaving with a smile--wish I could give more than 5 stars! Highly recommend! read more

Sent out my project details regarding my Parasitic draw that was killing my battery. Got a message telling me to come by the shop and ask for Ray. I showed up to the shop about noon and asked for Ray. Polite, nice dude. I explained the issue, He said, he'd call me when they get it figured out and if I wanted they could fix it, no pressure. Ray called me the next morning around 10am said the starter was bad and was causing the drain. He told me the price. I said go for it, fix it. My jeep has a lot of issues, I know that...but all I needed fixed was the Parasitic draw. Ray was cool, got the issue fixed, didnt try to upsell like a lot of other shops. Been almost 2 weeks and battery has not died. Thank you Ray and company! read more

Brake Repair Very happy with work done. Ray and Crew were courteous and professional. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a solid estimate of the cost and how long it would take. Thank you! read more

Everything was so great!!! Polite staff quick service, and felt very comfortable and affordable

They should only replace parts on a vehicle after checking with the customer first. I was charged for a tire pressure monitoring sensor without being told that part was being replaced. No customer likes to hear during the checkout process that they are being charged for something they did not authorize. read more

For my 2008 Honda civic, I got my power steering hoses and pump replaced here. During my consultation, they told me what parts I needed so I can run to an AutoZone to provide them myself. I appreciate their labor prices as they're fair for the hard work that they do. Thanks again guys read more

Ray Gonzalez at Wheel Depot is...THE GOODS! Originally came here when I got my wheels powder coated for installation. While I was here Ray quoted me a RIDICULOUSLY good price to install shocks, struts and lowering springs all the way around. I ordered everything off Amazon and the morning after I got the parts...I was here ready for install. Ray walked me through the whole process and even made sure we road tested it to satisfaction. Eduardo Leon did a GREAT job with installing the parts as well. He was really friendly and informed me of everything that was installed and changed. He even had the whole job done before lunch. Heck, the whole staff there is super nice, and they got a comfy customer lounge while you wait, with good food right across the street. Can't say enough good things about this place...if they can make a Mini Van look like this...imagine what they can do to your car or truck. Do your ride a solid and give RAY GONZALEZ at The Wheel Depot a call. read more

Took my 2023 Tesla model Y in for an alignment and I have to say this shop has some of the best customer service in town. Hands down will recommend everyone here for auto repair service. James, the alignment tech, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even after I left, he personally messaged me at 8pm to make sure I was happy with the alignment. read more

Very committed excellent service wonderful staff very informative. Would definitely go back again love their service.

Had 2 wheel alignments done here and they were both not straight. First got one in April and I went back in couple days after to let them know I was not happy with the alignment and my car is pulling to the right. They were quick to blame it on my tires for improper wear. Several months later in November once I had new tires I decided to get another alignment here. And sure enough my car still dosent go straight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO ELSEWHERE read more

As you know, it's quite hard to find reliable mechanics. I'm lucky to have found this place. I needed sensors transferred from old tires to new ones plus an alignment. Alex was very thorough and had great communication. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was also the best price that I shopped for. I am completely satisfied with the work they did on my car. read more

Great place for alignments. Fast and precise. Great prices. Would definitely recommend these guys for all your suspension needs.

Terrible service first, they called me to tell me that my car is ready to be picked up and I look at the tire in the spare still on so my car wasn't ready to be picked up and so they put the spare tire on and they let the mess in my trunk and they also broke my trunk as well, so yes, don't recommend this place for people that are trying to get their cars done read more

Took my car in for a last minute alignment and they would take us right in. We were already kinda tired and frustrated because everywhere we had gone prior was too busy and had no time for us. We work and when we get a chance, we have to leap at that time we have. They said it would only take a few minutes so we could wait in their lobby so we did. They informed us that I had some issue and needed tires and that if we wanted they would check my alignment again within 90days to make sure getting new tires or other work done fixes my alignment. I thought that was nice of them. We ended up taking the car back after purchasing new tires and again experienced the same service! read more

I do NOT recommend this business! I had to stop by due to an emergency because my tire was leaking. The puncture was close to the outer edge of the side wall and being in the automotive business for 25+ years, it's not recommended to have your tire repaired due to safety concerns. The two advisors were arrogant! Instead of coming out to inspect the leak and to look at the locating of the puncture, the advisor said we can fix it. Only reason why I opted to have it fixed was because I was immediately going to my regular tire shop to have the tire replaced. I would stay far away from this business as they only care about money and volume and definitely not your safety. read more

I accidentally hit a curb and bent my front right rim. I called many places to have it either fixed or exchanged (but a new one); I bumped into this spot and right of the bat, they helped me out, even told me that if they can't find the right steel rim they will try and fix it. Got there and as promised they fixed my rim (they couldn't find the right one) they are very professional and they have great customer service ! Deff. Coming back read more

Had a rattling noise coming from the steering wheel. Originally found Wheel Depot from a Yelp Project. They offered free inspection/estimate and was less than 2 miles away from me. Although my car issue was no easy fix, the guys at Wheel Depot did not give up and found alternative and cost-saving solutions, even reaching out to other resources to get the job done. Ray was the initial one to inspect my car and explained what the problem was. Tony gave me updates on the progress of my car which I truly appreciate. Between the two of them, they helped find a solution to my car issue. Also, I was planning on taking public transportation to get back home upon dropping off my car. Tony offered to have one of the technicians who was gonna test drive the car drop me off at home, killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I say all this because the guys at Wheel Depot have the best customer service. Thanks Wheel Depot! read more

I just lost trust that l had on these people. They checked my suspension and told me that to do this repair, would take them approx. 11 hours in manual labor because for them to do it would require the engine and transmission be taken out "completely"! The cost would be around $1200. Well it happens to be that l have a brother in law in another state and he says that all they do is unbolt the engine from the supports a few inches and then they can change the worn out parts with new ones. This usually takes a few minutes to do. Another complaint is that l had them replace the brake pads. They replaced them with poor quality pads that already in less than a year need replacing. The original pads lasted about 7 years. I hardly ever drive that car. I've had it since 2010 and it only has 64,000 miles. read more

Wheel Depot is a great shop!!! I was referred by Bradford Powder Coating as apart of my Powder coating of my tires. ( See Bradford Powder Coating Review) Mr. Jesus and his team are pros.
