I want to say huge thank you and shout out to Destiny for your help. She helped me twice and gave clear options both times. Great customer service without a heavy sales pitch which is always a plus. I got the plan I wanted, faster speed, a phone and a great deal! Keep up the great work and thank you! read more

I came in today to return my modem and router, and well I just have say Ashley was so extremely rude. I had my baby with me in my hands and she disrespectfully asked "can you take it out of the bag" while not offering any help whatsoever. She also made me unscrew the coax cable which she said was not spectrum's but it came in the box with the router. You can imagine that it's hard to unscrew that with a baby in your arms and she rudely and aggressively told me they will not take it like that. She clearly had a problem with something but as an employee it is her job to keep her personal feeling's out of the picture and treat every customer with respect. read more

The staff has no empathy towards their customers. I went to this location due to the convenience of shopping near by. However, Ashley, made me feel uncomfortable and would definitely not be returning to this location. I saw they have a 1.7 rating already just now. It was hectic day for me and this location was not it... read more

Went to upgrade my phone today, and Ashley seem condescending and rude! Over all yucky customer service. Spectrum do better!!! Hire employees that smile and actually want to help people! read more

Galileo was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and had a sloppy unkept appearance. He had a horrible attitude when I was trying to do a simple equipment swap and made me go all the way home to get my id and when I came back was helped by a different far more helpful associate who DID NOT NEED MY ID TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE. Extremely unprofessional and he should give me gas money. read more

Asqueroso servicio al cliente ayer fui y me trato de la mierda la tipa que estaba hay le dije al manager que si me podía atender alguien mas ojalá hallan hecho algo porque simplemente es una basura de servicio read more

A night shift woman employee, who wore glasses and is around the age of perhaps forty, was very rude and unhelpful. I made a complaint to the manger and I'm working on it through the service department in office. Customer service was that bad !!! read more

All the girls here need better customer service, smile and be more welcoming. Take the sticks out.

Wow! I'm a new spectrum customer and just signed up today on the phone. I had the nicest person who helped me sign up and answered all my questions. He explained I need to go to the local spectrum office to pick up the necessary equipment to start using my new service. All three young men in the store were very unprofessional. Serious training needs to be done. One even asked me if I was interested in getting a new cell phone. I wouldn't consider doing any business at this awful location. read more

Don't believe anything they tell you about price guarantee. I was told 2 year price guarantee and I have had my bill raised 3 times in the first 1 1/2 year. After speaking with someone in their customer service, they can't provide any proof that anything was told to me or given to me that I signed stating that they can raise their pricing. DONT SIGN UP WITH ANY SPECTRUM SERVICE. THEY MISLEAD YOU FROM THE START! read more

The worst services I was promised by Martha Juarez that my payment would drop $10 a month if I got an unlimited 1 year cell phone plan free as a trial. So I did and funny she gives me a SIM card says just to install in phone and it will work. LIES I had to call spectrum and talk to a few customer service guys and found out she sign me up to a plan. Dum B**** . Then she just charges me the $41.25 for my internet cause supposedly it drop. Come to fine out today I have an outstanding balance cause she LIED again her and her manager I told the young man helping me out noo that girl told me I would get a promotion he says have a seat I'm going to talk to my manager within two minutes. He says OK let me charge you. He charges me $42 because he said he didn't have coins for change. I thought that was weird so I logged into my account online and realize he only charge me where I wanted to be charged but I still have an outstanding balance. What a mother*****. I called customer service instead of pulling up on them and going off on them cause I will and it wouldn't be pretty supposedly they cannot prove anything promise in store so I paid my remaining balance. Because I trust more the customer service on the phone than the idiots at the stores. She said she would give me a $30 Internet service instead, but that I have to pay my remaining balance so I guess I'll see next month how that goes.. read more

Representatives in store are rude and condescending. Definitely understand when customers are being negative and impolite but this experience was uncalled for. The person being helped prior to my name being called was dismissed as he's being assisted because the representative took a personal call as he's speaking to her. A woman walked in loudly demanding help with her payment; same representative was going to assist her as there were 4 of us waiting in queue. The lady who helped me was rude and wouldn't allow me to ask her questions regarding my equipment return. I was showing her what I had due, to make sure my remaining balance was correct and she wouldn't acknowledge that I was trying to show her my statement and the inquiries I had. She cut me off and handed me my receipt and cut the assistance short. I saw reviews shortly after mine, and my experience was also with the female representative wearing corrective lenses. First time here, it's so close to home, but will drive out to a further location if that means receiving a more pleasant experience. read more

Wish I can leave negative stars. I returned some old equipment from my old place. They gave me a receipt with all listed equipment returned. I look in my credit report and I'm in collections for $210... I have these pricks now and bout to shut off my service. A total of 10 years of a loyal customer and this is what I get. When I called spectdumb, they can't pull it up because they have a new operating system that never integrated to their new system. Pathetic for a technology company in my opinion... very basic shit here.. So now I'm stuck with a collection bill, which their old operating system acknowledged, which their new system does not. Switching to anything else but them. I've never dealt with such a crappy company in my life! read more

Excellent customer service, upgraded my router 4 months ago and really enjoy the tremendous mbps experience while gaming easy in and out experience. read more

We arrived to drop off equipment we were asked to sign in. Waited 20 minutes to be called when a fella called my name he stated there were 2 options I could wait for a specialist to scan the unit and give me my receipt or a quicker option to go down the street to UPS and have them ship it to spectrum they would also give me a receipt. I'm a bit irritated. how is going down the street faster then conducting the drop off at the actual spectrum store? BTW UPS took under 5 minutes! I would suggest skipping this spectrum store altogether. read more

Worst service ever. Employees act like they work at the DMV as slow as they move. I will most definitely never returned and wasted my time going here. The representative over the phone was of much better and faster assistance read more

Not the best customer service just lazy workers, rather sit and talk with each other rather than help and give a good customer service as they should. read more

Since Sept 2020 I witch to Spetrum cable/ net/phone. Not even a month we had nothing put trouble. No TV for almost a month, then none of the channels that we order, then no phone line off and on ever since, no internet that we paid for. And trouble with our bill being way higher then agree every month till even now. Every Month a Big Headach with them. Then every time we call , we have to wait an hour before someone gets on the line. Went to the store one time, that was a hassle, they had no clue how to help us, supervisor told us to go to Verizon. I laughed and said why we have your company now, and you expect verizon to fix your problems. Don't make any since. I don't no how many times they came out in the 1st month and wanted to change me as well. This is not a good company to go with. The deals sound good. But please stay with the plan you have with a different company. We are never home , and thought we can save money. We really haven't save anything but $5 and have nothing but problems after problems since. Are schedule so busy, that we haven't had time to switch with a different company yet. It's been hell with this company read more

the fucking service sucks internet is slow they never notify you of when they plan a scheduled maintenance and customer service is pathetic to say the least read more

Ok, let me start by saying that the guy wasn't an asshole.. but definitely just wanted to make a fucking sale .. and for that he is a piece of shit, he failed to tell me I'd have to fill shit out online to get my phone.. all he said was , pay here today and get your phone in 2 days . He didn't even have my correct email , or phone color I wanted .. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! They can't even explain what you're getting into. read more

It's not the prices of the internet, or anything like that. It's the services, they f**ken suck, the employees along with the manager need to be replaced NONE of them do their job.
