    I came in to return our modem and I stood in line for about 5 minutes before the employee said…read moreafter I was waiting already that I needed to sign in to be helped. Then I signed in and it took an additional 10 minutes to be helped. I thought this was ridiculous as I just needed to drop off a product and I didn't need to even sign for anything. Then I asked if it would lower my bill and the employee said that's not something they can help me with and that I would need to call customer service to find out.. why have a store if you can't be helped in person?

    We waited over an hour and 15mins to talk to someone. Some people were with the representatives for…read moreover 40mins. One gal left to go to lunch so the other guy could go. There were always 2 people at one time. When we got there we were 7th in line when we left there were 17 people waiting. Crazy, not good customer service on the weekend and then not to be able to reduce our bill after waiting so long. You can try calling our corporate office. We constantly get emails to come And we'll give you a loyalty discount to lower your bill so we thought we give it a try. Get this they wanted me to pay $15 for a land line I don't need to reduce my bill by $70 and turn in my two boxes, but in June my bill will go back up again $25. It's a loosing battle. Everyone that goes to AT&T goes right back to spectrum. There is no other alternatives, but to pay the price and I need the internet for my job.
