The employee that would not open the store at 11am as advertised on the door. We had to wait outside until 11:40am in the heat and he spent over 2 hrs with the customer ahead of us. We were there for 2 hrs. Many customers came and left because they did not want to wait that long to be attended. After reading the other reviews posted it is apparent they all were spot on with the extreme poor customer service provided. Something is wrong with the owner of that store to allow this kind of service and tarnishes the reputation of AT&T. Avoid this Store. Was sold a bill of goods and nothing was correct. Was told a number of things that wasn't true. I have a Business account and I would never of went to AT@T. This is why!! 1. The main reason i went with AT@T was the convenience of bundling my business internet and Cell phones on one bill. (Was a lie) Cant do that. Wasn't happy about that but i could live with it. 2. Setting up the phones one phone took us 8 hours to set up one phone on tech support. One other phone took us 3 hours to set up. The phone that took 8 hours, they tried and tried and finally got it to work. I understand there are technology issues. 3. Was told my Upload and Download Speeds on my internet would be the same for a certain price. The Internet price was $20 dollars a month more than what i was told. Called in and for the price i was told i would receive the internet's up load and down load was different. So i decided to pay the $20. dollars more. Now I'm learning this place say's one thing and bate and switch is what they do. It gets worse as I will find out. 4. I have 6 phones on my business account my bill said i had 7 phones set up in this store, my monthly bill per phone was to be $45 and i had 6 phones at $45 and one at $65 dollars. Remind you was charged for 7 phones not 6. Also told them i didn't want to have the $5 dollar phone up grade charge on my phones it was on all (7) phones. I have (6) phones. 5. The Phone number that was not ours was set up with my phone insurance. So when they went to remove it they said i wouldn't be able to keep my phone insurance because it was over 30 day's. I couldn't have insurance for my phones transfer from one number to another unless i purchased another item from AT@t. My first paper bill came after 30 Day's. I'm a Business and i need insurance on my phones. This was set up at this store on the phone number that doesn't belong to us. Now I'm getting ready to leave AT@T. 6. So now I call to pay my phones off to possibly leave AT@T. I found out that they set me up for a 36 month contract. I asked if i wanted to leave after a year at the store i was set up for 12 months. That i would be able to leave, and pay the remaining balance after my credits. I would of never done a 36 month contract. 7. The next lie was i could pay my phones off early, (NOPE). My phones we traded in they give you a credit for them broken down over 36 month's. To pay them off early I loose all my phone credits. Also they keep my phones and give me nothing for them. We Turned in (2) I phone 11's, (1) i phone 12, (1) i phone Xr, (1) Samsung S10, (1) I phone 8. So I said I'm done I want to leave. They give you noting for your phone's you traded in and tell you, you have to pay full price for the phone's you got. Then we keep your traded in phones and give you nothing in return. So they refurbish them and make money on them as well. If i ran my business like this i would be out of business, I'm Surprised by this business model. Maybe AT@T is so big they can do this or i was dealing with someone not to honest. I won't name the manager we dealt with at this store. Stay Far Away From This Store.......... read more

Just went to pay my bill. After the nice employee unlocked to door, I was told I couldn't be helped she was on a call and the only one there. She was sorry and didn't offer me any other suggestions to pay my bill. read more

The service here was pretty meh, the associate didn't even look up my account to answer a question I had, just told me to call customer care. I asked how to cancel my ex-husband's line on my plan since I have a protection order on him, so I'm not about to call him to ask if he wants to keep it. I asked if there were reduced fees or anything since we split due to his domestic violence. The kid said, "That sucks, but you need to call customer care." Okay whatever, thanks for the compassion, dude. So I still bought a screen protector for my phone here, got home, and saw there was a chip in the side of it. It was nearly $50! I thought, no big deal, I'll go up after I get off work and ask them to replace it. Got up here to the store at 2:20pm and they're closed. They're supposedly open from 10-7, and there's a sign that says "gone to lunch". The whole store is apparently put to lunch. So I'm out $50, and wasted the gas and the time to drive up here. Worst service ever. By the way, in the time it took me to write this, a few other people came up to that door and tried to open it besides myself. read more

This is the worst AT&T place ever. I have given a negative star if that was an option. Employees are lazy and incompetent. They sold me a plan and gave me the wrong information. It took 3 days to get my new account for FirstNet Activated. I had to call multiple times and come in to the store 3x. A year after, I was just done with their crappy service. I came in to switch back to ATT from FirstNet. Just getting a sim card took almost an hour of wait and the employees don't even acknowledge you're there. I don't know how this place survives. I would rather travel an hour than come back here. Corporate should come and investigate this place. read more

I ordered and paid for a new phone online to speed up my transaction. There was ONE staff member who was actually working. One man was chatting with a customer about new homes, and a blond girl was playing on her phone. After waiting for 10 minutes without my presence even being acknowledged I asked the blonde if she were on her lunch break. "Oh, I don't actually work at this store." I inquired as to why she was at the store if not to work. She must have seen the error of her ways because she reached under the desk and handed me my bag. read more

I honestly have to say I was very impressed going to this retailer for ATT. The rep was super helpful at troubleshooting our call problems between mine and my husband's phone. He wasn't trying to sell us and say you need a new phone. They helped fix our existing ones. With two kids to think of, it was really nice not to incur anew phone cost tonight! Thank you! We were AT&T customers for life but not anymore. After our current contract runs out we will go anywhere else but to AT&T. This store is a rip off, don't go there. We were told that our bill would be "X" dollars a month and it ended up being $50 more every month. This is because we were told by the store employee that we had to choose $600 worth of accessories for the promo deal but the accessories would be credited off the bill. Guess what........the accessories were NOT credited off the bill. So we have all these accessories that we didn't want and don't need. All we wanted were the new phones, screen protectors, and chargers. This experience has taught me to not trust AT&T anymore and to never go to this store again. Do not go to this store!! The sales reps at this location are poorly trained and have horrible attitudes. My husband and I went in to purchase upgrades and it took at least an hour and 30 minutes. There were other customers coming in during this time and most walked out because Vanessa was taking so long with us. I don't blame them! Vanessa took forever to get us the information plus they were completely out of stock of the S9 Note and S9 cellphones! She called another store to have one transferred and told us it would be here the next day. The next day they didn't call my husband at all, he instead had to call them. They said that it was going to be transferred but never told him when. It came in on the following day while he was working and he told them he could not pick it up for three days because of his work schedule. On his day off he went over to the store to finally pick up the S9 Note. He was treated with complete disrespect as he told the sales rep, Emmett, that he was there to pick up the phone that was on hold. Emmett replied, "well if it is still in stock! You were suppose to pick it up over the weekend (this was when my husband had to work for three days and could not come in). " Well it was still there and my husband decided to go ahead (despite the rude comment) to purchase the phone. My husband had the quote that Vanessa had given us for our new bill and showed it to Emmett. Emmett said he would have to re-run the numbers because "it didn't look right." Emmett's new quote came out to be roughly $70 more than Vanessa's!! How could the first sales rep be so far off? Something wasn't right and my husband was so frustrated with this whole experience, he walked out and said No thank you! No upgrade and a horrible experience. To top it off... my husband left his quote from Vanessa in the store and decided to return a minute later to pick it up. Emmett had stored his paper in the back and went to go get it for him. This is where Emmett became extremely unprofessional, he came out from the back with the paper in hand glaring at my husband! The manager and general manager of this store would do well to take note of this and have these employees take a professional development class on proper customer service! And the managers need to add more staff to this location. Vanessa was the only one working that one night we came in, and as I stated several customers came in and left because she took so long with us and no one else was there to help her. I went in the store asking for a phone case and a screen protector and the total came out to 90$. I asked for the cheapest screen protector and phone case and he then said that was the cheapest they had and coughed an attitude with me. The rest of my time in the store was spent on dealing with his attitude and sass. read more

I called to ask what time the store closes, girl said 7 so I took off work early to be there by 6 to walk in and see its open until 8. Waited 30 min and was not even acknowledged. After finnaly getting to me I was recommended to go to a real att store. This store lost my buissness for sure. read more
