There's always so MANY people here and it gets quite overwhelming at times especially if you are only going into the store for a pick-up order or repairs (like I did the other evening). I set an appointment to replace my dying battery in my iPhone 13 (yes, you read that correctly - I still have my 13 and it works just fine). I placed it for the late evening thinking maybe I'd beat some of the crowd. To my dismay, I did not. Not only was it busy, there was a line to get into the store. I was SHOOK. I managed to get the attention of a staff member to check me in for my repairs and eventually got seen after about 20 or so minutes. Once they took the phone back to begin repairs, I was given a ticket to pick up the phone just before closing. That left me with about an hour of shopping around the mall. I ended up grabbing a bite and then made my way back to the store. Again, to my dismay, my phone was not ready. Ultimately, the repairs ran over by about 15 minutes and I am confident it was due to the sheer amount of people in the store that evening. The wait was annoying but I was entertained through people watching. Anyways, if I can avoid this store, I will. I hate going to Apple Millenia because I always end up waiting longer than what they anticipate. Beyond that, the staff are always kind. They do the best they can and I commend them for it. I do think they need a more streamlined process for guests not purchasing in store but I don't know what to suggest beyond having a designated store location just for repairs or a more secluded area in the store itself. As far as value goes, it was $89.00 to replace my battery with tax. It's an older phone, so, I thought it was quite fair for an Apple product. They did give me a new screen protector as they had to remove my previous one during repairs - so that was a perk. All in all, this store is just overstimulating. I'll stick to ordering my Apple products online. And should I need repairs again, maybe I'll just go right when the store opens.

I originally called the Verizon's customer service number with my questions but they were not too clear with their answers. I was greeted by David right away. Gave him my contact information and walked to a sitting area. David went above and beyond with a lot of patience answering all my silly questions. He explained all the scenarios and possibilities, helping me to make the best decision. Verizon needs more David's in their stores. He was joined by Adam who was also very helpful and polite. I didn't make a decision on a phone but I left with a different home product to try. I will be back for the phone now that I have the best information to compare. I hope to have another David customer service experience when I return.

I arrived at the Millenia location a little more than an hour before closing. When I walked in, the store was nearly empty--about five customers and five Verizon employees. With an equal number of employees to customers, I expected a timely and efficient experience. That was not the case. After putting my name on the waiting list, I waited while three employees stood together having a long, casual conversation and completely ignoring customers who were waiting. After more than fifteen minutes, I politely asked the manager if someone could assist me. I was told that because the store was closing in less than an hour, everyone was "too busy." That explanation made no sense considering I had just watched multiple employees casually chatting instead of helping customers. Now everyone understands being a frustrated customer in a busy store with overwhelmed employees. What's much harder to understand is standing in a nearly empty store, waiting patiently, while employees talk among themselves and ignore customers. To make matters worse, the manager didn't appear the least bit concerned when telling me no one could help. She even suggested that I call customer service instead--even though I was already standing in the store waiting for assistance. In the end, I waited over an hour for help (which can easily be verified on the in-store cameras), despite there being available employees. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to improve the situation. Is this how they treat all their customers? Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

We told them we were and they showed for our plan we could trade in our phone for 150 discount. We would have gotten a larger discount if we switch to their new plan, but it would have cost more per month. They also mentioned that the phones are locked until they are fully paid after 2 years. They also advertised their home Internet service, but weren't aggressive when we politely declined. They also suggested to check with Apple store nearby to see if they have better offers and unlocked phones. While we didn't buy anything, we appreciated their honestly and friendliness. They were very helpful with our inquires, and didn't pressure us to buy anything. We found the store to be small, but organized and clean. The store is located in the second floor at the mall of Millenia and next to Macy's. The friendly, honest, and helpful staff is the reason why we are loyal to T-Mobile.     I walked into TMobile on Sunday as my phone was having mechanical issues. I had been paying for…read moreinsurance on this phone for many years, so I wasn't looking for an upgrade. I was looking more to just get a replacement phone. I sat down and waited to be addressed, which took a few minutes, but they were busy so I was okay with scrolling instagram in the meantime. I was greeted by John. John was super nice, down to earth, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. He apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, kind, and took matters into his own hands when dealing with customer service on the phone. Highly recommend this location and thanks, John, for an awesome experience!
