We stopped at this office to order a phone, internet and cable bundle. The salesperson seemed to only want to push cell phone service and new phones. After ordering our bundle, all seemed fine until the install date. However, although four people worked on our order, none of them bothered to listen when we told them we wanted our home phone number ported over, so when the technician arrived, there was no order and they were going to give us a new number. The technician also did not have a DVR with him, although that was part of what we requested when we placed our order two full weeks earlier. Needless to say, we remembered why we had dropped this company when it was Time Warner and cancelled our order immediately. Don't bother going to this office because the staff is incompetent and inattentive. read more

I recently switched to Spectrum internet/voice. I attempted to do a self-install. No problem getting equipment or connecting. However, couldn't get signal. Spent an hour on phone speaking to 5 individuals to determine that they would need to send someone out. They needed to replace all outside cabling and the connections on the outside and the connectors on the inside. They charged me $49 to fix their cables. Got my first bill 4/20. The bill was dated 4/14. The due date was 4/18 - four days after they mailed the bill and two days before I received the bill. I called and was told they would do a one time waive of the late fee but I would need to call back next month. I pointed out that it was due only four days after they mailed it. They told me that the mail was slow. I said four days was ridiculous and would never been enough time to get the bill and mail a check. She said, yes mam. read more

Unethical company. Instead of losing perspective customers we were given an inflated price for our trade-in phones. GET IT IN WRITING. When we finally received the invoice via email (they don't do paper invoices), we made a second trip back to the stored questioning the trade-in value listed but were assured we would be receiving an additional credit once the phones were processed. Never received the credit and was told now that we would not be getting one. We are two older people that got totally scammed. Should have known better than to trust Spectrum. read more

Turning in my modem after leasing it for the past 5 years. In that time I could have bought a new faster modem and saved $$$$$. Calling TWC for any issue is like having your teeth pulled. I'm not sure why customer service for them is such a foreign concept. My advice to everyone, look for another provider like Direct TV. I switched my TV provider 5 years ago and have been so happy. Superior product at a better price. Was stuck with them as my internet provider until some one else enters my area. If you are stuck with them for Internet, go buy your own modem and save yourself the monthly leasing fee for outdated equipment. read more

I would never in a million years recommend spectrum. Their customer service is not helpful whatsoever... All they care about is nickel and diming you on your service. Rates rise whenever they feel like it, I cancelled my service on the 16th and got a full bill for the next month. When i called they told me had i cancelled ONE DAY SOONER they wouldn't have charged me for another month.. and they don't prorate services. They wanted me to pay 200$ for another month of service after i already cancelled it. Will never go back, and do not recommend. read more

Good Morning, I signed up for service on Monday was told that service would start Tuesday. Today is now Thursday and I have yet to see a technician. I was hung up on yesterday after asking for a supervisor. I have called at least 15 times. Wednesday I was told someone would be out between 8-8p.m. I called at 6:47 and was told they would be here today. When I called today they said SUNDAY!!!! Already had my own router and modem but have not been able to connect them to to Spectrum's mistakes and lack of knowledge in technology.
