    Trash company and terrible customer service. Waited in line for 2 hours to get told they couldn't fix my service issue. Would not recommend

    These guys rock, no questions, no hassle. Jacob was extremely helpful. Recommend these guys over the spectrum on south military anyday.

    spectrum wifi is garbage, they change the monthly price up to 100+ dollars and the connection they give is AWFUL

We've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, so the Forum location always assisted us. Donnie use to help us at this location all the time for years. But here recently, I guess he moved back to Houston with his family and we were getting help by a guy name Austin. He was very condescending and looked like he didn't want to help us at all. He left us to pretend to get us a phone from the back, but never came back. We were waiting for over 20 mins. So, we walked out. It was like the salesmen in there only wanted to help men and not women. They seem unprepared and don't look like they want to do their job. It takes hours for you to get your phone serviced. I'll never come back to this location after 10 years of going here. Bring Donnie back if you want better reviews here bc he use to have us in and out of this place. All we wanted was an upgrade to a phone. Austin tried to tell us we'd have to change our plan to platinum or something in order for us to get our upgrade. Ernesto & Anthony at the Schertz location didn't tell us we'd have to do that for they helped us so smoothly. We ended up leaving to try out the Schertz location and I'm so happy we did. The sales reps not only helped us there but were super kind and gracious with our needs. The Schertz location is our new home for if i have to drive an extra 15 mins there, then so be it.

I finally went in to this location and Jeremy took 2-3 hours of his time to help find out the real problem. This is a big deal considering I know the in-person business model is focused on sales and not so much service anymore, which is unfortunate. Everything goes through the third party phone representatives. 5 stars for Jeremy and the store, 0 stars for customer care line.

We were reluctant to sign the contract since it was for a one year contract. Like fools we believed the Comcast people on the phone when they told us we would be released from the contract if Comcast did not offer service at the new location we would be moving to. Turns out no Comcast service is offered at our new location. You guessed it. They will not release us from the additional 10 months on the contract. They lied to us and their management explained that Comcast cannot be held responsible for what their employees tell customers. The only thing that matters is what they tricked us into signing. I cannot tell you how poor this customer service is and what an awful experience it has been to do business with this company. We have never encountered anything like it. If I could have rated them with zero stars, I would have. "Caveat Emptor-Let the buyer beware". Now the public is aware!

Battlefield 6 just came out and guess what. No internet. A couple weeks ago, same thing. This is just a dumpster juice of a service. Would not recommend at all. Still getting the most reliable and faster internet speech and they keep pushing the time that the internet will be on, back by 3 hours. They literally have the worst team ever.
