After several calls to Customer Service we were told 01/15. NOPE, order has not yet shipped and is still pending expect them on 01/23. We then drove to the Brockport office on Transit where the Customer Service was EXCELLENT. The representative straighten everything out for us and we LEFT WITH NEW PHONES.

I find that outrageous given the expense of my new phone and the fact I had to pay $425 to pay off my old phone. If I had been advised at the beginning of the process that I needed to go to another location and made no attempt to determine whether my old phone was available at the insurance location. By then I needed the phone and purchased the 17 which is vastly more complicated than my old phone. I would never ever deal with those people again. A-1 rating is too high.

My phone was returned to me with many scratches on the metal edges and the front of my screen now has a black spot on it. He said it was just a spot on my screen protector, he removed it and the spot was still there. He then offered me a free screen protector and continuously claimed it was not his fault, even though the black spot was NOT there before I gave him my device. He wanted to charge me 180$ for the repair. I refused due to the excessive amounts of damage to my phone. I ended up paying 75$ and going straight to T-Mobile to buy a new phone.

Broke the the new screen he was installing, put on another screen and left the phone covered in glue. When cleaning the glue I saw a small chip in the glass exactly where the tech broke the first glass. The chip turned into a crack within a day and they refused to repair their shoddy work. They then play the game of " we don't speak good English" total scam.

The owner assured me that she could easily fix the for me and replace the white part of the screen at no additional cost. She then went on to show me that i was missing screws at the bottom of my phone which can cause the screen to fall of at anytime she went ahead and put screws in for me too at no additional fee. It took under 20 minutes for them to fix my phone! When I came back to pick it up she gave me an additional 10% off for being a first time customer and then gave me 3 business cards to give to friends which if they use their service and present the card I will get additional savings added to my account for the next time. All in all it was only $58 dollars to fix my screen. The location is very convenient and the vibe of the place is modern tech - cool place to even wait for your things to be fixed.

I took my phone in to be fixed and they did so quickly and at a competitive price, but when they put the new screen on they didn't clean the camera off which had gotten a little dust and debree on it. The front facing camera is basically unusable now because or the blurriness. When I went back in they just said sorry but that it would be too much work to fix. This seems really unfair to me. I paid $1,000 for the phone, then over $300 to have the screen fixed and I still can't use the camera. I live very far from my family and we use face time to talk a lot. I also love to travel and take pictures. My phone is basically missing a basic function now and I'm really disappointed.

I am sorry to say Spectrum cable was better. When I called to inquire if they was a problem, I was told no and that to send a tech to check would cost me a lot of money. I have never had a cable/wifi provider charge for service calls. The phone rep was uncaring and disinterested. I am looking for a new provider, but neighbors say the others are just as bad.
