This is possibly the best custom order process I have experienced in a long time…read more I used to be an event planner so I started planning our Halloween Trunk or Treat early so I could get around all the shipping fees and possibility of items coming too late for me to be comfortable. The 3 different button styles I ordered from you came in MUCH earlier than I expected. The quality was much better than I expected for the reasonable price - I could not have purchased the equipment to do this myself for the price I paid. AND they look GREAT. Thanks for your hard work, attention to detail and under-promising and over delivering Wacky Shipping. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future. I will definately recommend you to friends and family.

All in all we could not be more pleased with the service, quality, and price.

He walked is through the new upgrades and even helped my husband figure out how to connect his hearing aides as they are very important to my husband's job and life. He even went outside in the freezing weather to help get the phone mount and cable hooked up for the phone, so it worked in my husband's truck. We were treated with kindness and knowledge and could not be happier with the manager and the techs that work there. We have done business with this store in the past, currently, and will continue to go there in the future. Thank you!!! Nadine

Cheapest around was from another place for $100, but they were rude. Did it in 10 minutes. I warn VERY strongly against hiring Druk…read more Druk was very pleasant when I reached out and quick to ensure that he could repair my phone screen. I paid him over $200 to repair it on site. That night, I noticed that the phone screen would turn dark while using it. By the next day, the screen was completely inoperable. As I pressed the side buttons trying to turn it off (because the screen was now totally blank) my phone called 911 and ALL of my emergency contacts. Because the screen didn't work, I could not stop the calls and had to talk to all of these people to explain- pleading with them not to send the police or paramedics. I made an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar ASAP and paid $360 for Apple to remove the counterfeit screen from Druk and replace it with a working one. I was informed that the counterfeit screen fom Druk was not even sealed onto the phone correctly. Even worse, when I called Druk, he refused to refund me. BUYER BEWARE: if you choose to spend $200 with Druk, you will have to spend at least $360 or more to repair his "work" with a dealer who actually knows what they're doing.

Ugh, Cellular Sales should change their motto to "If you're too lazy to drive to the suburbs we…read moremight be able to help you... if you've got some time on your hands." First off, the whole Verizon stores vs. Verizon reseller thing is silly. Cellular Sales is a reseller, and their National Sales team sold me a crappy Android tablet at the State Fair. After I went to the regular Verizon store to return it they sent me over to Cellular Sales- literally 1/4 mile from my house. We sat waiting for service for 30+ minutes, during which time one person said "We will be with you shortly," and two of four guys helped one person with some kind of leisurely phone upgrade. I'll say this- I don't blame customer service folks for issues like this, this is a planning problem from the management perspective. There was no process to sign in and while we were the first to arrive and get service there was an issue with others waiting once we got done. We were able to return the crappy tablet, but only the actual Verizon on the phone could deactivate it and remove the line! From now on I'll only be going to an actual Verizon.
