Ordered curbside pick up and off we go! Got the notice that order was ready so I headed up that way as soon as they opened at 10am. Curbside pickup so I was directed to park in the designated zone. Got to the store - NO designated zone. Tried to call for curbside but the store wasn't doing it at that time (so why have the choice?). Got inside and I saw why. Only one person working. 4 people in front of me... all with issues, questions, etc. I ended up waiting 1 hour just to pick up a phone. I did feel bad for Ryan, the tech working. He said someone had called in sick. Ryan, however, kept a smile and juggled people very well. Just wondering why someone wasn't called in to help? I did get a call from Verizon as I did an online survey.. they didn't like the number of "stars" I gave them. They of course, blamed it on COVID and said store was limited employees. I understand... I was patient while I waited my turn. Again, just not understanding why help wasn't called in. Store was clean, but dated. Fairly well stocked with accessories. Note on that: a couple days after I picked up my phone they moved across the streed to a newer facility. I'll definitely stick with the actual Verizon stores in the future.

The CSR and Repair Person, Joe, was phenomenal. While working the store, by himself, he was able to simultaneously fix another customer's phone and work on my own. Unfortunately, my phone was unrepairable. He proactively gave me the contact information for my insurance and suggested that I might want to relook at my plan since I was paying so much. Since, I couldn't go another day without my phone, he then went through all the benefits and drawbacks of the different phones and helped me decide on a new one. All while, servicing other customers as they came in. In the end, Joe had my new phone set up, connected with the backup for my contacts, set up my Office 365 email and showed me specific features of the new device. In addition, he was able to increase my total plan's data and save me money on my monthly bill. Thank you Joe for staying late and finishing my transaction so that my business continued to run seamlessly! I highly recommend you visit this site and speak with Joe if you are in need of a new device or repair.

Pearle told me to wait at least 6-8 weeks before the benefit will be reinstated. Just found out thet Pearle never returned the benefit, so now I have to wait another 6-8 weeks before I can purchase another pair. They have locked up $215 for 3 months and have been making interest on that. They are incompetent and perhaps untrustworthy. Dont go there.

Then the manager walked up while I was checking in for a tele-eye exam with her and confirmed if I was there for such an exam and in an accusatory tone said "not with [health incurrence provider] you're not" as if I was trying to pull a fast one or something. 1. How do they know I'm not planning to pay out of pocket. It's not like it's expensive to get an eye exam, not to mention my insurgence covered the same exam last time I was there. 2. The website doesn't make you confirm your carrier when making the appointment mentioned so how would anyone know that before arriving? Then when I asked to schedule an in person appointment both the front end and manager acted annoyed and confused with the front end manager only informing me that the doctor was only in on Thursday in what had at this point been their all too familiar annoyed tone and staring blankly at me rather than trying to move forward to make an appointment. I started to try to figure out how to get them to help me before stopping myself and excusing myself to just leave the establishment, not wanting that treatment nor low quality of service any longer.
