Well after 3 years with my phone, I determined it was time for a newer one. I went to my usual Verizon store on University avenue and met a gentleman by the name of Mike Liberti. We sat down and he looked at my phone and checked my account.In a professional way he said you've had this a few years and you might consider a newer one. He reminded me after 3 years of constant use one day it will stop. And I must admit he hit a nerve with that one. So we started talking price, sales, etc. I had good luck with my Motorola so I decided to stick with them. Mike showed me a newer phone they made and showed me their promotion with it. I liked it and bought it. While going through the final process of setup he pointed out things for my safety. Glass repair, theft, insurance, etc. I was pleased with my Mike. He always put his customers first and is there with follow up advice and questions. I highly recommend Mike Liberti if you're looking to purchase a Verizon product. 5 stars for Mike! read more

Professional informed thoughtful service. Mike looked up my account and quickly verified I had insurance for my Apple 14 Pro Max ( I had been told at another location I didn't). $100 replacement or I could upgraded with.$835 credit for my damaged phone ( had been told my credit would be much lower because of the damaged back screen). We went out to my car with 2 of the 8 selected by Mikecto make sure one would work on the charging pad in my Mazda ( when I asked at another location I suggested 2 that they didn't have and that was the end of it. Suggested a polymer screen protector instead of glass which had scratches and fractures on it with all my other phones. Also purchased a usb c plug in adapter that shuts off when phone is fully charged. All in my amount including accessories was $190 cheaper and included taxes and info transfer to the new phone. The other quote from the other location did not include any of the accessories. When I went to bring my old phone in Kevin helped me and had to spend time straightening out the issue created at the other store I left as the "rep" at that location had not cancelled the other trade in or bank transaction. He is clear and articulate in explaining things, which I found very helpful. He executes customer service making you feel like he is there to serve you. I went to the Verizon store on University to get my phone info transferred to another phone. I worked with Bill and he was great. Bill did everything and it all worked which I was having issues doing. While there, I purchased a few accessories. He was patient very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about both my phones. The other day went in with a phone issue and was greeted by Jeremy. He was patient and very mindful in taking care of my issue, and then sold me on the new internet service Verizon has and took me through how to implement at home. Verizon is fortunate to have that young man. read more

I went to this Verizon location on Friday November3rd at the recommendation of my daughter. She suggested I meet with Curtis Mooney as she had dealt with him before and was very satisfied with the customer service she received. I met with him that morning and he worked with me to purchase my iPhone 13. He took care of all the details--transferring my pictures and contacts, etc. He was very helpful and patient. Five stars! Also he had a gentleman with him that was training who was also very helpful and explained many things that were helpful to know. If you've decided on a Verizon plan, this is a reasonable location for new devices or services. There was no wait, and I was immediately helped by a friendly sales representative. Unfortunately, there were many delays due to the "corporate" end on Verizon's part, so I was there longer than I would have preferred. Note that the sales reps. work on 100% commissions, so don't be afraid to push back on potential pitches for upgrades. read more

My son had an Asus phone that we had purchased less than a year ago. It came with free liquid glass that the sales rep installed for us in the Panorama branch of the store. Little did I know that I was supposed to register the liquid glass within 90 days in order for the warranty to take effect. Not only did the rep at Panorama not tell me that, but he also accidentally charged us for it. It took MONTHS to get that straightened out and get our money refunded. Fast forward to winter: my son drops his phone...TWICE. First, the screen endured minor cracks. The second drop caused it to go totally black. I took it to THIS Verizon store on University, knowing they had a repair center. I also knew that his phone was crap, even before he dropped it, and it pained me to fix a phone that sort of sucked to begin with. The rep told us it wasn't really reparable, so then I felt bad for my college-aged son because he was still making payments on the Asus. This AMAZING sales rep sold us a WAY better phone that cost twice as much as the Asus, got the Asus debt wiped out, added insurance to the new phone, and yet my monthly bill went DOWN. Not just down below what it was when we put the Asus on a payment plan, but down below what it was when I first signed up for Verizon!! How she did it, I'll never know, but my son has a fantastic phone now (LG 8 ThinQ), and my monthly bill just went down $40. Her name is Janine Baron, and I will NEVER see another Verizon rep again, nor will I ever go to any other branch of Verizon. We entered that store feeling defeated, and she just made our day!! She was funny, sweet, and empathetic to our plight. Janine is a lifesaver! She will do whatever she can to help a customer out. read more

So I dropped my phone at work for the 100th time and the screen was all squiggly. Took it in to get a new phone and the sales guy said, wait lets see if it can be fixed first. It could! Just needed a new LED screen $130 installed. Much better than $460 for my beloved 5s replacement. I'm happy! read more

I have to preface this review by saying that the sales associates are wonderful. They are very kind and helpful. However, it must be management or corporate that does an awful job. Every time I am in here there are NEVER enough people working. Last time I was here I waited 30 minutes to return a cell phone case. 30 minutes! They had two employees working and were setting up new phones with people, which takes a minimum of 20 minutes! There were 5 people waiting in line for two sales associates! Who does the schedule for this store because they do an absolutely horrific job! Also, when you enter the store, it's chaotic and confusing. Do I just stand here and wait for someone? Do I check in? What do I do? Terrible, terrible, terrible! read more

Not immediately shown when you search for Verizonwireless, but this store sells Verizon phones and services. People in this store are excellent. Provides aftercare like nobody's business. Classes are great, extremely educated and informative people at the store - also accessible via email and text for any questions. I have been to other more popular Verizon stores, but none were like this store. read more
