Unfortunately for them, it mostly comes off as a cheap Spencer's Gifts knock off, with a partisan twist. Their goal is apparently to try and offend people, as if it's part of their marketing plan. If I had to envision a store that looked like it was entirely planned by insecure juvenile boys, then this would be it. Frankly, there's much wittier items from other retailers all over the internet, so I doubt this brick and mortar location will last very long after the initial novelty wears off.

How do they know I'm not planning to pay out of pocket. It's not like it's expensive to get an eye exam, not to mention my insurgence covered the same exam last time I was there. 2. The website doesn't make you confirm your carrier when making the appointment mentioned so how would anyone know that before arriving? Then when I asked to schedule an in person appointment both the front end and manager acted annoyed and confused with the front end manager only informing me that the doctor was only in on Thursday in what had at this point been their all too familiar annoyed tone and staring blankly at me rather than trying to move forward to make an appointment. I started to try to figure out how to get them to help me before stopping myself and excusing myself to just leave the establishment, not wanting that treatment nor low quality of service any longer. This is a free standing store when you walk in it's soft colors you smell some fabulous candle burning (it was Grapefruit Pine which I did purchase) lots of totems and crystals, Buddha's, perfumes, oils, books, Sage sticks by Catherine Rising and home and furniture items and a bit more. It's not a large store but well thought out with just enough things. They do have some interesting gifts to give to that hard to please person as things are different and unique. I'm sure if you are not feeling it you can get a gift card. Staff is friendly and helpful. They greet you warmly but a plus they are not all over you. Now this place is not Inexpensive so understand that. The candle I bought was $30 for a better candle it's not bad but the larger one in a mercury glass type of vessel is $70. Furniture is priced at certain points and etc. Don't let the prices detour you to come in a take a look around. I will come back for sure. Do yourself a favor and read the receipt as you have a very small time frame to return.. I believe it's 7 days. So if you have buyers remorse make sure it's in perfect condition and not used for a refund. I am sure it's because they have other locations that have retail attached to the Yoga Studios and wherever you bought the item it needs to go back to that store. So... this store is a few doors down from Breathe Yoga. It's on Main Street in Pittsford. Street parking and they also have a lot in the back I believe but I was able to easily park on Main Street. I wasn't home yet when Edible Arrangements originally tried to deliver the gift. When I spoke to the gentleman making the delivery, I mentioned that I was okay with him leaving it at my doorstep. He shared his concern that the wind would damage the product, which I appreciated and hadn't even considered. We tried to determine another delivery or pickup time, but in the end, he kindly offered to turn around to meet me since I was almost home. I'm very appreciative of this as I've run into similar dilemmas with other Edible Arrangement stores and they weren't nearly as accommodating. In addition to that, the fruit was obviously very Fresh and well-dipped in chocolate! I've had other Edible Arrangements gifts delivered from other stores and you can tell when the fruit was dipped awhile ago because the fruit juices will be inside the chocolate.
