The people at this store were so great. Super competent and willing to put the effort into making sure I got what I needed. It took almost an hour to do but it went by quickly and they never made me feel anything but comfortable. The best part? They actually made it happen and I left with exactly what I came in for. I'm happy with the services too which I've had for almost two years.

I went in days before my trip to Japan to ensure my device was ready for international travel, especially since I don't speak the language. I knew I would rely heavily on Google Maps and translation apps to communicate while abroad. They sold me their "BEST" plan along with a "3-day travel pass" supposedly designed for travelers. To my surprise, the device didn't work when I arrived in Japan. I reached out to their customer service line for help, but received no assistance. Thankfully, I was able to use my iPad mini with an eSIM I purchased from Klook to communicate. However, when I returned to the states, I continued to experience issues but now with missing signal and calls for nearly two weeks. I reached out to the individual who sold me the plan, as well as to their location, but got no response. I also contacted the store where I made my original purchase, only to be placed on hold for long periods. Recently, I visited another location in Austin, where I finally received help. They managed to get my phone functioning correctly and improved my internet connection by providing the gray tower. I brought the white box back to return it to the original store after waiting in line. I was turned away stating that the that the driver license was needed to make the return even thou I had a photo of my driver license and could verify with a security pin and I asked her if we could call costumer service together to we get them their device back and she simply stated that she can't because she was the MANAGER --- and she said I don't know why that other store would give your another box it's seem like they're were just trying to upsell you and if you wanted that one you could have asked us. Nevertheless I don't think there's an excuse for all the false promise on selling their product & not delivering and no communication.

ATT's policy is that the customer has to leave work/home and take the device to a UPS or Fedex store for returns, or be charged $200. So, I went to the UPS store. The woman could not find my account based on the account number I gave her. She told me that I had to go an ATT store. Yes I was frustrated, but let's call him John seemed to be having a bad day too. I attempted to explain that I was sent there, and I was on my lunch break.John told me that the store does not do returns. I think I squealed What do I do next? I asked John if he could confirm the account number I was given. Nope, John said that he didn't like my attitude. I asked to speak with the manager. While waiting, I contacted a helpful ATT rep who confirmed my number and clarified that "it just depends on the store" as to whether returns are expected. My attitude? Well guess what. Sometimes people are frustrated with the product you are selling. No insulting names, threats, obscenities were offered. No aspersions on anyone's competency were shared. Customer service is a rough gig, but it's not about you. I typically go to the Allandale store for support. Staff there are uniformly helpful It's worth the extra miles.

I also like that it is their design that customers are never separated from employees by a counter. You are always side by side, making the interaction personal by eliminating barriers. It's a subtle thing, but once you notice it and compare to other places, you can't unsee it. Furthermore, no one handling a customer disappears and goes in back, leaving the customer to stand there alone waiting. It's always a third person bringing a product out from in back to the two of you. Another subtle but important touch. My event today was picking up an ordered iMac (I had a QR code in my Apple Wallet), handing in my older iMac for a trade-in, and getting the Genius Bar (another QR code) to handle the free data transfer. The agent just inside opened the door for me, scanned my QRs, sent me and my old iMac to a back table, where someone else was expecting me. My new one was brought out, the condition of my trade-in was verified, zip-zap-done, and I'm directed to a middle table, where a Genius comes to greet me, generates a work order (another QR code I have now) for the data transfer and lets me know they'll reach out when it's done. My ONLY complaint about the Domain store is common to a lot of Domain stores. If you have anything heavy, there is literally no temporary parking out front to load. There's lots of free parking garages around, but now it's a bit of a hoof.

I did not think my transaction would take long so, I parked in 15 minute parking near the store. I told the representative that I needed a charging unit for my phone along with a chord. She grabbed the two accessories in less than a minute. The only decision point was the length of the chord - 3 feet or 6 feet. I asked if the 6 feet chord was about my height. She said no taller than your height. Haha...ok you're right I'm 5'6". I paid for the two accessories and was out the store in about 5 minutes. Though the Apple Store is very busy...always, there process is super efficient. I happy to report that my phone is charging without over heating.

Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. I would highly recommend Fusion for any IT installs.

The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
