The the original installer apparently didn't complete the job and neglected a step. On March 30, 2026, I started receiving the same error message "no internet". This went on for 2 or 3 hours before internet service resumed without constant interruptions of no internet service. Yesterday April 8, 2026, at approximately 2:48pm I started receiving the same message "no internet". I rebooted, shut everything down and restarted. It worked for about 5 min before saying the same thing. So I called Astound and was told that I was going to need someone to come out because something was wrong AGAIN! I've only had Astound for 2 months and a technician has been required twice within that time frame. So everything I've heard about Astound appears to be true! Very Dissappointed!

Avoid this company and their predatory pricing at all costs. They are charging us way, way, way…read moremore than than is reasonable for the insanely low level of service they are providing and when we try to cancel they want nearly 10K in early termination fees. There are much better options. Edit: I contacted customer service prior to coming here. That's where I got through nearly 10k to cancel figure. I don't know how you can justify $500/month for 100mbps service and then charge that absurd cancellation fee, but others need to be warned about you.

They also saved me a lot of time on phone calls. Although this review is going to be a bit different since I'm a little more honest on Yelp. Mind you this is in no way an attempt to put down 360 - I really do believe they are a great company, just not entirely for me, and here's why. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone, but unfortunately for me, there's one problem. I'm a CONTROL FREAK. I don't recommend this company if you're someone who loves to keep track of items and be in control of who and when you want to call. I never expected 360 to work off-hours or on weekends, they have a life. The only problem was, I had problems and delays during the weekends and off-hours and I didn't want to go around 360's back and not give them the commission they deserve. Basically, if you have a problem at 6:30 PM on a Friday (or missed your call), your representative may not get back to you until 3 PM on a Monday. And when they help you on that Monday, they won't get services provided to you until Thursday (this is purely an example). This is in contrast to someone like my home mortgage lender who would pull over to the side of the road to take my call or stay up until 2 AM to ensure we had things ready to go. I know they're doing this to help get the sale, but for someone like me who has worked in customer service, it shows me that I'm being taken seriously and someone is on my side. I also wished they had an online portal for their sales folks to help everyone stay on the same page. For my 360 concierge to get multiple emails from me must drive them crazy, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. A portal with a task list with descriptions of progress - that would be amazing. Once again, not an attack, just constructive criticism from someone who needs to keep track of things to remain sane. Remember, they're doing all of this for free and their money comes from the commission. Regardless of whether they work hard for you or not, they're doing us a favor to help us save some time. But again, I say, I don't recommend if you're a control freak and that's not on them, this is an us (those who are neurotic) problem.

The utilities were unnecessarily transferred to the new owner, and then back again to the tenants. This resulted in wasted time and money (utility transfer fees). We tried contacting 360 Home Connect and our contact Savanna. No reason was given or help offered to remedy the mistake. In fact, we received no response. Very disappointed with this service.

For months, I had been dealing with a frustrating issue between Apple and Verizon regarding a monthly payment for a phone I had already paid off. Despite numerous attempts, both sides failed to provide clear instructions, and Apple refused to assist. Finally, I decided to visit this store, primarily because it was conveniently located near my workplace. Aron greeted me with professionalism and empathy. He demonstrated remarkable knowledge, patience, and determination to resolve my issue promptly. In the end, Aron not only identified the problem but also successfully rectified it! I went in days before my trip to Japan to ensure my device was ready for international travel, especially since I don't speak the language. I knew I would rely heavily on Google Maps and translation apps to communicate while abroad. They sold me their "BEST" plan along with a "3-day travel pass" supposedly designed for travelers. To my surprise, the device didn't work when I arrived in Japan. I reached out to their customer service line for help, but received no assistance. Thankfully, I was able to use my iPad mini with an eSIM I purchased from Klook to communicate. However, when I returned to the states, I continued to experience issues but now with missing signal and calls for nearly two weeks. I reached out to the individual who sold me the plan, as well as to their location, but got no response. I also contacted the store where I made my original purchase, only to be placed on hold for long periods. Recently, I visited another location in Austin, where I finally received help. They managed to get my phone functioning correctly and improved my internet connection by providing the gray tower. I brought the white box back to return it to the original store after waiting in line. I was turned away stating that the that the driver license was needed to make the return even thou I had a photo of my driver license and could verify with a security pin and I asked her if we could call costumer service together to we get them their device back and she simply stated that she can't because she was the MANAGER --- and she said I don't know why that other store would give your another box it's seem like they're were just trying to upsell you and if you wanted that one you could have asked us. Nevertheless I don't think there's an excuse for all the false promise on selling their product & not delivering and no communication.
