    Specialized Turbo Levo Comp

I went in to look for an E bike which they had a couple in stock with such high demand for E bikes I was very impressed! Came very close to buying a giant trance 29+ when Scott talked to me about the specialized levo, which I had just purchased one for my wife in July and was very impressed with but they did not have any in stock. They had a demo bike there that they rent out and after speaking with Scott he contacted the owner and went to bat for me and I was able to purchase their demo bike! Top of the tier knowledge and performance with follow through on getting me dialed in on a bike to fit my size and frame! Highly recommend this location and the location on power and the 60 because I had started there but they did not have a Large Bike in their store so I went over to this Santan location. Both locations were extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

I rented a mountain bike from them 2 weeks ago and the rental process was quick and easy I paid $59 and some change for a 2 Day rental it was my first time actually mountain biking and I loved it, I gotta say I'm freaking hooked am saving up for a nice hard tail. There staff are some pretty cool laidback dudes and they are very knowledgeable about the "life style" aka Mtn Bikes And their Bike service and repair is great they gave my bike a well needed tune up and never had any problems since, except some dum pinch flats but that's it

    Chris doing some adjustments!

The only issue I have with Bike Masters is thr brands they carry. That said, the service is awesome!

Great experience. Although they didn't have the right bike rack at first they found one at the neighbor store.

Ed jumped right in and helped me get everything taken care of quickly. Very disappointing experience with the service department…read more I brought my bike into Landis Cyclery today after the rear tube went flat. I had the rear tube replaced at Landis on May 12, 2026, and since then I have only ridden the bike a couple of times. I also made a point of checking and maintaining the tire pressure at the recommended PSI before riding. When I arrived, I spoke with Service Manager Aaron and explained the situation. I mentioned that I believed the air was coming from the area of the Schrader valve rather than from a typical puncture. Aaron immediately suggested that it could have been a thorn. When I explained that I didn't believe that was the case, he responded in a very condescending manner, explaining that the tubes are "thorn resistant," not "thorn proof," and then said, "You know what the difference between something that's thorn proof vs. resistant is, right?" Regardless of whether the failure was caused by a puncture, improper inflation, or a defective tube, I don't think there's any reason to speak to a customer that way. After inspecting the tube, Aaron said that I must have ridden the bike with low tire pressure because of where the hole was. I again explained that I consistently check the PSI before riding specifically because I take bike safety seriously. He then told me, "I don't know what you want, man. You need a new tube and a new tire." At that point, I told him that I simply wanted my bike back and that I didn't appreciate the way I was being spoken to. I've attached a photo of the tube. The failure is right near the Schrader valve, which makes me question whether this was a premature tube failure or possible defect, particularly given that the tube was installed only about four months ago and the bike has seen very little use since then. What makes this especially disappointing is that my family is currently in the market for new bikes, and I had originally intended to purchase them from Landis Cyclery. After today's experience, however, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Problems with bike equipment can happen. What matters is how a business treats the customer when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the attitude and condescending treatment I received today completely changed my opinion of Landis. I expected better from the service department, especially from a Service Manager. I hope Landis management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated in the service department. A Service Manager should be de-escalating situations and helping customers--not talking down to them.

Ended up calling them on 11/9 to check on status and the person answered yelled he was backed up and to check on Tuesday. Called on 11/12, said again was still backed up and he was next in queue and would be done next day. Since I do not live close by, I called an hour before they closed to see if ready, the person who answered yelled we're backed up and all these phone calls from every customer is not helping, told me the bike was next in queue. Yesterday I called again an hour before they closed and got yelled at again, said he didn't want to throw shade but they are busy and he hung up on me. If they had contacted me by text or email giving an update, I would not have called but they literally had the bike for 13 days when it should have been ready in 6. The worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would not take your bike here. I am not one of your buddies that you can talk to with disrespect. I am a customer and you are a business. I will NEVER do business with this place ever again. P.S. when my husband picked up the bike he heard someone in the back say "yes get this bike out of here" not even sure if they did the work they said they were doing. They didn't go over anything with him when they picked it up. However was nice and polite to everyone else. Might I also add a little shady the bike was ready at 6:10 an hour after I called yesterday.

Rogue sells you a high-priced bike, pockets your money, and takes no responsibility when things go bad. I paid $1,500 for a new Velotric Fold1 in late 2025. By Spring 2026, the battery (with a full charge) would go only 2 to 3 miles, then completely die. After cooperating with Velotric's warranty department to troubleshoot, they concluded what was obvious: it needs a new battery. Only after several weeks of back and forth troubleshooting did they inform me they have no batteries in stock and it would be another 2 months until they had any. They provided no compensation of any kind for the major disruption, nor did Rogue Electric Cyclery. Both Velotric and Rogue Electric Cyclery continue to sell new very expensive Fold 1 bikes that come with new batteries. However, neither Velotric nor Rogue is willing to provide one of those batteries to cover a customer's legitimate warranty issue. I am still waiting for a new battery covered under warranty.
