The pants were especially bad, the center seam was haphazardly pinched and sown together. With my wedding in two weeks, I gave these guys a call, and it was the best decision ever. Not only did they turn it around in time, I felt so taken care of. Nick and the team are truly amazing. They obsessed over the results more than I did, and wouldn't stop until it was perfect. I've never been to a walk in only brow salon, but I was immediately helped and had my eyebrows done by Shayna. She was really kind, and as she was doing my brows I noticed that the woman across from me was getting a super bomb lamination that I am absolutely getting next time I come in! Afterwords I genuinely was shocked at how good my brows were, 9/10 after a wax for me my brows are super wispy and kinda have gaps, but she literally made them look amazing!! I walked in and was helped immediately (by Zoe if I recall right) who had me fill out a form on an iPad since it was my first time there and then asked me what I wanted--which was just to clean up my brows & do some shaping/make it even on both sides. She was very meticulous & checked in with me a couple times, making adjustments to make sure I was happy with the final result. Also, I liked that she wore a mask. Let me just say this experience was magical listening to all the measurements was questions about design was awesome . I picked a heavy brown tweed with an awesome lining and let DeCarlos guide me so my suit would have a timeless classic design yet be unique.
