What he did was magic. The tuxedo looked better and fit me better than it did when I originally purchased the suit. "I'm not sure how much we can help you" was her unpleasant reply, I said ok, I'll go to the place up the street who are capable AND PLEASANT, unlike you. It always baffles me when someone in the service business is so incredibly unwelcoming. They can't survive without clients but act like you're bothering them. Bizarre.

I walked in and was helped immediately (by Zoe if I recall right) who had me fill out a form on an iPad since it was my first time there and then asked me what I wanted--which was just to clean up my brows & do some shaping/make it even on both sides. She was very meticulous & checked in with me a couple times, making adjustments to make sure I was happy with the final result. Also, I liked that she wore a mask. The waxing was pretty painless (though of course the area was quite red for a while after). Efficient & good work done here! Let me just say this experience was magical listening to all the measurements was questions about design was awesome . I picked a heavy brown tweed with an awesome lining and let DeCarlos guide me so my suit would have a timeless classic design yet be unique. I was so pleased with the finished product he took hiS time and made sure the fit was perfect and comfortable for me. I cannot wait until my next visit.
