When I picked it up the first time. The person at the store said that they failed to remove one of the stains. I accepted that. But upon further checking, I noticed that the front collar of the coat got some large watery stain and a red spot which I didn't have when I sent it in. This is after they had supposedly cleaned the coat once! They took it back to be cleaned for a second time. And when I picked it up again, they said that the red spot they created cannot be removed! They insisted that the spot was there when I sent it in. I definitely didn't have that spot when I sent it in. As a normal person, I didn't take any video before I sent a coat to the dry clean, so I can't prove this. This stain is on the front of the coat. I cannot wear it any more! This is a very expensive Burberry trench coat. They only returned the 40 dollars they charged me for cleaning, which they didn't do and further stained it! It also wasted a bunch of my time. The person at the store refused to take any responsibility of ruining the coat. He said that the coat was not new and was dirty. But why would anyone take a new and clean coat to a dry cleaner?! This place is a nightmare! Avoid at all costs!

Maria is beyond amazing! She can fix anything! She transformed my daughter's floor length prom dress into a gorgeous above-the-knee special occasion dress which she wore to her cousin's wedding. She looked spectacular! Maria also worked on my daughter's Sweet 16 dress several years ago which had a very difficult cascading bottom which needed to be shortened. When Maria was done, you could not even tell anything had been changed. I trust her with ALL my family's alterations and have been for years! read more

This mark didn't exists when I dropped off the dress. When the next day (48 hrs before wedding) it was still there, she stopped replying to my messages. The front of my strapless dress was lopsided becoz she had removed boning to create room around the back zipper, so much so that she offered putting pads to fill the giant gap between my chest and the front. She has no idea how to do French bustles and instead suggests inverted-cones by pulling the dress up and pinning on the outside. Unprofessional and irresponsible. Not to mention how she runs a sweat shop in her garage, working the seamstress on weekends and odd hours.

I needed these pants for a friend's wedding so I called in advance to make sure the turnaround time was reasonable. I was assured it would be no problem if I came in that day. Upon arriving, Mary and Patty were quick to take me back, do measurements, hand me a ticket, and send me on my way. The pants were ready with a very reasonable return time (even with prom season happening and they were clearly very busy). I highly recommend them and the incredible work they did to make my tuxedo pants wearable again!
