Even though its right before the holidays, Tim still came out on short notice and did an outstanding job cleaning all our windows. And their price is fantastic. I will use them again, and recommend them to our friends. read more

Wow, so happy with this crew! I never realized how dirty our outside windows and screens were until we had Special Ops Clean Team take care of them. David and Julio were so meticulous and kept me updated as they work to brush the dirt from the windows, wash and squeegy them to a crystal shine and attend to the screen, making them look new again. I would definitely have this team over again, I won't be waiting 20 years to get them done. read more

Special Ops cleaners did my move out clean from a rental house in Chandler. They were very polite, friendly, and professional when discussing scheduling, they had to reschedule once due to team locations and I had to reschedule once due to time constraints on my side. They were flexible with me and always awesome. The cleaning took longer than scheduled but it was a big house/job. There were a few minor touch ups, most were taken care of during the walk through. I was very satisfied overall, and plan to schedule my next move out clean with them! read more

Where to begin.... I can not thank Tim and his team enough, for the stellar job they did at cleaning and preparing our home to put on the market. This team came in and got right to work paying special attention to detail, and even cared for areas that I had not paid any attention to. Our Realtor came in and was blown away, stating that she could not find an area that needed additional attention. She was so impressed that she said she will add Special Ops Clean Team to her realtor network meetings, as a highly recommended vendor for move in/out deep cleanings. I too will recommend Special Ops to my network without hesitation and 100% confidence. Special Ops Clean Team honors and respects our military and our family sincerely appreciates this. Dear Tim, thank you so very much and please thank your crew for our family - God Bless, Teresa read more

While the team did do a good job with our move out clean and Terri was very friendly at the time of scheduling, we felt very misled and taken advantage of. We've had the house deep cleaned before and I usually pay for a certain number of "man hours" for cleaning which has in the past been 4-6. So when we were quoted for four people per hour and if it went over it would be in 5 minute increments, I made the assumption it would be roughly the same as in the past. Misleading, however, I will take the blame here for not clarifying the quote. When the cleaners arrived, on time, my husband let them in and when they said 2.5 hours he assumed that's what we'd worked out. Again, we will take the blame for the miscommunication here. They brought 5 people and cleaned for 3 hours without getting our authorization. We had a back and forth conversation with about 5 phone calls to Erica, and at the end of it I felt she'd basically given us the middle finger. We ended up paying over $400 to clean a 1400 square foot house when we'd been led to believe it would be half that amount (which was the quote I had received from competitors). In the end, it was if I ordered a cheeseburger, but they went back to the kitchen and cooked a filet mignon and forced me to pay for it. read more

Tim, the owner, and his wife came today to clean our windows. They are both very hard working and friendly, but not friendly to the point that it impacts their work. When they were finished, our windows were sparkling clean. Our home is just over 3000 sq. ft. They were in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Tim walked though when they had cleaned all the windows to check for any streaks. He found a few and they attacked them right a way. They are an amazing team! I forgot to mention, I got pricing from 4 different companies and their prices were the best. I just don't think you can beat the kind of service they gave us this morning. Also, it rained at our home this afternoon and I texted Tim to let him know there are a few exterior windows that will need to be touched up. He responded right away and said he will take care of them. I highly recommend them and they also own a cleaning service that you can hire for one time clean, weekly, monthly, or bi-weekly, or for move-ins or move outs. If they are as efficient as Tim and his wife are, then WOW! I am very happy to find them. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Tim! read more

I had a Move-in clean of my new house and it went very well. My Move-out cleaning of the old house was going well until the very end. I knew that I had left toilet paper and a couple other items in the bathrooms, intentionally, as we had a few days of still using the house so supplies were full. As the service was wrapping up and they were loading their van, I used the bathroom before leaving too. My items were gone! I went to the van and one worker had one of my translucent garbage bags with my items and strategically moved the bag out of my view as she saw me staring at my belongings. I certainly can't trust the service and canceled my upcoming ongoing services. It was so disappointing after finding a deep thorough cleaning service. read more

Amazing!!! Our house has NEVER looked this good! Walls and doors I thought we would have to repaint were cleaned so well they no longer need paint! They cleaned things I didn't even know were dirty!! All this time I thought my fan lights were an off-yellow...nope ...crystal clear!!! We have 5 dogs and 4 kids so our house was no easy task. It was seriously like walking into a brand new house after the team was done! From the big stuff- cleaning oven, floors, dusting EVERYTHING, windows (that actually were so clean they looked open!, getting mold/mildew off showers and bathtubs I thought were going to need to be replaced!, to the little stuff - making the beds and arranging my little girls stuffed animals, so sweet!, making sure everything was arranged so perfectly- I honestly can't say enough incredible things about this company!!! read more

AMAZING we had the ladies in to clean my moms house she recently passed away and we wanted the house ship shape. Just got back and the house looks AMAZING! My mom was there 20+ years and it looks and smells like the day they moved in. Every detail was taken care of ceiling fans, stove, oven, fridge, even under the stair cupboard. Money well spent!!! read more

I have used the company for my business for the last couple of years . They have a done a terrific job . Therefore , I had them come to the house to clean all the windows . Impressive is the word that best describes Special Ops cleaning . Thank you for doing such a nice job read more

I needed a move out cleaning. Diane was able to schedule me right away. Unfortunately, I did not communicate to her some specific jobs I wanted done, and they were outside of what I originally ordered. I didn't realize my mistake until the job was almost over. Diane worked with me to negotiate a discounted last-minute service fee for the additional work. The ladies were super polite and did an excellent job. read more

Awesome cleaning service! Used them in the past before moving. It is so tough balancing everything with a toddler and this was a life saver at the time! The team was so friendly and thorough! I could never even imagine getting things so clean. Such a blessing. Thank you for your help and I miss you guys! Looking for an adequate replacement. read more

Let me 1st start off by saying that this is the 1st time I have had a house cleaned. Based off of Yelp reviews I decided to go with special Ops. Team 11 with Allison arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment. I walked through and let them know the areas that I needed to have cleaned, and to avoid some dirty dishes in my kitchen sink. They were all very polite! When I came back, boy was I surprised! Not only was my house sparkling, but they also cleaned my dirty dishes!! All this under the time I had bugeted for. They went well above and beyond what I asked, and I couldnt be more pleased. Special ops has got a brand new loyal customer! Make sure to ask for Team 11 w/Allison, you wont regret it! read more

Fabulous job! My house was pretty much a hoarders home due to illness and depression. Michaela, Roario, Marlen and Ramona came out and within 5 hours all the trash was gone and the house is spotless. They cleaned from top to bottom. Picked up and stacked books, bagged dirty clothes for me to go through at another time. This cleaning job literally changed my life. I can't say enough good things! THANK YOU so very, very much. read more

After talking to Tammi she arranged for Marisol's team to come out yesterday to really scrub the place. I had maids before but they were in & out fast and mostly just wiped down everything. I keep my house fairly organized & tidy so really just needed people who really scrubbed & cleaned. I absolutely cannot be happier with this team - everyone was very friendly and they all got right down to cleaning! I was very impressed & happy with the results! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a top notch cleaning company! Bravo! read more

Team #4 absolutely blew me away with their attention to detail...our house has never looked this good! Everything was immaculate! Thank you, Special Ops Clean Team #4!!! read more

This is a sham outfit that deserves zero stars. We agreed on a 4 woman crew for 3 hours 160 USD per I knew this was going to be a disaster when the dispatcher botched the appointment and made me travel out to Elmirage from Scottsdale for nothing only to return the next day. 140 wasted miles only to have them show up 45 minutes late. A crew of 3 showed up instead of 4 and from the little I could communicate with them they told me not to worry they would work faster. I knew this team 5 were amateurs in training Special Ops my ### I guess dispatch played me for a fool and sent me some trainees. They were supposed to concentrate on walls and flooring for this rental I was turning over. I left and came back close to the 3 hour mark only to find them still in the 2 bathrooms and 1 was wiping down the fridge with nothing else done. The walls and floors had been untouched the blinds were as is and they were supposed to be done ! I told them to drop what they were doing after one of them broke a light fixture in my bathroom ( with no attempt from management to compensate or discount me on BTW) and to move on to walls and floor in the extra hour I ended up eating. The crew was so lazy and inexperienced 2 began bickering with each other. I was so fed up I was inclined to toss the them out and flick the check behind them chalking it up to lessons learned A manager showed up from another area and she was the only bright spot in the whole mess apologizing to me for the lousy service and helping the amateurs get through the hour. In 4 hours I never saw a mop the floor remained dirt and the walls as is I don't know what I spent 480 dollars on to this day. Don't waste your time with these crooks you will regret it read more

There was a misunderstanding regarding the type of cleaning I needed. Yet, they did a very good job on the cleaning they performed. More importantly, they were reasonable and fair in resolving the misunderstanding. We will use them again! read more

He was on time and efficient. He did a great job. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have my windows washed.

If you are from out of town or state and are praying that you are dealing with a reputable business ... think again. We were relocating from California to Arizona. The Seller moved and we wanted a full house cleaning. Calling from California I got a gal on the phone by the name of Diane that promised the world for 800.00. The fool that I am, or perhaps naive, went with her promises. We moved in and it's been 8 weeks and I am still finding filth that they did not clean. These people took full advantage of people not being the house when the cleaners were here. They never bothered to check the cleaners work. One cleaner broke a blind and of course Diane caulked it up to the sun, told me they would 'call their blind people' .... never happened. This company is horrible and dirty. Beware! read more

Great service! Just had them do a post re-model cleaning and they were awesome. Showed up early, got right to work and looks and smells brand new. In and out in a little over 3 hours for a 2,200 sq. ft. house, and with painstaking detail to everything. Highly recommend them, was very impressed! read more

They were scheduled to be at my house at 8:00AM and arrived at 7:40AM, which was perfect! They did a great job cleaning both inside and out, and the sun screens. There was even one screen that was difficult to get clean and Tim went back to the office to get a different cleaner for the stubborn dirt/stain. Well done job! I would use them again and they are very reasonably priced. read more

My elderly parents had to sell their home to move into an independent living facility. I live out of state and wanted to help them anyway I could. I came into town to help them pack etc..Quickly realized they would need someone to come in to clean their house. I left messages with a few companies on a Sunday and I needed someone that Tuesday! And the following week being Christmas I was nervous about finding a company to help me out. On that Monday Special Ops Clean Team called. They were the only ones that returned my call. I spoke with Erica, told her my story. She was able to get a team out to my parents Tuesday, the very next day! I had to leave before they came, my parents told me they were so pleased with the team that came in. They worked hard, the place was spotless! What they did in 90 min would have took my parents days! I am so grateful to find this awesome company! They truly cared about helping me & my elderly parents. I highly recommend them!! Give them a call! read more

We just purchased a home and needed someone to come out and clean windows, fans, light fixtures, and do some pressure washing. Tim and his crew did an absolutely phenomenal job. They worked very efficiently and were truly focused on their work. They did such a great job we made arrangements for Special Ops to come in and clean our house on a bi-weekly basis. They did their first full house cleaning today and I can't tell you how pleased we were with the result. Marisol and her crew members attacked the job and in 90 minutes our 3000 sf home was spotless. What I really liked about the house cleaning service was that they send a crew of 4 so they can knock out the work with precision and in a timely manner. This works way better for us versus one or two persons here for several hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Special Ops Clean Team to anyone looking for any type of housecleaning services. TWO THUMPS WAY UP! read more
