Not…read moreonly is their selection wonderful and totally a one stop shop for quality gently used kid's clothing, toys, books, etc - the store owner & associates are entirely kind hearted, genuine, helpful and warm. The service they provide is second to none in the retail industry. I was in the store trying to find a last minute dress for my 5yr old's school dance, and ended up finding hidden gems, one after another! Styles that I fell in love with, and hadn't seen anywhere else. You can absolutely see how much care is taken when accepting items to buy or trade, they uphold solid standards, which I really appreciate. The prices are very fair, specially due to the quality they accept and you can tell prices are not marked up unnecessarily. I noticed several customers, much like myself, happen upon the store and making comments on how they'd never known it was there and were thrilled with their finds! I noticed every single customer was always greeted and helped in the most welcoming and sincerest way possible. The pure kindness I was shown, left a lasting mark & I will forever recommend stopping in. The world needs more businesses with loving community, integrity, and service as theirs.

When I first entered, Dan provided the warmest greeting, I felt like I was entering a 5 star hotel. He even checked back in twice just to see how my experience was going. When I approached Sally at register with a complicated question about an online order, she was so friendly, patient and caring even as the store got busy around us and she assisted many people at once, she still checked in on me while we waited for Anthony to check the back. Thank you Sally!! Finally, I want to shout out Anthony. Anthony went back and forth to the back 3 times to help me find an answer to my question. There were multiple times when Anthony could have easily given up and it would have been completely understandable to end the search, but he put in so much extra effort and honesty with the situation, walking me through possible solutions and going above and beyond to be accommodating and patient. Anthony miraculously found the product I was looking for, and never failed to be friendly and provide excellent service throughout. I was with my mom and sister and we all walked out of there with a pair of shoes and in total we spent about $300. We made our way to the cashier and she quickly said hi to us and told us she would check us out. I don't remember her name but she was very friendly and helpful. She got us signed up for the Nike rewards and she had all the patience in the world. She made our checking out experience a great one! All the employees we interacted with offered their help out on the floor and the store was clean and organized. I will definitely be back!

Theyre going to become a hole....bad worker that censored them. That ruined all of those pants you know. I used to work in retail and you just don't place sensors on clothing items in random spots. Put it on the seam of the clothing.

We paid at the registers right next to the exit. The entire time the cashier was ringing us up, a security guard stood at the door staring at us. Despite watching our entire transaction take place from start to finish, the moment my partner finished paying, the guard demanded to see a receipt. I stepped in and refused. It is completely unacceptable to watch a customer actively pay and then immediately treat them like a shoplifter. I finished paying for my things, told him the conversation was over, and walked out. A second security guard was much more polite and wished us a good day, which we appreciated, but the damage was done. If receipt-checking is strict store policy, it needs to be clearly posted at the entrance, registers, and exit. More importantly, security needs better training on customer service. Frowning, staring, and treating paying customers with suspicion is entirely uncalled for. It's all about how you treat people, and we will not be shopping here again.

It's also a short walk from the Fulton Center, Mountain America Stadium, and Desert Financial Arena (and the rest of the north side of the ASU Tempe campus). That's where I believe Venezia's is (and where Uncle Maddio's used to be). To all customers who care about black lives matter. I want to inform you that Spearmint is against BLM. With a huge following of 811k, they lost over 100k followers in less than 24hrs due to the incident that happened on Instagram. After posting for the first time about BLM, her caption was white praying hands, her customers began to question what that meant, she then deleted comments about BLM then edited her caption adding #endracism . I didn't check the prices, but usually they are priced fairly for the condition of the item. Fitting rooms are available too.
