Beware, sub-par customer service. They won't allow a photo to be posted here. I sent my daughter 2 new baby gifts- size 0 to 3 months and both of the hats that came with it were about 2 inches difference in size all around. I cannot return them. They had to be returned within the first seven days after delivery. However my daughter had a new baby and she sent pics of them when she could so I could show customer service. No response. I received the wrong item, while customer service was fine with them sending out the correct item (I hope it's correct I haven't received it yet), my second order I placed on a Tuesday was cancelled the next Monday stating it was out of stock with the option of refund, store credit or another item of similar or less value. I definitely should have read the reviews before purchasing, but everything looked so cute in the online ads. We initially ordered a Pom-Pom hat that fit our newborn well, but recently we ordered two Christmas waffle onesies and 1) everything is smaller so size up and 2) there is no stretch at the wrists and ankles so you have to cram your baby's hands and feet through them. It's all the more egregious because of the price of everything. You'd expect better quality from a $32 onesie. Furthermore, their return policy is absurd and you have to pay for the return yourself. I am expecting baby number two in November. I've adored spearmints instagram for too long and decided to buy matching pjs for my kids for Christmas. i opted for the redwood ones instead of totally Christmas (although those were cute too) the shipping was super fast. I'm in Canada and expected it to take a bit longer. when it arrived I was disappointed to see the pjs didn't match. the older child's pjs were the wrong ones. I contacted them and let them know, they wrote back firs thing the next morning apologizing and sent out the correct pjs that day. sending me a tracking number. they should be here by early next week (after shipping on a Friday) amazing customer service. thanks so much read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a crib sheet and a changing pad cover in the same color. When I received them, they are two completely different colors so I reached out to customer service trying to exchange for the correct color. I was given an email back "our colors vary". They should not sell similar colored items when they can't keep them in check let alone resolve their customers concerns. read more

I love spearmint love and the clothing options that they provide. I need to exchange my order and see that a shipping return slip is not provided. It's a hassle for me to do this myself. Absolutely the worst! Their fabric quality does not match the high price they charge. Their return policy is so bizarre and it is something that should be highlighted during the purchase. 7 days + user pays for return. Once you start to look into the details of their return policies and the language on the site, you'll be furious. DO NOT waste a single $ on this business. SpearmintLOVE has the worst customer service. The owner flaunts her house renovations and vacations on Instagram while customers have not received their items for weeks. Mine were stuck on "shipping label created" for over a week and a half. When I asked someone on Instagram for help they immediately blocked me and several others have mentioned being blocked. What kind of company does this? They are so unprofessional. I reached out to customer service and they were clueless on what happened to my order. I requested a refund and took my money elsewhere. I just have to say I am utterly disappointed in the quality of their products. I spent $464.22 on pajamas and bows. The bows are fine but the pajamas pile after a couple washes and the seams don't hold up. The snap ones are smaller then the zipper and my daughter busts out of them. Cute styles but quality from my experience with them does not hold up. I wrote an email to customer service. I dmed them on Instagram. The owner said "email customer service." Don't you think they would have a little more customer service skills if someone spent almost $500 on their website for baby items? I assume I have spent more then the average person on the website. This is suppose to be a higher end price point. I told her on Instagram their items were made of cheap material and I can't support this company. She blocked me. It is completely unprofessional and inappropriate to to block someone when there is an outstanding issue with their product. It is also inappropriate to say email Customer service when I gave them my order numbers and addressed my concern. Especially when customer service didn't respond! The more appropriate response is to say "I will take care of it and someone will reach out to you." It would also been nice if they apologized for the quality issue. Instead I got blocked on Instagram. From them blocking me, it makes me feel like they don't stand by their product. I do not recommend and I will not support this company. My daughter wore a onesie from Spearmint three times and it's already ripping, despite my careful adherence to the washing instructions. I'd like to ask the owners of this company - do you stand by an expensive product that rips after 3 uses??? Giving 2 stars for offering cute products, but I will not order from them again. They haven't been supportive of BLM, and the owner has openly mocked COVID guidelines on her IG (masks, shopping, travel restrictions). Many of us are doing our part to prevent spread, and meanwhile her family acts as if this doesn't apply to them. I wish the owner would realize that she has a public platform, and to roll her eyes at masks is disrespectful to the families that have been affected, and promotes a divisive attitude, which we certainly don't need. I think perhaps she should start her own IG account and keep personal things-- travel, home, family, shopping-- separate from the business. As for the products, I've ordered other brand items from Spearmint in the past, but now I find another boutique or order straight from the vendor. The sizing and quality of the spearmint clothing brand has been inconsistent, from discussions I've read on their Facebook group. And they are pretty pricey to not hold up as well. read more

I had received an order confirmation on 27 Jul 2021 saying my order had been shipped and all the items were listed in this email. ONE MONTH LATER on 25 Aug 2021 I received an email saying they have refunded me money because 3 items could not be fulfilled. These items were part of sets that I had ordered so it's frustrating since now I cannot coordinate the looks for both my kids. The worst part is that when I emailed them asking for a solution/the same clothes in a different size they just repeated the fact that they have refunded me the money. Don't buy from them! I placed an order from them and realized once it shipped that it never arrived. I immediately sent them an email letting them know to which they replied with a generic "check with your local post office", however she didn't even bother checking because they had sent me a FedEx package. Once she actually checked, she told me she was going to contact FedEx and get back to me. 7 days later still no answer. I called FedEx myself and they confirmed in 15 minutes that the package was lost. I notified them and asked them to please send me a replacement order and file a missing package with FedEx. The only response was her asking me for the FedEx case number and then finally giving me a refund. They could care less to make it right or try to keep the business. Horrible customer service, don't give these people your money. Support other businesses that care about their customers. read more

I purchased a green fern pajama onesie over a month ago as a present. After a month and no outfit I inquired about my purchase. It took the customer service person quite a few days to even get back to me just to tell me the outfit was lost in the mail. She then told me the size I ordered was no longer available.
