I got an hour massage that stated it came with hot stones on the service menu for $70. They request…read morepayment before the massage but didn't tell me there was a $3.00 fee for payment with card. Then, I received no hot stones, I was cold the whole time and only after the massage was over did I see there was a heating pad on the bed the entire time that wasn't turned on. Additionally, the woman didn't speak much English and wasn't able to provide me appropriate change for a tip. I called the number I had made to make an appointment and requested a partial refund but was not given it. Terrible experience and misleading service.

I've been here several times, and it's kind of hit or miss. Some have been pretty good, others…read morejust kinda average. Their staff turns over pretty frequently, but I'd prefer to stay with someone I know and like. This recent visit I had Mary, who was very good, so I hope she stays around. She did not speak much English, but that's not a problem for me. Despite being quite petite, she gives a good, firm, deep pressure massage. She was able to find and concentrate on my problem areas (mostly shoulder and hamstring). One drawback is they have a frequent user card with a free 30 min massage with purchase of 5 massages, but it's only if you buy 90 min massages. I've never seen that - every one I've seen you just buy hour massages. I rarely have time for 90 minutes. But I will return at least as long as Mary stays there.
