Whatever it is, I know it will be all of the following: 1) delectable 2) vegetarian and 3) not cooked by me, a fact which automatically elevates it somewhat, because I cannot even prepare rice without the assistance of a special appliance. Futhermore, when stacked up against the cost of buying organic everything to make dinners at home, $90 for eight healthy-sized servings is equal to or less than what we'd have spent on the effing ingredients at Rainbow, let alone the travel time and effort involved in hauling ass to the store. Heat and eat! It's a revolution! No, really. If you're stressed for time (my other half), hate to cook (myself), or just lazy (both of us, occasionally), Three Potato Four will make your life that much easier. I didn't plan this mall trip, but I ended up inside the mall thinking I was getting Egg-Foo-Young from a Chinese restaurant, but instead I settled for Sabrro Pizza. I'll review them in another post. Needless to say, there was no Egg-Foo-Young, but on my way out I noticed a store that had leggins on sale. It was actually an all leggins store for woman. This particular clothing store had a faint smell of a musty basement, but that didn't bother me as much as the cashier did. She was a big haired, dark-skinned female, medium/large in her size and she spoke softly. As I made my way to the rear of the clothing store I noticed several signs that read 50% off on some racks, but the rack that caught my eye was the one that read $3.99. Of course my feet lead me straight to that rack. As I browsed the rack's attire I couldn't help but notice the young lady cashier keep her eyes on me. I picked out three items. Before I made my way to the register to ring up my items I noticed a 50% sign on a rack with some waist cinchers and other undergarments for women who need to slightly have a little more squeeze. Although, I, myself am not very big I wanted to replace my old waist cincher. There were no prices on the tags of the garments so I called the young lady over to the racks, there were two, so she could assist me. After a slight hesitation, as if she didn't have feet to come to my aid, she made her way over and proceeded to inform me that the items were indeed half price, but she needed to check the prices and then she would be able to tell me the 50% total. I was ready to depart this store at this time for two reasons, the first being the long hassle and the second was because of the smell. I decided to leave the undergarments and simply buy the two pair of leggins I wanted and the jacket I had. All three clothing items were taken off the $3.99 rack to which the cashier eyed me the entire time. When I get to the register she begins to tell me that one of the leggins cost $25.00, the jacket was to a set that cost $15 or more, yet the jacket was a small and the pants that she claimed matched the jacket were a X-tra large and the final pair of leggings were $4.99. She obviously saw me take the clothing items off the $3.99 rack and she didn't even apologize for the mixup, she didn't offer me the price and she didn't not once stop complaining about how they stuck her in the store and she didn't know why the prices were what they were. But prior to this she acted as if she knew all about pricing when she was explaining to me about the 50% off undergarments. I just figured she needed some money for some more hair spray, lunch or she wanted leggins or something and tried to scam me. That is the oldest retail scam that cashiers do. The cashier will claim that they have no idea what is wrong with the prices, they will say that they can't make the correction and if you are stupid enough to purchase the over priced item that they give you and not the sale price that you see they will take the money they charged you and spend it on pocketbooks, sunglasses, drugs, liquor and their dusty boyfriends that probably put them up to the scam. Unfortunately, I've misplaced the receipt that should have the name of the store, but if I find it I will post it.

All aisles had clear marking. I found the eggs aisle easily. The price was excellent, pretty much the same as what I get from wholesale store like BJs. The breakfast section also had lots of variety of products. The self checkout lane had multiple registers. I was disappointed to see few of them were out of order which caused people to wait in line. Other than that I found this Walmart really convenient and wonderful to shop.

I wanted to bring back a souvenir from this store and asked how much a lamp was. The owner who is extremely nice stated this lamp was in the asylum when it was open and may be carrying some spirits with it lol. She said something of the sort, I am taking some liberties. Anyway, suffice to say I did not buy the lamp but a glass art piece for less then ten dollars to show my support for such a rare and interesting store. I stopped by a few days ago to check out their new store. It's significantly bigger than Nana's Attic, which means it feels far less cramped. Yay! Still very good prices, the "yellow tag" items are consignment and generally higher priced than the store's donated stock. It about killed my soul to see an awesome vintage salt & pepper mixed in with newer dishes in a consignment lot. Aaah! Staff are great, the store is clean and bright. I'll definitely be back. Note: angled parking in front of the building is NOT free, Pontiac is a public street, and those are pay at kiosk metered spots.
