I have used this location to get some items that was not available at closer location, I found everything I needed, and the store was maintained well too. I wouldn't expect great customer service. The parking lot was huge and not well lit otherwise a standard Walmart experience. read more

I made an appointment online to get my oil changed for 7am. The sign on the door says they open at 7am but no one showed up to work until 730am, and they didn't start working until at least 8am. Then they didn't take the cars in for service in the order they arrived. I won't be coming back. read more

This Walmart doesn't really have much of anything and is basically a mess. When I went in this past weekend there was no produce and the home goods aisles looked like a tornado had blown through them. If you're in a pinch, you should be OK to go here. This was a long awaited review, but I think its time to hash it out on here. I wish 0 stars was really a thing... but This Walmart is probably one of the WORST Walmarts I've ever experienced. This place has not had ANY air conditioning the entire summer of 2023, and with the temperatures being over 95°F+ I can't be in that store more than 10 minutes without almost drenched in sweat, feeling like I'm about to have a heat stroke. their store is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate through because of all of the cases of merchandise always being in the middle walk way, it also explains things are impossible to find in store. Things are never EVER priced correctly. For example, I bought a pair of scissors that were on sale for $3 and they came out to $6! And I don't feel like having the rude workers help me at self check out or customer service because I have had so many issues with attitudes from workers, especially when the mid-shift/night shift comes in. But here is the real kicker when it comes to not being able to find ANYTHING in there: Tonight it took me almost 30 MINUTES just to find cat litter deodorizer ALL the way in the CLEANING ISLE rather than the PET CARE isle.... so now we just stock things wherever we please instead of WHERE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE?! Cause last time I remember, I know Walmart uses ISLE NUMBERS AND LETTERS to let customers KNOW WHERE SHIT ACTUALLY IS.... Another mention is the store is always selling the shittiest produce and their meat section is SCARY, I never trust any of their fresh food. I have SMELLED horrid things in that fresh food isle, & it's just not worth risking my health. The list could go ON AND ON...... but to make a long story short, I promise you this Walmart will not make your life easier and is not worth the stress, sweat and tears. For all of that, might as well drive to a whole other location or make the extra drive & go to target. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. That's absolutely what it deserves. From moldy bread, to rotten meat and ignorant staff. Today was the final straw. I attempted to return an expensive item, and was accused of trying to return something I bought somewhere else. I had my receipt, which matched what I purchased. They said it didn't come up in their systems when they scanned the item. I was humiliated in front of other shoppers. So I left and downloaded the Walmart app, and when I scanned both my receipt and the item everything matched up correctly. I went to the other Walmart in Glenolden, and was given a refund with no issues or questions asked. Needless to say, they've lost a customer who spends at least $1000 a month in their store. read more

No answer after 20 calls - why even post a phone number on the internet if it not answered ever. Terrible, tried to get a money order from customer service while the Money center was closed for lunch apparently for an hour . They refused , even though there wasn't 1 customer in line . We're extremely rude and as I walked away made a rude comment about not being able to take a lunch . They are able to do money orders if the other person isn't there . Should be fired ! read more

Wal-Mart should revisit customer service for all of their workers. Ive had horrible service at this location before buy was hoping things had improved with time. Every store that I have visited have the rudest staff and this should be addressed! I went this time to have tires installed and an oil change the wait was ridiculous. I was advises the wait time could be up to three hours. I was desparate.so, I decided to wait. I did some shopping to pass the time and an hour later, I wandered back to the auto section..The staff was chatting , some.on cell phones and others amongst themsleves. I overheard that they only had 2 techs on duty and to my surprise one of them actively chatting with a sales clerk for half an hour. He finally ended the conversation and went back into the bay area. The waiting room was full.of customer with unhappy expressions. Several stated they had been there for hours..Some.arrived at opening and were still there at noon! Some said they were there the day before and advised to return because of staff shortages. They were actually closing the auto area early due to lack.of staff! Why take customers if you can't address there needs in a relative timely manner? I waited 4 hours for tires and an oil change. Totally unacceptable!!! Get it together Walmart read more

This place is bad!!! Employees worried about talking on cell phones and standing in the isle having conversations about what they did night before, Managers well aware and do not do anything. Often a shelf is empty, Check out is just crazy. They have no manners and act like the customer bothers them. Bathrooms I would not let my dog go in. Tried this place out several times and it just DID NOT get any better!!!!!! Now go to King of Prussia store or Exton. People there want to work and are very helpful and have manners. Managers seem much more aware and staff is clean and nice and do not have a foul mouth!!!! read more

But management has to work on who they hire there are a lot of employees who are extremely rude/ignorant/gettho. I went in at 8:10 tonight to make an exchange. When I walked in I was told that customer service closed at 8:00pm. The store is open until 11pm, I have worked in retail for 20 years I have never seen an establishment that closes customer service while the store is open. I was told to come back tomorrow at 7 am. Someone hacked information from Walmart's website or app and made a fraudulent purchase for pickup at this store. Went through the steps with the bank to not be charged and get a new card, and then called this Walmart to cancel the order because their online system is down. I've been on hold for with no explanation. The employee just made some indistinguishable noise and suddenly I was on hold. It shouldn't take 60 minutes to tell me why I'm on hold. If they can't do anything and have to give away free stuff when fraud occurs, then tell me that. The employees must be treated pretty bad if they are okay with grunting and making random noises instead of having a conversation with customers. It's funny, I hung up and called again and the same employee answered immediately... to grunt at me and put me on hold again with no warning. I called a different department, they transferred me to her again and she isn't even picking up. I live three time zones away. read more

Hello all, Ronald here. Ive been laid off again by arbys. Its okay though, im familiar with the unemployment gig. Im still keeping the faith however and thats why i find myself at this Walmart here today. Ive heard great things about walmart. Great deals. Wide variety. I figured id see what all the hype was about. I pull uo to the joint and guess what. Its fucking packed. It takes about 15 minutes to get a spot up front. I double park the winnebago and get ready to roll. I have my list in hand and set sail into the store. Im instantly greeted by an old women who fell asleep at her post. Im assuming that wont go well with boss man. Anyway, im in the heart of the store. This place has it all. Clothes, food, bikes, tvs. Wow. I find a cheap sweater. Hence the word cheap because the thing was put together like shit. I don't know how these places stay open. The quality of their products are fucking garbage. Half of the workers there either want to be anywhere else or they are way to happy to be working such a shitty job. Im also extremely dissatisfied with the selection of power tools. How the fuck are you guys supposed to be a superstore if you dont sell it all. My life fucking sucks but i rather collect unemployment than work in such a shit hole. The service manager was very nice and did his job. He ordered our tire and had it in the next day as promised. We went to have it put on. This was when the nightmare began. We were there at 12:40 PM. We dropped it off. There were three cars ahead of us getting oil changes. We went and ate. An hour later the car had not moved. We went in and waited two more hours. 3 oil changes and 1 tire change took the employees three hours! WTH!?!? It was horrible. A guy eventually came in and asked which car was theirs, and theirs, and theirs and ours. Dude, just get them done. An oil change should take 15 minutes. A tire change should be the same. We should have been out of here hours ago. But for the flat tire we would have ran very quickly from here. read more

Everything has been picked over in this store...from arts and crafts to produce. It's messy. (Not a big yarn selection). I always have a hard time finding my sons size in clothing because everything is thrown around like its been ravaged through at sample sale. I have purchased things and had to return them because they were opened already and I didn't realize until I got home. Today my cashier rung me up and then the credit card device didn't work at that register. For some reason I always have a problem Two black Friays ago they ran out of the black IPAD. They told me I had to get a white one. Literally after being in line for hours upon hours and then a big debate they finally honored their ad and I had to pick up the black IPAD about 2 weeks later. I agree with the girl below that the Springfield Walmart is better but if your'e in a pinch then this one isn't that bad. read more

When I did get an answer to my question, I drove there for auto service , only to discover they lied about tires on hand. All walmarts are horrible, but this place takes the freaking cake. The only reason I went there was because I needed a tire (unfortunately, thanks to this place I still do) and pep boys didn't have enough staff. I called ahead to make sure they had tires and would be able to change mine that way I wasn't driving on a flat from Brookhaven to eddystone. Customer service answered, was nice enough, transfered me to tires. Bounced back to her. She, I assume, called them over the loud speaker, because I was asked to hold. I held for 7 mins. About 6 mins past my usual patience limit. Meanwhile, hubby and I were headed to walmart just in case. I called back to speak to manager. Rang and rang and rang. Finally get there and head right back to tires. Mind you this is my first visit to this particular walmart ever, but they're all pretty much the same. Told dude (Joe or John I forget) what I needed. He he asked the machinc if he could do it. He said it's after 7 no. I looked at my phone. 7:03!!!!! I was livid. Instead of yelling at them I stormed away all the while muttering and cursing Walmart out. Ask to speak to a manager. Someone gets me Jeff. I tell him what happened and if they had good customer service and picked up the frigging phone, I'd have my tire and they'd have my money. I apologized to him about 15 times for yelling at him because its not his fault at all. He proceeds to have conversations with other employees while I'm standing there inpatiently because now I'm fuming even more. He calls the assistant manager to come talk to me and says he'll be right here. Welllllll......10 mins later I was still waiting until hubby came over with a pretzel from auntie Annes and convinced me to leave. That's my bad experience. I did notice however as I was storming through the store that half their shelves are bare and stuff is just thrown everywhere. Needless to say I will never go into that store again. The store always looks a mess and the staff on several occassions will be speaking with each other when we are checking out and they are cursing and talking about personal stuff. So yesterday I bought a brand new blow up bed from Walmart and it was priced at 99.00 and there was nothing wrong with it other then the fact that it didn't have all the quality that another bed I saw had online and it was more expensive. So I when I went online I purchased the bed that was cheaper and of better quality for 59.00 and a two year warranty. But my plan was to return the bed I had brought yesterday. So I went to get get my money back and the store manager told me there are no returns on blow up beds. But this wasn't stated to me after I had purchased the bed. I asked if I could get store credit and they told me they only do exchanging of the bed for another bed that was the same. So now I'm out 158.00 and I have two blow up beds and even if I was to sell one online I wouldn't be able to sell it for the price I purchased it for. I'm highly upset due to the the poorly given information on the product and to add icing on the cake the lady behind the counter had a poor attitude and the one manager thought my situation was funny. No one would even try to make a deal with me or figure out a better solution. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location again. It was very ghetto and poorly managed. Also when I brought the bed that was of better quality online they said it was in store so they had it in the back and for some reason it wasn't stocked on the shelves cause if it was I would have purchased that one instead and would have saved myself alot of trouble, frustration and gas! read more

This store was okay back when it opened, but now it is a total dump. Nothing is where it is supposed to be, nor do most items have an accurate price label. The store is filthy dirty, I constantly see empty cups and trash sitting all over the shelves and the bathroom is totally disgusting. Many of the workers are downright rude. The cashier the other day had a full text conversation on her cell phone while I was waiting to be rung up and she was also talking to another employee using foul language in front of my two young children. While I typically avoid this store, after my last visit there, I will never go back. I will drive a little out of my way to visit Target. read more

This place sucks! The ladies in electronics were nice and very helpful. AVOID Cashier name "Julaih". She has no clue what she was doing. Had 2 gift cards i wanted to use, instead of using it, she deleted the amount on the gift cards and loaded the freaking gift cards. So now instead of using the card she deleted if and charged me $100 for loading it. She tried to void the transaction and wanted to rescan our items. Went from $40 to $170, WTF! read more

Not the best store, but I've seen worse. In the past year they seem to be trying to keep the store up, the aisles now have directory signs, so it's easier to find stuff. I guess it depends on what time of the day you go. I usually go in the morning, so it's quieter. I will admit that afternoons there are awful, but that's not the store's fault. The pickup area is usually bad, there's no one there and you can't get someone most of the time without running around the store looking for help. Forget about getting help in the electronics department. The employees are usually chatting with each other and you are ignored. There is a fresh food aisle and it's fully stocked. Also, they have a bakery aisle, but when I bought garlic bread there, it had a long dark hair in it. Ugh! Definitely there's a need for a more hygienic prep process. So I won't be shopping the bakery aisle again. Kind of makes me wonder if that sloppy prep is used in all of their fresh food. They seem to be trying. That's the reason for my rating. read more
