Coming in was the expected unusual set up I have known for ages. The registers are near the front and slightly to the left are the rows of carts waiting to be used. I wasn't as familiar with this place as the Springfield Mall location, though it wasn't too difficult for my friend Paul and I to find what he was looking for. My friend got groceries which wasn't very difficult as the layout of the food sections were pretty easy to access and understand. And I got a couple of odds and ends, one was finding a gift card moments before having to checkout. It was altogether a good visit. I would come here again hopefully soon!

Bought a $900 mattress with a 10 year warranty. Six months in, there's a crater or a large pit in…read morethe middle of the bed. So, I called Macy's and they said they'd would send out a third-party representative to evaluate. If the crater was larger than 1.5 inches in depth, they would either replace the mattresses or refund the $900.00. Well, the crater was 2" inches depth and the inspector said (and I have a witness) that the spring had collapsed. How am I supposed to sleep on collapsed springs? Do you want to sleep on that? I waited to hear from them for over a week. I called Macy's; the mattresses inspector didn't tell them about the defects he saw and just declined a refund or replacement, obviously working in the mattresses company's favor. Again, he told me in-person that something was wrong, specifically that the spring had collapsed, I have a witness, and he just DECLINED the replacement for stated NO REASON. Macy's won't replace the mattress they sold me that has failed, despite a 10 year warranty. This is fraud.

I really appreciate how helpful he was even though I came i with a short list of eye shadows that I wanted to see if it matched with the eye shadow I love that's discontinued but it's cool because MAC has variety so I found something comparable. Ecstatic and energized was I traversing the store seeing locally designed and hand made items and additional handmade items from across the United States. Everything here is American made. Everything I saw there was pretty and of high quality. Amazingly,I left there with a still heavy wallet even after purchasing 4 Christmas gifts at surprisingly reasonable prices. Kudos to the owners for taking a leap of faith in opening something contemporary and hip in this usually conservatively dressed part of the Philadelphia burbs. Shaking things up !!
