The timing ended up being a little tricky because I was leaving the country and couldn't pick it up right away. Instead of making things difficult, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were kind enough to hold it until I returned and even mailed it to me afterward. I really appreciated how flexible they were. I also noticed the prescription was filled by a well-known compounding pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale that I'd heard of before, which gave me some extra confidence in where it came from. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and offered to walk me through how to use everything. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Something else I appreciated was that there wasn't any pressure to buy additional treatments or products. A lot of aesthetic clinics can feel very sales-driven, but that wasn't my experience here. They answered my questions, helped me with what I came for, and let me make my own decisions without any hard sell. Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant experience. Rosemont's cost was $52.50/month. I wondered if my specialist chose Rosemont because it was close to me, living so far away from the practice, but apparently they send ALL their patients to Rosemont, and just have them mail order. I learned that Rosemont Pharmacy's rare and far-reaching expertise is in demand over multiple nearby states, and many people mail order from them, which is a great additional service. Lucky to have them so close. They were very helpful on the phone as well, very personable, as others have mentioned. Do note that they are way around back in the shopping center. Another patient was playing political speech on speakerphone, and a second patient responded by clapping and cheering. I approached the front desk to flag the situation, but the staff member deferred to the office manager, who took no action. When I brought it up with the doctor, his response was equally dismissive. When I asked him if he supported this behavior, he said he saw no issue in allowing someone to listen to whatever they want on their device (without headphones...). When I also pressed on if he supported the person (giving the speech in the recoding being played), he told me he doesn't discuss politics because "this is a place of business" -- which is PRECISELY the POINT. If the office holds that standard, it should be applied consistently, including when patients are creating a politically charged atmosphere that makes others uncomfortable in a small space like the waiting room. A medical office should be a neutral, welcoming space for ALL patients. The failure of staff and the physician to address disruptive behavior in the waiting room reflects poorly on this practice's commitment to patient comfort and professionalism. I hope they revisit their policies around maintaining a respectful environment. And to be honest, as a woman, I do not feel safe or respected at this practice. But the run around with customer service or the location manager at Cherry hill has not been pleasant. The package expires in one year even though it doesn't say so on the promotion. I called prior to buying this package and asked and was told no expiration date. I wouldn't have bought if it's there's a one year expiration because I don't personally need to wax monthly. Always check your account that you're being charged correctly. I bought the bundle and see that I'm charged $40 per visit and management is telling me I'm actually being charged $69 per visit which isn't matching what I see so that's suspicious. Which means I bought the bundle but didn't actually save any money. Just don't buy the promotions as it's a scam at least in my case.
